________________________IC:
A knock at her door. This was only to let her know he was here, before breaching the door, picking the lock with a swiss army tool. The man known by two letters was here for the young girl. Scorn, a person of great interest as of recently. With her success in the recon mission, KK took it upon himself to meet up in person and "request" that she join him on a ride-along of sorts. He wanted to see where her headspace was. He saw great potential, but it would mean nothing if she couldn't make use of it. She could carry out missions, and that was fine and dandy but what of her mind?
"Hmmm~hmmm, sorry for intruding," Too late, he was already making himself at home. In his arms was a steaming bag of buns, an assortment of flavors. "I'd like you to take a trip with me. Hope you're not busy... actually, I've done my homework on your schedule, you don't have any important projects. SO! Seeing as you're free... I'm quite pleased to know you'll be accompanying me." This was assumptive... as if she didn't have personal endeavors, but sadly he was her boss. If she didn't want to go, he'd just order her to come along anyway. He preferred keeping things pleasant over using his station. For some, they just wanted a boss to help them reach their goals, and for some, he was a true ally. Scorn fell into the latter half, to which he felt the want to procure a proper relationship. He was a busy man but made time for his people. " ...Steam bun? I couldn't choose, so I went with an assortment. Melon buns are my favorite, so avoid the glazed ones. There's glazed sweet melon buns, savory roasted pork, and puffy orange zest buns. This is my second bag, since 2am. " Naturally, he'd offer her one or two of the warm buns. They each were individually wrapped, and they looked expensive to boot. If she declined, he'd eat all of them without issue. KK was peculiar in that way. He didn't need much sleep, only food and a chess board to keep his mind sharp. He boasted an excellent metabolism though, he never gained any weight.
It was even dawn yet, dew still on the grass and the morning air cool with minimal winds. By his calculations, they'd be done before night if they were lucky. As he instructed his adopted daughter to assume KK, he still was free to walk around the streets. Anonymity was a beautiful thing. He hoped it could last forever, and even if it didn't, he'd still enjoy his life with the utmost confidence.

Empty.
That was what it had called herself. What she had called herself. There was no need to be coy about what that was. The shattered mirror and the gaping hole in the TV was all the evidence one needed, whether they had been privy to that conversation or not. Scorn had hardly moved from her spot, still seated in the same position, knees bent high in front of her, with her arms wrapped around them, the girl listlessly gazing into the TV void that she had made for herself.
Knock.
The girl didn't register it. She almost didn't register the boss come in (nor his steamed rolls!) until he spoke. Even then, Scorn's response was minimal. Her one eye that wasn't obscured by her drooping hair slowly crawled up to meet KK's gaze. Nonplussed. His words didn't fall on deaf ears, though. Not in a position or mood to object, Scorn slowly rose to her feet, making a kicking motion as she sprung to her feet. Even this motion, while agile at a glance, had the familiar sluggishness of sloth. Even if KK made note of it, she wouldn't.
She reached for one of the roasted pork buns, stuffing it immediately into her face. She chewed quietly, drolly, then waited for him to lead the way out. She didn't say anything on the way. Her gait was somewhere between that of someone being dragged to detention and someone that was being forced to spend time with their dad. Weirdly enough, KK often fit both of those bills at the same time.
Once they were outside, Scorn winced. She instinctively raised a hand to shield her eyes against the morning sun. "So. What'd I do to earn this field trip?" She seemed genuinely oblivious, still partly in her own world. Not much of recent events had seemed to sink in yet. For her, it was Tuesday.

