Master Marksman: Dimitry's metagene manifests in his innate ability to throw any projectile with great unerring accuracy and deadliness. His uncanny ability to use virtually any common object as a lethal projectile actually makes him more dangerous than many individuals who have "more powerful" superhuman powers. Dimitry can accomplish many feats with thrown projectiles that is at a degree of superhuman. He has demonstrated the ability to lacerate a person's throat with a thrown playing card, spit his own tooth through a human skull, toss a paper airplane to a distant rooftop, and kill a person with a toothpick thrown through a window from a hundred yards away. He is also a dangerous sharpshooter, and his accuracy when wielding an object, the size and mass of a baseball is about 100 feet and even can hurl such objects at around 105 miles per hour.
Expert Martial Artist: Aside from his ability to throw projectiles with lethal accuracy, Dimitry is also proficient in Systema, Krav Maga, and Sambo, able to outfight a room full of his fellow mercenaries in a brutal hazing ritual.
Weapons Proficiency: As a result of his naturally perfect athletic gift for hand-eye coordination, Dmitry can quickly learn how to wield most weapons even if he's never seen them before. Aside from throwing projectiles, he has used the following items: knives, whips, shurikens, darts, sais, a saber, nunchakus, the specialized weapons of others such as a bat-shaped edged weapon, bows and trick arrows, and grappling hooks. He has also used projectile weapons such as assorted handguns (thrown or fired), a rocket launcher, a shotgun, sniper rifle, and a cartridge-gun that held various types of ammunition such as a pronged harpoon and a sonic-beam-generating cartridge. Occasionally, he has used cable guns for swinging to safety. He has also carried explosive devices such as grenades and plastic-explosive charges in the compartments of his gloves. Common items he has turned into weapons include an apple, ashtray, bolts, books, bricks, CDs, change, a coffeepot, cross, flashlight, food trays, forks, garbage, glass shards, golf balls, hairbrushes, a hubcap, lamp, lid, menu, microphone/boom, paper airplanes, paper clips, pencils, pens, a pill, pipes, playing cards, a plastic baby, potted plant, purse strap, rope, rosary beads, rosin-filled bag, scalpel, shovel, straw, syringe, toothpick, ten pins, vases, and his own teeth.
Bilingual: Dimitry can speak both Russian and English.
Soldier of Fortune: Dimitry's highly dangerous but well paid work in red zones and for oligarchs would afford him a very comfortable lifestyle if he chose to have one. Instead, the money that Dimitry doesn't spend on weaponry and ammunition is saved away, towards a fortune with no purpose.
Weapons/Items:
Dragunov sniper rifle: Spetsnaz snipers are highly trained and play a key role in operations. They use the modernized SVDS sniper rifle with folding-stock.
SV-98 bolt-action rifle: This 2003 version bolt-action rifle typically mounts a 1P69 3-10x42 variable-magnification optic which gives a range of 1000m. This weapon can also be fitted with a sound suppressor, however, that limits mobility.
VSS Vintorez sniper rifle: This silent assault rifle is a Spetsnaz favorite where stealth is key. An OG weapon from the 80s is still widely used today.
AS Val assault carabine: This silent 9mm assault rifle fires subsonic rounds meaning that the bullet travels below the speed of sound, making it a perfect silenced killer.
SR-3 Vihr: A shortened variant of the AS-Val that can be fitted with a suppressor. It literally translates as ‘tornado.’
AK-103 rifle: This is a modernized AK-74 in service since 1991.
Pecheneg machine gun: In service since 2001, this machine gun fires a 7.62x54mm round and is the Spetsnaz main squad weapon.
GSh-18 semi-automatic pistol: This is a standard sidearm for all branches of the Russian Armed Forces and Spetsnaz are not an exception. It has an 18 round magazine and bullets that can pierce body armor.
Anti-Meta Ammunition: The dawn of the metahuman has demanded modernized weaponry for security forces all over the world. Ever since Bloodsport had put Superman into an ICU with a Kryptonite bullet, there has been a demand on the black market for supe-killer weaponry, a demand that organizations such as Intergang can only partially meet, allowing various corporate entities to fill the void. Years of work, especially within Project Tundra, has allowed Dimitry to build a small collection of anti-metahuman ammunition for special occasions. Dimitry currently owns Kryptonite bullets, Adamantium bullets, and Vibranium bullets.
