A remote and largely natural locale nearby in the ocean, within eyesight from Altair City's southwest end. Its preserved natural landscape has allowed the local variety of species to flourish. It is home to a small village on the northeast end of the island, Capella Town, accessible by a short ferry ride from Eltanin Bay. It was built on the open plain by the shores, neighboring the jungle permeating most of the island.