KK watched the girl with a rather nuetral expression, though he couldn't hide his half-smirk. He was already enjoying himself. As she reached in his bag and found herself some breakfast, he'd simply smile. "Good. Let me know if you'd like more." She was eating. That was a good sign. He couldn't make sense of her slovenly dwelling, or her sloth-like behavior, but eating was good. To procure evil, there were times when one must do a string of good deeds to reach a end goal. It's how he mentally structured the organization, especially when it came to the minors and young minds of the group. Kaytee, November, and ever her, Chihiro, were all souls he needed to nurture.
Like a teacher of sorts, he'd let them know structure, concepts and ideas. And like a father he'd scold them, or pick them back up when they fell. Feeding them, getting to know them, learning their habits... For the sake of evil, he'd be the kindest man, the best male figure he could be. For the sake of evil, he'd lay many steps out for himself and his followers to follow. For the sake of evil, he'd give pieces of himself to each member of team confidence to help them grow...
It was a tireless job for a tireless man. Who was KK? The man with two letters, Kunimi Dorikawa. He was a chess player mostly, he won multiple championships and even in underground tournaments. In totality, he was just a painfully bored man trying to create a chessboard out of the world. With this ever-changing thing we call life, the board never stays the same, and neither do the pieces. So how does one win, at this life chess? Well, he dedicated his own life to find out. He first had to chose a worthy opponent. The hero society seemed like a perfect rival, an engine that pumps out new heroes every year... He'd slay his foe. He was a chess pro, he always aimed to win, but to win...
To win.
Did winning even matter? As he gathered more pieces for himself, he found a strong sense of meaning. He wasn't just playing with his own life anymore, he was playing with his team's... Each piece a blank slate. As he got to know them, a piece would carve itself into a shape and find its place on the board. Chihiro was no different. He'd take great care of everyone he knew. It was only right, they gave him a life he never could have imagined and to his ability, he wanted to do the same... all for a game of chess... in his mind. A chess player through and through. That's all he really was... and all he ever could be. To say he had no ulterior motive would be a powerfully bold falsehood and yet,
"So. What'd I do to earn this field trip?"
"Let's just say, you could use it." He'd reply. He'd dig into the bag once more, before popping a bun, and then another. He doted on her. "Hmmm~hmmm, the sun shouldn't affect you like that. Perhaps if you left the house more." The walk wasn't remotely far. Mainly because he abruptly chose a new location on a whim. He fell silent, realizing how much effort he was about to exert... At least he had his steamed buns.
He'd lead her to an unfinished office building. The elevator hadn't been installed so they'd have to trek all the way up to the 22nd floor. There they'd find Jared Hawkeye prone on the ground with his sniper at the ready. He was gauging a target too far for he or Scorn to see. "For you." KK reached into his jacket and passed an expensive-looking scope to the man gently. "Well I'll be damned. Thanks! Ooooone second!" he quickly attached his shiny new toy to his favorite gun. Taking aim, he-
BANG!
Just like that, his job was done. "Sup Kiddo," He greeted Scorn. This was an ordinary day for a sniper. It's how they earned their living after all. "One of these days, I should teach you how to do this hahaha! Anyway watcha been up to?" He was a cheery guy for a killer. A different evil than KK. A simple evil, all the man needed was a task to do. He got a rush out of completing the incredibly difficult task of sniping people at steep ranges. That was literally it... The two men were good friends because of it.
KK found a stack of wood to sit on. He'd watch Chihiro carefully. She always seemed anxious, but she seemed to be escaping into her mind. While he did owe the sniper this favor, he purposely took this detour just to get her to talk. He quite literally could have given Jared that scope at any time. After seeing her home, and her "enthusiasm" for this trip, well... Perhaps some socializing oughta help.

