Physical Appearance: for a woman of japanese descent, she is fairly tall, standing at 5'8 in height. Despite that, she has a somewhat petite build, her limbs are perfectly proportioned to her body, if a little short and shes considerably flatter than most women. Her face is sharp, eyes are piercing and she always seems to have a serious look upon her face. She keeps her hair in a short pixie style (mostly so she doesn't have to manage it) and she has a surprisingly sharp chin.
Civilian Clothes: Izara prefers shorts and pants to skirts, as mostly wears black. There isn't much variety in what she wears, often grabbing the first shirt and pair of pants she can find regardless of how well it matches. Most of her shirts are are crop top shirts, or sleeveless T-shirts and basic in appearance

Izara wears, what she calls, the ninja combat suit. she wears black cargo pants with a black crop tank, with a black jacket covering the entirety of her body. Over her face, she has a black bandana drapes over her shoulders almost like a cowl which over her shoulder giving it the appearance that her mask and her shirt are connected to each other when they are not.
Utility sash: wrapped around her leg is long sash outfitted with several pockets which she uses for storage. She also keeps all kinds of other things such as first aid materials, communicators, flares, compass and other small things that would be useful as for her work as a hero
Metamaterial Belt: inspired by her adoptive mother, Izara has her own belt tied up high upon her waist. Made of similar pieces of support tech as her mother's cloth, her belts default form is leather and can be hardened. It can also lengthen and stretch out to a rope like state allowing her to use it as a lasso to bind enemies and bring them closer.
Steel toed boots: Steel toed shoes, in the attempt to have similar power behind her kicks as her mother does. given that she doesn't have bee regenerative abilities, the shoes serve to protect her feet during battles.
Personality
Bad Habits: Izara has the tendency to be over-protective over children, and she is also extremely critical of things, always double checking, triple checking, quadruple checking everything. A bit of a perfectionist, when she spots something wrong, she always has the urge to correct it, and she hates doing wrong by others, even when necessary.
Goal: Make the world a better place, Save her brother. Protect the "key to the future" a she puts it.

Izara is always comparing and contrasting everything and is considered to be a bit of a skeptic. There isn't anything that she isn't second guessing, except when it comes to children. She would do anything for children, and believes that, with the right guidance, they can amount to anything. to Izara, the children are the future and they always deserve to be given chances to become better people. that mindset doesn't carry over to adults, her believing that, by that point they have sealed their fates. She has a calculating mindset, always weighing the pros and cons of every situation, always doing her due vigilance to make sure that she isn't ever caught off guard. She's very kind and caring but has difficulty showing it to others who aren't children, and those who aren't close to her. she keeps those she doesn't know at a distance.
Normally she is a serious person and her ability to make plans (and pranks if the situation so calls for...) are unparalleled. sometimes though, you can catch her in a mood where she is more playful. that's normally the case when she is around smaller children, and even sometimes older ones.

Katrina Timore had an amazing life, as a young child. She had everything she could have ever asked for, and her parents loved on her, and encouraged her curious mind. She was a creative young girl, and was always building something, writing on something or doing some other artistic venture. It was very similar to her fathers, but even at such a young age it was apparent that it was more potent. It was a month or two after receiving her quirk, that she experienced the greatest joy in the world, she was a big sister. She adored her brother, always wanting to be around him even in the first few days. She wanted to play with him but was just old enough to know that she couldn't do it just yet.
Soon enough, he would be walking and talking, Katrina would be practicing her quirk giving her and her brother drones to play around with. It was an amazing life, and her creativity, along with the support of her parents allowed her quirk to become more and more powerful, and she was able to make more creative creations and, soon enough, she could make multiple drones at a time.
It was an amazing time, she enjoyed being an older sister and often helped him do many a things. Eventually, the kids grew up. They grew older and the time where Kurin himself would receive his own quirk grew closer and closer.

