A quiet, more orderly Ward of Altair City situated at the south end. The efficient and seemingly routine manner that this Ward is run feels different from the rest of the city. However, it has a very active but hidden nightlife scene, and the residents especially know how to keep the pace going. Non-commercial companies often locate their buildings here.