Scorn glowered at KK. It wasn’t even that angry of a look. It was more annoyed than anything else. That itself made her narrow her eyes even further. She hated these games. Sometimes KK didn’t even need to try. Was that how she had ended up with him? It had been so long, and she had done so much for him, life before Team Confidence was difficult to remember. She knew that she had no reason to feel trapped. That was just the nerves. She reached for another pork bun.
She chewed in relative silence. Once she saw where they were heading, her eyes drifted up, and up, and up… and up, all the way to the top. She visibly grimaced. This was definitely punishment. The boss surely didn’t get off on doing this much walking around, did he? It felt so damn unnecessary. Hell, if he really wanted her to get up there so bad, he could’ve just told her so, and Trash Idol could clear that in no time at all. Of course, that wasn’t what the boss wanted. Not entirely. She resigned herself to walking with him, opting not to say anything during the long trek up the twenty-two flights of stairs. She certainly looked like she wanted to, though.
Once they finally got up there, Scorn saw the sniper and hesitated for a split second. That was right. They had people like that on the team. But why did KK bring her all the way up here to-
As KK handed the scope over, Scorn nearly scowled then and there. Was he serious?! What was the point of all this walking around?! This was utterly pointless. In spite of the anger suddenly storming through her thoughts, she minded her manners and gave a quick ”’Sup.” wave to the man. She couldn’t remember his name, but he seemed to remember hers. That was awkward.
She kept her eyes away from KK, lest she get goaded into making a fool out of herself. It seemed to work. She shrugged her shoulders. ”Ehh, not too much. There was that scuffle with the loonies a week or so back. They seemed upset. Can’t imagine why.”
Scorn allowed herself to smile. The sweet memory of that birdbrain being flabbergasted at what she had done was like chicken soup for the soul. She shot a glance at KK. Her expression soured a little. It was good while it lasted. ”Apparently the boss wants me for something today. Maybe I’m not getting enough sun.” She directed the comment at KK, daring him. She didn’t give a damn whether he thought she got out enough. She did her job, and she did it well. What else mattered? As smug as she felt in the moment, Scorn wore her emotions on her sleeve. She always had.

The blonde would watch the two talk.He put so much work into November and Kaytee, recently. He even put the newbie, Kirishima into position. Many of the other weren't into leadership roles. They preferred being left to their own devices, and he'd respect that. He never got the chance to find Chihiro's niche. She always did what she was told with precision. Because she was so young, he felt the urge to build with her. It wasn't that Chihiro had done anything wrong. No. That wasn't the case at all. Everyone in the group was important, but how important was entirely up to them.
”Apparently the boss wants me for something today. Maybe I’m not getting enough sun.”
Jared chuckled at Chihiro's response. "Maybe he just wants to spend some time with you. I think you forget being a kid gets you on this guy's good side. " He'd nod his head to KK, and whisper to the girl, "He's a softie for hearing himself talk. Teaching you guys lets him talk plenty. "
"Hmm~hmmm, I'd hope you adults wouldn't need my supervision. I place just as much confidence in you as I do them, if not more. Their minds aren't fully developed yet. They still have to figure out their own personal brands of evil." A solid defense, but admittedly, he did enjoy the youth of his group. They were quite literally the future... November, Chihiro, Kaytee, Biba... He'd teach them as much as possible. The kids on the opposite side of the fence had hero schools they could attend. The scales and resources were infinitely in hero society's favor. An unfair disposition for a young villain to be in... He'd balance the scales for all those within his reach.
Back to the sniper though, he'd shoot a cop in the head. Mainly for fun, it was his last shot for the road. There was an immense amount of confusion, but with the distance, they'd never find them in time. He'd toss Chihiro a bullet with his phone number engraved on it... truly one hell of a business card. "ALSO, Kid, if you find some people you want gone, don't be afraid to give me a shout. " He said as he began packing up his rifle. He eyed KK before looking to Scorn. KK passed a look in return as if to say don't tell her.
"Relax man, every piece has its use, or whatever chess bullshit you're always talking about. We know you don't play favorites. *cough* Scorn *cough* But hey if he chose you for a ride along today, just assume it's important. " He'd continue poking fun and laughing.