She slept through many of them, but often she found herself going into her brothers room, and even slept with him on multiple occasions. These nightmares never went away, and soon they materialized.
She voiced concerns to her parents, about her brother. She hated seeing him in this state but her concerns were never taken seriously, she was too young to truly understand. It was a terrifying time for her. She had stopped sleeping with her, avoided him when he slept and, was scared of him even when he was awake. She tried to be the loving big sister she always was but... The dynamic changed there and she could just tell... His ability to control his quirk wasn't going to ever get better.
She knew that she had a handle on hers fast, it was always something that just made sense, but her brother... It was something different entirely.
She was observant, she noticed things the adults didn't. She noticed them mostly because she feared for her own safety.. with everyone focused on Kurin, no one noticed that she was the biggest target for his creatures attacks. She noticed when they attacked because she actively needed to fend them off with her own drones. Her own door was shut when she was in it, and she noticed a pattern so she could formulate when she could safely sleep because, when she slept, she slept pretty heavily.
It was in this time frame that she started to train herself on making a drone that would be, could be as powerful as some of her brothers nightmares however, she never managed to make one strong enough by the time the event she feared would have happened had came to pass.
Nobody noticed but her. Nobody noticed how much worse the nightmares were getting, how much stronger they were each time they appeared. No one noticed they were happening less frequently, nobody but Katrina...
But they never listened to Katrina and now they were all going to suffer for it. Her brother had become the monster that she had feared he would become.
Katrina was in her room that day, sitting on her bed with a singular drone... A drone more powerful then any she had ever made. this drone... It could manage itself and it stood between Katrina and the door, waiting to face off a beast... To hold him off until he could wake.
This Drone stood as a Non-lethal Defender and she was prepped to hold him off. She didn't expect, though, that her own brother would be see her brother in the room with her...
She spurred into action, ran right up to him and begged him to wake up but of course he never did, he never could and he injured her greatly slashing the entirety of her young body when the code of her defender changed.
Protect and Retreat would be the new code, and it would do just that. It would grab Katrina and Retreat somewhere far enough where Kurin could never find her.
Eventually, she would have passed out to blood loss causing the drone who did it's job, managing to get to the footsteps of a hospital several cities away.
She was found by a nurse, face pale and pulse barely notable and she was quick to get her in life support. They pumped her up with O negative blood quickly and for several months she remained in the Intensive Care Unit.
Eventually, she woke up. She was conscious again however... She didn't have a clue to who she was or where she was. She remembered she was cold, and there was beeping sounds. She saw herself hooked up onto monitors and tubes and she would have freaked out... If it weren't for the woman who was in the room with her.
She had a soothing presence about her, and she calmed her down. Cahyah Shenden, she said her name was and she claimed to be her guardian. At least for right now. They asked her questions, if she knew who she was and the like. Confusion was expected at first, but even after she was all healed up, the confusion and lack of memory remained.
She was visited by Cahyah often and she claimed to be her mother, though she looked nothing like her. She didn't question it, though as she was kind and caring. She moved to her new home soon enough, and it was filled many other children. She was brought to her new home, she had her own room and it was... Cozy. She adjusted to this life quite well and learned that her mother was a hero!