Specialized Flashbang Grenades: These operate like typical flashbang grenades, but the sound continues as a piercing high-frequency screech that has been shown to be extremely debilitating to those with heightened senses. The screech lasts for 30 seconds, long enough to stun and incapacitate someone with super hearing or vibration senses.
Anti-Meta Virus: This highly experimental virus engineered by H.I.V.E. scientists is designed to attack the immune system and nervous system of anyone with a metagene, created with mutants as the primary target in mind. It has shown mixed success on animals bred with a metagene, but a few samples still cost Dimitry a small fortune. He carries the samples in 4 bullets.
Repulsor Boots and Gloves: Reverse-engineered from scrap from various battles involving super suits such as War Machine's during the Kree Invasion, these custom-modified Stark Tech repulsors look like mere leather gloves and combat boots, but allow Dimitry nearly the same flight capabilities as Iron Man, though none of the weather protection.
Weaknesses:
Bullet Trance: Dimitry;s marksmanship isn't quite a passive trait, instead "activated" and triggered through split-second neural signals and pathways in his brain. It is more accurate to say that Dimitry "uses" his ability whenever he's a marksman rather than just having the ability. A secondary effect of him using his ability is the release of a powerful chemical cocktail in his brain including serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin; using his ability of marksmanship literally makes him feel good. Unfortunately, it is also the start of a hypnotic state, one that is harder to break the longer he uses his abilities, for the drug-like effects are part of its self-reinforcing nature. It's called the Bullet Trance, where the longer Dimitry practices being a marksman, the more his intellect is inhibited and judgment impaired. A powerful shock like enough pain is usually enough to break him out of the Bullet Trance, but without someone or something stopping him, he will start mindlessly firing at any living thing, human or animal, innocent or guilty, until fatigue forces him to fall asleep.
Appearance
Image:
Physical Appearance: Dimitry is a lanky white male standing at approximately 6'1", with sunken eyes and lines on his face suggesting hard living. He has a shaven head, dark brown eyes, round ears, bushy eyebrows, and typically five o'clock shadow on his face. Years of military life have given him a physically toned body.
Clothing and Armor:
Spetsnaz Combat Armor: In the field, Dimitry wears a nondescript prototype body armor designed for the FSB Spetsnaz, made of Dyneema ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene. Originated in the Netherlands, Dyneema has an extremely high strength-to-weight ratio (a 1 mm (0.039 in) diameter rope of Dyneema can bear up to a 240 kg (530 lb) load), is light enough (low density) that it can float on water, and has high energy absorption characteristics. Outside of the field, Dimitry typically dresses down in comfortable clothing, such as a track suit, a hoodie, and sneakers.
Personality
Sexual Orientation:
Heterosexual
General Personality:
Ever since finding that he excelled in battlefield, Dimitry has been a happy workaholic. However, despite once being a devil-may-care renegade in the Middle East, constant combat have deadened Dimitry's sense for conflict, also making him a grim and fatalistic individual. Though he does not drink, like his father used to, he instead occasionally entertains himself with "death games", sending himself off to some conflict-ridden corner of the world and pursuing a list of accomplishments or "achievements" among the local populace, such as "Clear an entire enemy camp with only a butter knife" or "Kill 10 people from the same spot with a sniper rifle", to give him a rush from life. He is an admitted sadist, takes pleasure from killing, torture, and humiliation, and delights in bringing down powerful targets, "the thrill of the hunt". Apart from his career, Dimitry gets joy from little else in life, not having a family or current goal or aspiration.
He has no qualms or issues with the number or kinds of lives he has taken during and even outside his work, knowing that this likely makes him an evil individual. Dimitry simply resigns himself to the possibility that being a talented killer was unavoidable, or that he was simply doing soldier's work, and is not troubled by the questions of ethics in his work, leaving judgment to God if Dimitry believed in God.