Chihiro blinked. What the hell was that supposed to mean? KK didn't give that much of a shit. No way. This was a gang, after all, wasn't it? They did shit for him. The kids, especially. You exploit people like that. People like her.
Pffft. Scorn almost made her raspberry out loud. There he went with his games again. Just what the hell did that mean? "Brands of evil"? That was almost as corny as the society that they were rebelling against. At the very least, the girl rolled her eyes. It was all a little much to stomach, even from a fuddy-duddy boomer like KK.
The girl was so busy getting lost in her thoughts that she almost missed what was dropped into her hand, which would have fallen to the ground. Her hand gripped the bullet a few times, making sure that she wasn't going to drop it before she took a moment to realize what it was that he had given her. It felt... a little on the nose. More to the point, she didn't look like she knew how to respond. "Uhh... thanks, I guess. I'll, uhh, let you know, Jared." Jared... what kind of villain's name was Jared?! -_-
Scorn's eyes darted between the two of them as they talked about her as if she wasn't there. Just what the hell were they getting at, anyway?! Since when was she his favorite?! She was only here 'cuz he was the boss and she had to do what he says D:< It was enough to get her to scowl, getting all grumpy-like. She stuffed her arms inside her hoodie, deeper than they already were. Her eyes glanced towards her shoes, wrinkling her nose. The soles were starting to get sticky.
"Whatever."

Jared nodded to Chihiro. What a glum kid? Were they all like that? No... an immediate response to himself as he thought of November. Still... KK always found a way to stretch everyone's talents in just the right ways. Or maybe it was a matter of putting people in the right place at the right time. Jared couldn't question Scorn's presence any more than she could question his. He could tell from the "whatever" her patience was running thin. Unlike KK, the sniper would take the hint instead of watching her squirm(there probably was a method to his madness with that too). "Welp, enjoy your ride along, kiddo." Snatching the last steamed bun from KK's grasp, and swinging his bag over his shoulder. He'd find a hanging wire and clip his belt to it. With one last devious smile at the two, he'd slide down and disappear into the morning breeze in a second. KK glared, but it subsided rather quickly.
"Well, let's get going." He chuckled. He had no clips, so it only meant MORE walking. He planned well enough to have a dark sedan ready for them when they finally did make it down. The interior was spacious despite the exterior. There was a window barrier in between the driver and them. With a now on the window, KK would give a thumbs up and the vehicle would finally take off.
"I'd like you to take things a bit more seriously... for what's to come. "He wasn't blind to the faces she was making when she spoke with Jared. It would almost seem like a father about to scold his daughter, but the tone changed immediately. Or maybe that was never the tone to begin with. "Team Confidence will be going through some changes. I do hope you are prepared... You're a big girl, now after all." That's right, the school had started. It meant she hit her 1st official year with the team. She'd been there much longer, but KK didn't count the days when she was running about with that Naoki boy. He'd have a present for her at end of the ride along, but first! They needed to meet up with someone. Taking the train would be too obvious, so the drive would be well worth it; roughly 30 minutes when it could have taken a few minutes on the bullet train. The destination was Tokyo.

Scorn watched Jared leave with about as much fanfare as this whole visit had. Which was to say none whatsoever. As he zipped away, the girl narrowed her eyes. It wasn't in contempt, or even anger at the guy. He was just doing his thing, like the rest of them, even if it was for KK. At the end of the day, they were all just trying to do what made them happy. So why did she have this empty feeling in her stomach? It was a familiar feeling, too, which only made it worse. Chihiro turned, a little too eager to get the hell out of here. More walking. More. WALKING. She hated this. Trash Idol's better half waned, her "feet" sloshing around in her sneakers. They had been custom-made by Pill to contain her form, so as to not ruin an article of clothing after wearing it for an hour, but that wouldn't stop her sludgy self from roiling around in discomfort. By the time they got back down to ground level and to the car, however, she had regained control of her human form. She dragged her feet on the way to the sedan, eventually crawling into the back after KK. Once she was settled, Scorn crossed her arms across her lap, much like any indignant teenager. Eighteen... technically still a teen. He used to say that all the time. Chihiros scowl faded for a moment, as she thought of a special someone. Sure, he was long gone, but... well, it was nice.
Nice, unlike the man she was riding with. She stared daggers at him. Even if it didn't faze him, it was one of the few ways Scorn could direct her anger at her boss. She was no good with words; he walked circles around her anytime she tried to argue with him, and she knew that, which only made her more angry. It was a vicious cycle. Even so, what KK said threw her for a loop. She tilted her head, doubtful of whatever he was getting at. "What's that... sigh, never mind." Scorn propped her chin against an open palm, leaning against the window as she gazed listlessly out at the passing landscape. "It's just been a year. Not like I've done that much. It can't be that important, right?"