Wouldn't that be something she remembered? She was frustrated with her lack of memory. She was told her name was Izara Shenden but... It was foreign. It didn't feel right, for whatever reason and it was at this moment that she spotted the television and on it was the news, a picture of Kurin Timore front and center talking about murders and canabalism...
Murders and canabalism? Her life flashed before her life, she suddenly remembered everything and she wished she didn't. She rediscovered her quirk, rediscovered who she was and... She never wanted to go back, she never wanted to see that name ever again. She had ran to her room in fear, pain, agony, anger she hated everything! She knew... She didn't belong here, she wasn't the actual daughter of Cahyah Timore but.... She would continue to pretend to be. This was her new normal now, and her life was amazing.
She couldn't get her mind off the news, though. All the things they were saying about her brother. They weren't true! He was being tried as a criminal and he was as much as a victim as the rest of his family. She didn't understand... She couldn't... Even after all this, she loved her brother and she couldn't bear to hear the new talk about him in the manner that it did the nightmare.
She didn't expect it, but even after she had forgotten him, she still loved him. She also still feared him, and she couldn't do anything about it. Her quirk saved her... And it could possibly save others. Cahyah had came down, asked her what happened, if she was ok but did nothing but curl up in her arms.
It was after this moment that she wanted to be a hero. She wanted to get stronger, better, braver and was trained by Cahyah and Gerald. She watched the news often, as much as she could bear it and she noticed...
Her brother claimed his life, or so it was claimed but... She didn't believe it. She... She had to see it for herself and she did. She created a "Sleep" "Decoy" drone and snuck off... To where the body would be kept. The late night made it easy for her to blend in and sneak in, she managed to get passed the guards and into the room where the body was kept and sneak a peek... Only to get caught after all.
She was brought to a station and Cahyah came to get her, livid and threatened to do more than just ground her... Then she explained herself. She told Cahyah her deepest, darkest secret... One that Cahyah already knew about but she didn't need to tell her that.
It only steeled her resolve to become a hero, and just a few more years later she would get the chance to get into U.A. the normal way, she wanted to prove her own worth. That she could be a hero by her own merit... Even though she was heavily influenced by Cahyah and even Gerald. She had gotten into 1A without recommendation and soared through the three years she was there.
There were rumors, that she was only there because of her mother. That she got special treatment, that her power was one heros didn't have but she proved them all wrong.
She was at the top of her class all three years, and was the best scorer in the sports festival. She had interned and trained under other heros and agencies to expand on her experience but when she graduated, where she was going to go was clear. She was going to work at the agency that helped mold who she was, and that guided her to be the woman she is today. The Agency that was ran by the woman she called her mom, the Bear Den and chose "Black Bear" to show just how close she was to her.
She spent several years at the agency, and has made a name for herself, meanwhile. She was a rising star, many say due to her proximity of Momma Bear but she rose through the ranks quickly. She made herself known in the community, and participated in projects outside of catching villains. She found homes for many lost kids, and helped many more find their way to the agency. Shes intent on carrying her mother's name, legacy, and purpose. She believes no child should be without a home and she won't rest until every child has a family that they deserve.

