The Calm Belt has absolutely no wind, clouds, or even waves on it, almost resembling a safe though difficult to travel sea. However, it a nesting zone for the leviathan sized Sea Kings; meaning that travel through it without proper equipment is nearly impossible. Impel Down, The Navy HQ, and several other islands are located in this belt.