Gunshots could be heard outside the car, as well as plenty of yelling. A police siren would blare by as a car sped to pursue the action. Typical Hosu City... KK eyes followed the action... at least until it was out of view. Things like that were becoming more common with Rubberband's death. The city had a dastardly ambiance already, the news report had only added fuel to the fire. He hoped for a uprising of villains everywhere, but naturally, heroes were gearing up in response.
"It's just been a year. Not like I've done that much. It can't be that important, right?"
"And in a year, the society around us has shifted. This means we must properly adjust as well. " He replied, twirling his finger through his own bang. He tried to push it out of the way, but it'd jolt back into place without mercy. "What's an information brokerage without a proper network... The Deep is already almost complete, Chihiro, we're expanding. The Casino was just the tip of the iceberg. We now have a radio station as well. To be honest, I wasn't sure about new blood in the ranks, but the addition of Kirishima has goaded me into contacting some other old friends and associates. " He'd be transparent with the girl, despite leaving a great deal of bulk information out. He'd spare her the nitty gritty details and get to the point of his conversation.
" Some will take more traditional rolls like ourselves, while some will simply be contractors roles so that they can continue the lifestyle they prefer. Yes the lifestyles they prefer to live and the goals they plan on achieving... I think that's the best way to put it. Hmmm~hmmm, but this expansion begs the question..." He chuckled, pushing on the window button, to gift the two a proper breeze. His glance rolled to her, "What am I to do with you with all these moving pieces on my board? Or more accurately, what are YOU to do with you?" Scorn was a cherished wild card, but it was high time she got a direct inquiry from the boss man himself.
He had a myriad of ideas for her, but what ideas did she have for herself? KK used her along with the rest of team confidence, but was she using him to the best of her ability? As much as she disliked him, he only ever argue to deliver more offers to her. This situation was the exact opposite... instead he simply wanted to know what she wanted. From there, he'd cook up a game plan on how to achieve it in a way that would also benefit himself. Selfish.

The noises of crime passed through one of Scorn's ears and out the ears. It was the usual carnage to her - people like her. Even if it was what her boss seemed to want, she was indifferent to it all. Part of her wondered whether that was a good thing or not, but not by much. And it was in fact what her boss wanted. He really wanted it, if he was mouthing off to her about it, and that she was here in this car with him. She figured it was important, sure, but not... well, whatever he was trying to get at. Scorn hadn't cared much about anything further than living to see the next day, sometimes even just the next meal. Trying to wrap her head around what KK had been saying today was more headache than relief. Even so, being asked a question like that threw her for a loop. She blinked. She almost turned to face KK immediately but she paused. Her hands closed into fists. It was not an angry response. Chihiro's shoulders slumped, and she fidgeted in her seat. "I... I dunno." For once, it wasn't bullshit that came out of her mouth.
Chihiro continued to look out the window for a few more moments. The face of tar looked back at her, with what could only be glee. For once, KK could see it, a mere reflection of how Chihiro's face had become, if only partly. She hugged her sides, short of shuddering. She sighed, and tried to fix her posture. Thanks to her Quirk, it was impossible to truly be comfortable... while she looked like... well, you know. She wanted more than anything to run away from this. To get out of this damn car, even if it meant splatting herself on the curb. That was a Tuesday. But she couldn't. Not this time. "Guess I've never... thought about that. You know? Even when I first joined, you seemed to know my life better than I did. So what'd it matter what I want..."Her somber expression, mired though it was in Scorn's true form, turned into a scowl. She spun to face KK, pointing at him with an arm drenched in muck. Half of her torso was enveloped now, and her entire head had become that familiar ball of sludge. "What's it matter what THIS would want? Huh?" Scorn looked over herself with disgust. "'Boss knows best', isn't that right?! What would I know, I'm just a FREAK!" Scorn's breath was heavy, raspy. It sounded like a dying animal (and smelt like it too).