Power: like her Biological father, Katrina could manipulate a form of shadowy substance produced by her body to form autonomous creations that served her. The influence of her biological mothers quirk allows her have less conscious control over the drones, as well as more complex creations comparable to her Biological Father.
The shadow drones she creates are, for all intents and purposes, simple automatons. They have the ability to think and act on their own, but each drone is implemented with a specific command code that dictates how they act and react to the world around them. the command codes also influence the shape drones may take. Said codes could be a word or simple phrase and each drone could have an upward of three codes each.
Izara's drones can last for as long as she keeps them active, or until she falls asleep and at any given moment she can have 6 different codes active and upto 4 active drones.

Non-lethal: Initially it's own code, Non-lethal codes make it so that all attacks don't do lethal damage. since becoming a hero, she has automatically prefaced every other code with this so it doesn't take up a slot

Striker- Strikers are drones are her offensive drones, meant to aid in the fight
Defender- Defenders are tanks, best at keeping attackers at bay.
Support; support drones are non-combative, aimed to search and aid for those who need help. These are the drones she relies on heavily when rescues have to be made, or when Reconnaissance is needed
Attachment codes:
Light- light codes allow Izara to summon drones during the day. Without it, drones will not materialize in broad daylight and, drones will automatically dissolve once it touches sunlight
Aquatic- Aquatic drones have the ability to traverse water with ease, and have the ability to breathe in air and in water. Incompatible with Aerial
Aerial- Aerial drones have the capacity for flight.
Incompatible with Aquatic
Carrier- Carrier drones have the ability to carry others. limit of one per carrier code. incompatible with Range
Range- ranged drones have the ability to use bow and arrows made out of shadow in their attacks. Incompatible with Carrier. Ineffective with Defender and Support.
Supermoves:
Kamikaze strike: Izara uses Aerial striker Drones to hone in on enemies and dive bomb onto them, she may also add drones with carrier codes to carry brave allies to integrate them into this attack. The drones in question dissipate into a shadowy mist at the end of the move.
Ambush Squad: Izara and 3 Strikers all attack the enemies from all angles.
The Calvary: Izara pairs a ranged striker drone with a Carrier Drone which gives the pair high mobility and ranged power.Drawbacks:
Low durability drones: by default the drones aren't very durable, able to be dispelled after a good hit unless given the defender, Juggernaut and protect and retreat codes. Defenders still can only defend take 3-4 good hits before being dispelled and can't stand up against super-powered foes
Forming speed: the drones aren't formed instantaneously, and she needs to take time to form them, before they can be used in an encounter. Izara must spend a post to summon the drone and it'll he ready for use the next post. For it to work, Izara must not be interrupted. Only one drone can be formed per post.
Light sensitivity: Izara has a sensitivity to light, easily burning if she isn't covered up or using extensive amounts of sunscreen. Along with that, Izara's drones require that they have the "light" code attached to them to hold a form and function at all
Faulty codes: every so often the drones malfunction and must be forcibly removed from the field. The causes aren't always apparent, but the biggest factors seem to be paring codes that don't work well together and having to many out at a time. Drones have to be made at the time of an encounter to be of any use. Sometimes, the codes glitch and it will take some time before they can be used again.

Forgetfulness: even when she doesn't need to keep conscious tabs on her drones, she still needs to keep track of how many she has at a time and it takes up space within her brain to have these drones maintained. She is prone to being distracted, even forgetful about what's going on.
Difficulty sleeping: because of her biological mother insomniac trait, she has difficulty sleeping at appropriate interval, often needing to keep a strict sleeping schedule, and bed time routine in order to fall asleep on time.
Minimum sleeping time: when she does fall asleep, her body will not wake up until she has the minimum sleep requirement fulfilled, that requirement being a full 8 hour period.
Fighting Style: Izara is a very strategic fighter, and doesn't do any more than what needs to be done to what a situation requires. She is very skilled in martial arts, and is able to hold off most without her quirk, only using it has supportive means, and when she needs power in numbers, on an immediate basis. She is always evaluating the scene and responding to it tactically. her first priority in any scenario, though would be the innocent and would do everything she can to keep them out of harms way using protective drones as needed.