History:
Dimitry came from a fractured home, with an absent mother and physically abusive father. Most of his memories of his childhood involve going hungry while his father was either absent, passed out drunk, or fucking prostitutes. At the age of 13, Dimitry fled home and spent the next five years living on the streets of Europe, dealing drugs to make money and survive. It was through this dangerous lifestyle that he honed his marksmanship ability, first discovering when he was a child but never having conditions needed to cultivate his talents. On the streets in the worst parts of Europe, handling himself with a weapon became important. However, self-defense was also the reason behind an incident that got him deported back to Russia, where another later incident involving undercover police caused him to critically injure 19 officers, and kill three others using his abilities during a prolonged chase. Dimitry received several life sentences of hard labor in Siberia, where his excellent marksmanship skills still earned him noticed from the authorities. Review of his case, and blood testing, revealed him to have a metagene, and upon this discovery, the Russian government instead exchanged his prison sentences for involuntary military service.
Finally in a field where he could excel without harm, Dimitry quickly stood apart from his peer in engagements across the Middle East, building up body counts in Iraq, Yemen, and Syria. He also built a reputation among his peers for being a collector of mementos, typically guns, from across their battlefields, earning him the name Trophy Hunter. After one occasion, where he saved his squad from being pinned down by killing through more than 50 hostiles, earned him decoration from the Russian military, he was then pardoned for his earlier crimes of killing police officers and was able to be discharged from military service. Once his tour was up, Dimitry was discharged from the military, and joined the infamous Wagner private military group, finding that working as a private military contractor was more freeing less constrictive than working in the military. Through the Wagner Group, Dimitry was also able to work as far as Africa and Madripoor. It was also during this time that Dimitry practiced and experimented with torture, occasionally committing a war crime in his private sector work.
The current age of superheros and their flourishing has sparked Dimitry's interest and gripped his attention ever since the mercenary Bloodsport showed that even godlike Superman can be dropped by a mere human's hands. He has since held an growing interest in crossing paths with other metahumans on the battlefield, and taking something from kills as proof of his prowess in this brave new era.
Role Play Sample:
"Sytsevich. You have a visitor."
Those five words summoned Aleksei Sytsevich, better known as the Rhino, from another long dry stretch of boredom in his cell in the Raft to a cramped phone booth with a clear divide separating him from the visitor's side. The visitor, however, was not someone Aleksei would have expected, though he knew of his visitor through reputation. "The Fool."
Dimitry simply grinned, phone pressed up against his ear. "You know, you have the same name as my father. I hated my father." Aleksei merely grumbled, staring down at the other man through the glass. "Why are you here, and what do you want?"
"Durov is upset you got imprisoned. And in America, no less." Dimitry clicked his tongue and shook his head. "I haven't worked for Durov in years. Why would he care what I am doing now?" replied Aleksei. "I don't know. All I was told was to check in on his investments."
Aleksei snorted. "So you're his lapdog now?" Dimitry shrugged. "For now. It's good money. Peaceful money." Aleksei smirked. "Heh. Can you live with peaceful money?" Dimitry returned the smirk. "For now. I like it more than current alternatives."
Aleksei leaned in toward the glass, his smirk still on his lips. "Look at the nerve of you. With the things that you've done, you should have been on this side of the glass before me. If these Americans knew what you've done, you wouldn't be walking out of here today. You're basically asking to be Waller's next toy."
Dimitry merely smiled back. "Sytsevich, is that any way to talk to your ticket out of here?" Aleksei tilted his head and blinked. "What are you talking about?" "Durov wants you out, depending on your condition. I don't know why, but your case has been fast-tracked. You could be out by the end of the week." Aleksei said nothing at first, scrutinizing the other man, suspicion and wariness clear on his face, so Dimitry continued. "You could be back to doing whatever you were doing before you were arrested. You could go get revenge on Spider-Man if you wanted, I'd even help you. All Durov asks is a favor in exchange for your conditional release. If you fail, you'll be returned back to the state of New York, here, in the cozy Raft."
"...Why would you help me go after Spider-Man?" Dimitry couldn't help smiling. "Call it a professional interest. Let's just say I think he's bad for business. For everyone." Aleksei shook his head. "Spider-Man is no mere mouse. He's crafty, and fast. He may get into your mind with words, distract you. For every missed hit, he strikes you ten times."
Dimitry barked a laugh. "You're telling me to be wary of a mere spider? Just because a muscle-headed brute like you who's never seen warfare got cocky?" A low growl left Aleksei's throat. "You're right. I was cocky. I will not make the same mistake next time." Dimitry laughed again at the other man. "Sytsevich, you've got it wrong. It's not just that you were cocky last time." Dimitry's gaze narrowed, a predatory smile curling across his lips.
"It's that you aren't prepared to kill him."