"I... I dunno."
In response he face fell, almost annoyed. She'd been squandering her time whenever she wasn't being told what to do it seemed. No. This wouldn't do at all. He'd stare blankly at her as if to say, AND? He'd remain quiet though. Silence was far louder than any sharp comeback. He'd remain patient, a response was to come. Chihiro seemingly recoiled at the thought of his questioning, but he wanted to continue pressing anyway. So he would.
He'd rebound the response as if to sympathize with her. "Me, either." His lips curled into a soft smile. While he had his own thoughts, ideals, and missions to dole out, it wasn't as if the team existed purely for his own wishes. It was a vehicle for anyone who joined. Surely there was SOMETHING she wanted for herself... otherwise, she was just existing... or maybe that was part of the problem. "Guess I've never... thought about that. You know? Even when I first joined, you seemed to know my life better than I did. So what'd it matter what I want..."
"What's it matter what THIS would want? Huh?" Scorn looked over herself with disgust. "'Boss knows best', isn't that right?! What would I know, I'm just a FREAK!"
His eyes widened but quickly fell back relaxed as she got worked up. Now they were getting somewhere. Lovely! "Yes... quite the freak. We all are, although I'd like to think I'm heaps more normal than you lot. " Could one call his response reassurance... It sounded more like an insult. Though to be fair, she had already insulted herself. If the door were open, he'd walk right through it. "Boss knows best? Hmmm~hmm, I don't know anything. It's why I built the organization in the first place. This isn't a roleplaying game, I can't always be the game master.. as amusing as it sounds." He'd chuckle. He'd cross one leg over the other, as he shifted his gaze out of the window once more.
"So if boss knows best. What exactly does my favorite freak do, should something happen to me? You aren't exactly on my life insurance policy, I have Kaytee for that. " Another joke, this conversation was supposed to be serious! A morbid sense of humor was fine, but not necessarily with this tone of the conversation. He was being harsh, but she required this kind of delivery for it to hit home. If he beat around the bush, she'd choose to ignore him. "It's not like I'm super-powered or anything. I could very easily die or get captured. If something WERE to happen to me, do you just wallow in whatever this is? Do you just find someone else to boss you around? At what point do you listen to Chihiro's wants and needs? What would you know, indeed."
His eyes finally aimed at her, piercing, and honest. The man could tell a million and one lies, but his eyes could tell a story on their own. They wouldn't shed tears, or struggle. They would just stare, purely for the sake of understanding. One could say this was an appraisal of a strong piece of his chess board, but on a more personal level, it was just a sincere line of questioning. From one friend to another, watching someone wallow like that was disturbing, villain or not.

Chihiro blinked. She couldn't believe what she had just heard How could he talk to her like that?!
"F-Favorite?!"
It was the first thing that the girl clung to. Bit by bit, the rest of KK's words started to sink in, followed by his talk about being the normal one of Team Confidence. That was not in doubt. It was why he was in charge, among other reasons. Chihiro understood that better than most of them... maybe she understood it too well, from what else he said about her.
What wants and needs... Chihiro hugged herself with her arms, slumping into her seat. The rest of her body was beginning to liquefy. Though Scorn didn't have these moments much (actually, this was the first time she had been so openly candid with anyone since KK first recruited her...), her spoiling the interior of a car was hardly new. Scorn alone accounted for most of Team Confidence's cleaning bills. Though the rest of Chihiro's body was enveloped in her Scorn transformation, her humanoid state was holding for the time being.
She wallowed in this for a while longer. The car ride continued to play out in awkward silence, interrupted by the occasional traffic light or divot in the road. After several minutes of this silence, Chihiro straightened up, as much as her slimy form could alow. The girl looked over at KK, her monstrous expression resembling a lost, confused child. "Hey... why am your favorite freak, boss? The others do way more than me." For a second, her eyes glared. "You pity me, don't you?"