Katrina was in her room that day, sitting on her bed with a singular drone... A drone more powerful then any she had ever made. this drone... It could manage itself and it stood between Katrina and the door, waiting to face off a beast... To hold him off until he could wake.
This Drone stood as a Non-lethal Defender and she was prepped to hold him off. She didn't expect, though, that her own brother would be see her brother in the room with her...
She spurred into action, ran right up to him and begged him to wake up but of course he never did, he never could and he injured her greatly slashing the entirety of her young body when the code of her defender changed.
Protect and Retreat would be the new code, and it would do just that. It would grab Katrina and Retreat somewhere far enough where Kurin could never find her.
Eventually, she would have passed out to blood loss causing the drone who did it's job, managing to get to the footsteps of a hospital several cities away.
She was found by a nurse, face pale and pulse barely notable and she was quick to get her in life support. They pumped her up with O negative blood quickly and for several months she remained in the Intensive Care Unit.
Eventually, she woke up. She was conscious again however... She didn't have a clue to who she was or where she was. She remembered she was cold, and there was beeping sounds. She saw herself hooked up onto monitors and tubes and she would have freaked out... If it weren't for the woman who was in the room with her.
She had a soothing presence about her, and she calmed her down. Cahyah Shenden, she said her name was and she claimed to be her guardian. At least for right now. They asked her questions, if she knew who she was and the like. Confusion was expected at first, but even after she was all healed up, the confusion and lack of memory remained.
She was visited by Cahyah often and she claimed to be her mother, though she looked nothing like her. She didn't question it, though as she was kind and caring. She moved to her new home soon enough, and it was filled many other children. She was brought to her new home, she had her own room and it was... Cozy. She adjusted to this life quite well and learned that her mother was a hero!
Wouldn't that be something she remembered? She was frustrated with her lack of memory. She was told her name was Izara Shenden but... It was foreign. It didn't feel right, for whatever reason and it was at this moment that she spotted the television and on it was the news, a picture of Kurin Timore front and center talking about murders and canabalism...
Murders and canabalism? Her life flashed before her life, she suddenly remembered everything and she wished she didn't. She rediscovered her quirk, rediscovered who she was and... She never wanted to go back, she never wanted to see that name ever again. She had ran to her room in fear, pain, agony, anger she hated everything! She knew... She didn't belong here, she wasn't the actual daughter of Cahyah Timore but.... She would continue to pretend to be. This was her new normal now, and her life was amazing.
She couldn't get her mind off the news, though. All the things they were saying about her brother. They weren't true! He was being tried as a criminal and he was as much as a victim as the rest of his family. She didn't understand... She couldn't... Even after all this, she loved her brother and she couldn't bear to hear the new talk about him in the manner that it did the nightmare.
She didn't expect it, but even after she had forgotten him, she still loved him. She also still feared him, and she couldn't do anything about it. Her quirk saved her... And it could possibly save others. Cahyah had came down, asked her what happened, if she was ok but did nothing but curl up in her arms.
It was after this moment that she wanted to be a hero. She wanted to get stronger, better, braver and was trained by Cahyah and Gerald. She watched the news often, as much as she could bear it and she noticed...
Her brother claimed his life, or so it was claimed but... She didn't believe it. She... She had to see it for herself and she did. She created a "Sleep" "Decoy" drone and snuck off... To where the body would be kept. The late night made it easy for her to blend in and sneak in, she managed to get passed the guards and into the room where the body was kept and sneak a peek... Only to get caught after all.
She was brought to a station and Cahyah came to get her, livid and threatened to do more than just ground her... Then she explained herself. She told Cahyah her deepest, darkest secret... One that Cahyah already knew about but she didn't need to tell her that.
It only steeled her resolve to become a hero, and just a few more years later she would get the chance to get into U.A. the normal way, she wanted to prove her own worth. That she could be a hero by her own merit... Even though she was heavily influenced by Cahyah and even Gerald. She had gotten into 1A without recommendation and soared through the three years she was there.
There were rumors, that she was only there because of her mother. That she got special treatment, that her power was one heros didn't have but she proved them all wrong.
She was at the top of her class all three years, and was the best scorer in the sports festival. She had interned and trained under other heros and agencies to expand on her experience but when she graduated, where she was going to go was clear. She was going to work at the agency that helped mold who she was, and that guided her to be the woman she is today. The Agency that was ran by the woman she called her mom, the Bear Den and chose "Black Bear" to show just how close she was to her.
She spent several years at the agency, and has made a name for herself, meanwhile. She was a rising star, many say due to her proximity of Momma Bear but she rose through the ranks quickly. She made herself known in the community, and participated in projects outside of catching villains. She found homes for many lost kids, and helped many more find their way to the agency. Shes intent on carrying her mother's name, legacy, and purpose. She believes no child should be without a home and she won't rest until every child has a family that they deserve.

Power: like her Biological father, Katrina could manipulate a form of shadowy substance produced by her body to form autonomous creations that served her. The influence of her biological mothers quirk allows her have less conscious control over the drones, as well as more complex creations comparable to her Biological Father.
The shadow drones she creates are, for all intents and purposes, simple automatons. They have the ability to think and act on their own, but each drone is implemented with a specific command code that dictates how they act and react to the world around them. the command codes also influence the shape drones may take. Said codes could be a word or simple phrase and each drone could have an upward of three codes each.
Izara's drones can last for as long as she keeps them active, or until she falls asleep and at any given moment she can have 6 different codes active and upto 4 active drones.

