Chlorokinesis: Emily can cause plants of all kinds to grow at a rapid rate simply by commanding them to do so, and can manipulate and animate them as she wishes. She can use roots to form supports for a tunnel, control trees to ensnare people in their branches, and bring down a whole skyscraper with giant vines. Emily can constrict and grapple with an enemy with many plant tendrils and mouthed vines, each of which is capable of spitting a highly corrosive sap. Some of her tendrils resemble spears and are capable of piercing through flesh easily. She can also use her vines for defensive purposes, such as constructing walls.
Toxikinesis: A high concentration of plant based toxins into her bloodstream can make her touch deadly. Emily can create the most potently powerful floral toxins on Earth. Often these are secreted from her sweat and breath. They come in a number of varieties, from mind-affecting drugs to instantly fatal narcotics.
Toxic Immunity: Immunity to virtually all toxins, bacteria, and viruses.
Decelerated Aging: Due to having her DNA mutated into a plant-like capabilities basing on solar energy, she will live longer and aged slower than regular humans, as long as she maintain absorbing enough solar energy.
Acidic Blood: In addition to being toxic, Emily’s blood is a sticky, saplike, highly corrosive fluid, capable of eating through Kevlar and bone within seconds.
Rapid Regeneration: Emily’s body has extremely enhanced regeneration, allowing her to heal from grievous injuries in seconds. Her body naturally regenerates most (if not all) damaged or destroyed tissues and organs at a rate which exceeds that of any normal human. The rate of regeneration is proportional to the damage caused. This process is automatic, and she has no control over it, once completely regenerating the back part of her head after it had been blown out. In addition, Emily’s regenerative capacity extends to other nearby plants as well, as she can restore the plant life in the devastated remains of battlefields.
Weapons/Items:
None.
Weaknesses:
Vulnerability to Cold: Because Emily's physiology is based on that of a plant, she goes into a sort of protective, dormant state when exposed to frigid temperatures - like plants in the winter. This doubles as a superpower in itself, allowing Emily to survive lower temperatures than any normal human.
Vulnerability to Darkness: Emily requires substantial amounts of solar energy to live.

Emily is a very confident individual; she truly believes that she can get anything she wants, when she wants, as long as she puts in enough effort. She is a meritocratic person, preferring to see people ascend and self-organize based on the merit of their ability, regardless of other factors. She enjoys philosophy, considering Magneto to be one of the great thinkers, and often envisions mutant societies based on her own ideals. What Emily wants most is a mutant nation, a safe nation where mutants can live freely and openly, and an end to mutant oppression everywhere. Emily is also a deeply resentful individual, never forgetting her parents' deaths and the discrimination she faces as a mutant, her resentment and anger fueling her revenge campaign against the Purifiers, wanting them and similar groups stamped out. Emily has deep feelings of superiority towards humans, having heavily consumed Magneto's ideology and MLF material, and is a firm believer in the ideas she promotes.

Character's History
Maternal Grandmother: Abigail Woodson
Maternal Grandfather: Henry Woodson
History:
Emily was born to two mutants in a secret mutant community in Seattle, Washington. Her powers were discovered when Emily was a toddler, and as far as she could remember, her parents told her to hide her powers, rightfully fearful of the persecution that mutants suffered. It was advice like this that always felt unfair to Emily, considering the amount of superhero coverage in the media. However, she would see the cruel reality of the world, when she witnessed another mutant from school get bullied and beaten up simply for being a mutant.
Quietly repressed but obedient, Emily kept her powers hidden, until she was a teenager, becoming emboldened by examples of metahumans in the media, most notably the X-Men. She started acting out against her parents, using her powers openly in public, and started going to pro-mutant rallies. It was at one of these rallies, with her parents, that Emily would experience a tragic incident of anti-mutant violence. A gunman, who would later be discovered to be part of the anti-mutant group The Purifiers, had fired an assault rifle indiscriminately into the crowd, killing 23 mutants, including Emily's parents. A devastated Emily would then start living with her grandparents on her mother's side, her grief slowly hardening into anger. She subsequently started doing worse in school while facing mutant discrimination, barely getting into the University of Washington after high school. At the University of Washington, she was a member of a pro-metahuman student organization, and started exploring the teachings of Magneto, eventually graduating with a B.A. in Philosophy.
It was after her university years that she tried reaching out to the Mutant Liberation Front, finding that the world hadn't gotten less dangerous for mutants after all these years. Wanting to affect serious change, she kept trying to communicate with and track down the organization, eventually being contacted by Polaris. It was though this connection that an arrangement for a proper meeting was made, and in a few weeks, Emily found herself face-to-face with Diaspora. Diaspora told Emily that to gain membership in the Mutant Liberation Front, Emily must first prove her conviction by killing a Purifier, a condition that Emily more than fulfilled by slaughtered an entire church full of Purifier members.
Satisfied with the performance, Diaspora then tasked Emily with starting an Mutant Liberation Front cell in the Pacific Northwest, the leader naturally wanting to expand her organization. To this day, Emily is the only MLF member in the Pacific Northwest region, but maintains a clandestine network of sympathetic mutants in the region that she could condition and groom. Emily also occasionally commits proactive attacks against the Purifiers, or as she sees it, "counter-terrorism".
Role Play Sample:
"We must stand steadfast, brothers and sisters! For it is our God-given mandate to clear the land of these undesirables. These truly demonic and devilish hellspawn. These mutants."
"They are not like our great nation's Protectorate. Science tells us that their genes are different! The X-gene is different, a perversion of God's creation! We are called to a titanic battle between light and darkness, for these mutants may very well be a sign of the End Times."
The preacher slammed his hands on the lectern as he pontificated, the audience in rapt attention. The Purifiers often had a religious service with every meeting, this time at a church, the sermons doubling as more propaganda for their members. Only one person in the room seemed to not be paying complete attention, a striking young woman standing at the back of the room. She glanced down at her phone to check the time, smirking as she heard the preacher's misinformation. The X-gene was simply the most common metagene found, but it was still a metagene. Nine times out of ten, a mutant was basically the same as another metahuman, but the young woman had no intention to enlighten this congregation. They would all be dead soon anyway.
The woman closed her eyes as she ignored the rest of the preacher's sermon, using her powers to will tree roots to race underneath the bottom of the floor, crisscrossing the roots across the entire floor area of the giant room. With a snap of her fingers, the floor suddenly ruptured and erupted as roots and vines burst through it from underground, prompting screams and cries of surprise from the assembly of Purifiers. Some roots merely rose up and wrapped themselves tightly around their victims. Others formed into sharp long spears, impaling people from below as they burst. Some of the vines swayed independently in the air instead of grappling more Purifiers, spitting acid at those that ran to get weaponry.
"What the fuck?!"
The preacher, caught off-guard by this explosion of deadly flora, ran away from the lectern, only to be tripped by crawling roots and impaled by a lunging vine, blood bursting from his chest wound. The woman smirked, arms crossed as she leaned back against the wall, surveying the scene before her. This went perfectly: a surprise attack with no one being the wiser that it was her. She walked over to the dying preacher, and reached down, grabbing the Purifier badge that he was wearing on his vestments. She then took pictures of the scene with her phone, sending them to Diaspora and uploading them to the MLF propaganda website. "Well, that was fun. Objective complete."
