Alejandra listened carefully to Aladdin's explanation. Now it made sense, why Alejandra coveted the lamp so much now. Her gaze lingered down at it, her thumb gently brushing over that same stained spot. Precious, indeed.
"Yes, I can imagine. I don't like the idea of you going to anyone else yet either," she answered with a thoughtful expression. Half of her mind was busy entertaining ideas for other wishes, but the other half was preoccupied with what Aladdin had mentioned. Other threats. The criminal element here in Gotham was proving to be a double-edged sword. Yes, they compromised and distracted the police and the heroes, but their competition was also formidable. It annoyed her, much like the rain. Hopefully, she wouldn't be in Gotham for much longer.
Alejandra, now covered in cooled baked earth and soot, started walking towards the exit of the building, lamp still clutched to her chest. The tempting nature of the lamp clearly incentivized using the wishes, but she still wasn't sure of what she should wish for, so she felt compelled to protect and hide it away.
"Come with me. Or not. You're free to go wherever you like, it seems. And I have no interest in telling you where you can and cannot go," she said to Aladdin over her shoulder as she walked, eager to get back into her SUV and put on a new change of clothes.

Aladdin raised an eyebrow at her words, watching as she walked towards the exit.
"That entirely depends on where we would be going," he said, calmly walking after her. "You'd be surprised how uncommon that is; most masters get very nervous whenever I am not around. It's not like I can hide, as I can easily be summoned with the lamp when needed. Suppose it's just part of mortal nature."
Still, he was curious to see what she would wish for next. Going by her first wish, it did not seem like she was a woman controlled by material gains. She was powerful enough already, so that did not seem a likely wish either... so what could she possibly wish for?
Only time would tell... and time was something he had an ample supply of.

"It is," murmured Alejandra in reply. "But I am not so insecure."
Alejandra would lead him to one of her SUVs parked outside, which would then take them to the penthouse suite of one of the finest hotels in Gotham. It wasn't Aladdin's room in Ibiza, or Alejandra's estate back in Juarez, but it would suffice. As Alejandra had said, Aladdin would find that she did not seem to care whether he was in her company or not, the djinn free to come and go from her as he would like. As for the lamp, she wrapped it in fine cloths and stowed it away in a designer bag, before stowing the bag itself in a safe provided in the penthouse suite. It wasn't a permanent location, just a holding spot until she finally left this dreary city.
She would have to think long and hard about her next two wishes. She already had riches, influence, physical and metaphorical power, what else could she possibly want? She was certain to have another desire eventually; Alejandra was too ambitious to not want something more. She was sure to wish for something that she couldn't simply earn herself.