Non-lethal: Initially it's own code, Non-lethal codes make it so that all attacks don't do lethal damage. since becoming a hero, she has automatically prefaced every other code with this so it doesn't take up a slot
Base codes:
Striker- Strikers are drones are her offensive drones, meant to aid in the fight
Defender- Defenders are tanks, best at keeping attackers at bay.
Support; support drones are non-combative, aimed to search and aid for those who need help. These are the drones she relies on heavily when rescues have to be made, or when Reconnaissance is needed
Attachment codes:
Light- light codes allow Izara to summon drones during the day. Without it, drones will not materialize in broad daylight and, drones will automatically dissolve once it touches sunlight
Aquatic- Aquatic drones have the ability to traverse water with ease, and have the ability to breathe in air and in water. Incompatible with Aerial
Aerial- Aerial drones have the capacity for flight.
Incompatible with Aquatic
Carrier- Carrier drones have the ability to carry others. limit of one per carrier code. incompatible with Range
Range- ranged drones have the ability to use bow and arrows made out of shadow in their attacks. Incompatible with Carrier. Ineffective with Defender and Support.
Supermoves:
Kamikaze strike: Izara uses Aerial striker Drones to hone in on enemies and dive bomb onto them, she may also add drones with carrier codes to carry brave allies to integrate them into this attack. The drones in question dissipate into a shadowy mist at the end of the move.
Ambush Squad: Izara and 3 Strikers all attack the enemies from all angles.
The Calvary: Izara pairs a ranged striker drone with a Carrier Drone which gives the pair high mobility and ranged power.Drawbacks:
Low durability drones: by default the drones aren't very durable, able to be dispelled after a good hit unless given the defender, Juggernaut and protect and retreat codes. Defenders still can only defend take 3-4 good hits before being dispelled and can't stand up against super-powered foes
Forming speed: the drones aren't formed instantaneously, and she needs to take time to form them, before they can be used in an encounter. Izara must spend a post to summon the drone and it'll he ready for use the next post. For it to work, Izara must not be interrupted. Only one drone can be formed per post.
Light sensitivity: Izara has a sensitivity to light, easily burning if she isn't covered up or using extensive amounts of sunscreen. Along with that, Izara's drones require that they have the "light" code attached to them to hold a form and function at all
Faulty codes: every so often the drones malfunction and must be forcibly removed from the field. The causes aren't always apparent, but the biggest factors seem to be paring codes that don't work well together and having to many out at a time. Drones have to be made at the time of an encounter to be of any use. Sometimes, the codes glitch and it will take some time before they can be used again.

Glitched code conditions:A singular code that is faulted more than twice a thread becomes glitched and is unable to be used for the rest of the thread
Forgetfulness: even when she doesn't need to keep conscious tabs on her drones, she still needs to keep track of how many she has at a time and it takes up space within her brain to have these drones maintained. She is prone to being distracted, even forgetful about what's going on.
Difficulty sleeping: because of her biological mother insomniac trait, she has difficulty sleeping at appropriate interval, often needing to keep a strict sleeping schedule, and bed time routine in order to fall asleep on time.
Minimum sleeping time: when she does fall asleep, her body will not wake up until she has the minimum sleep requirement fulfilled, that requirement being a full 8 hour period.
Fighting Style: Izara is a very strategic fighter, and doesn't do any more than what needs to be done to what a situation requires. She is very skilled in martial arts, and is able to hold off most without her quirk, only using it has supportive means, and when she needs power in numbers, on an immediate basis. She is always evaluating the scene and responding to it tactically. her first priority in any scenario, though would be the innocent and would do everything she can to keep them out of harms way using protective drones as needed.
