The second half of the Grand Line reached by going under the Red Line through Fishman Island. This half is the far more perilous and dangerous of the two, with a special type of Log pose required to navigate it's waters. Islands can range from being perfectly hospitable to nearly impossible to survive on for more than a few moments.