He cracked the windows, ever so slightly. Her smell was pungent, and even the slightest bit of fresh air was a god send. He kept a poker face, so she wouldn't feel offended. "Hmmm?" Was being a favorite so foreign to her? He chuckled before falling silent. He was just as comfortable in silence as he was in conversation. The driver would roll down the privacy glass, only to give KK a nod that they were still on good pace. They wouldn't have to wait much longer. As the window rolled up, he turned to Scorn once more. "Well, I pity everyone. I'm a genius amongst dolts. I'm sure you could even pity me, having to navigate with people who can't see the board as I see it. " Enough talking about himself, he'd answer her question.
"Yes, they DO do more than you. I try to advise everyone in the group, but I'd say you are my truest student. There isn't any ego pushing you away from change. You accept change and adapt as you see fit. It's quite admirable. On top of that, despite being the so young, you're the hardest to mold. "
He chuckled once more. She was a silly girl, but that was part of her charm.

Chihiro's eyes narrowed. Her slime-pustule face looked rather cartoonish, if it wasn't for the fact that this girl had murdered several people, and could easily add her fellow passengers to the count if the mood struck her. Of course, she would never do that to KK. That threshold had come and gone a long time ago. It was also why she seldom took pause with anything he said to Chihiro, least of all when it came to herself personally.
She slowly straightened her posture, folding her arms across her chest. She tried to avoid looking at KK. With so many people, she felt like she was being judged. Not with him. He couldn't know that, of course, even if... he already did... The paradox caused Scorn to grimace. Why couldn't she be right for once?
"Hard to mold? I shouldn't have to ask if that's a compliment or an insult..."
This was why she never talked to anyone. They made her feel stupid. This was stupid.

KK's eyebrow raised at her response. It would fall as his face fell into a familiar smile, much like the one he pushed when they first met. It obviously was a compliment coming from a chess player. He could envision how other members could turn out but not her. She was a genuine mystery, one that he liked to keep around. For her usefulness, and for her friendship. The all too strange and colorful individuals that made up team confidence were the best part. He could never pretend to be bored. The car would arrive to a strangely desolate destination. An alleyway clear of any bystanders. Draped in a police uniform, stood a gentleman by his lonely. A smaller figure rested in his shadow. That was presumptuous... Likely there were snipers watching. This was the Yakuza after all, they couldn't fully trust KK, the same he couldn't fully trust them. Next to him was a familiar young face. Biba was jumping up and down with joy. She knew exactly who was coming to get her. KK! As the car door peered open to let her in, Biba was equally hyped to see Scorn.
Rolling the window down, the man would scan the inside of the car, before eyeing KK with the utmost scrutiny. It was becoming clearer this was no cop, but a Yakuzaman. "This means you owe Katagiri a favor." He'd open the door as quickly as they unlocked, shooing at Biba to join her crew. His glare lined up with Chihiro. " And I hope I don't have to see you in the future." Biba ignored the stench, and gave Chihiro the biggest hug she could muster. From juvenile detention to her friends again, KK must have pulled the card of a heavy hitter. With a gleeful embrace from Team Confidence's youngest, KK would smirk as the agent gritted his teeth in disgust. A foul stench, for a foul man. Why would Katagiri move things around for such a man? KK would respond in jest. "A best case scenario, should it ever happen. ESPECIALLY with her..."
