Background in Architecture- She can draw a quick schematic of just about anything if she can fundamentally understand how it works. The same could be true about guessing the layout of a building millions of times for both school and work.
Weapons/Items:
Talon FlightSuit MKII- A black suit boasting shock absorbent padding. This comes with a thick nylon cape, decorated with some feathers for flare. The cape outstretched fully allows for air to fill it's nylon inlets, just like a normal flight suit would allow for a controlled high-speed glide. At her lower back is an improved propulsion system including one main thruster and two tilted boosters on each side of it to aid in trajectory. The thruster activates in strong bursts, and not as one continuous jet(This is also to the cape doesn't catch on fire). This allows for enhanced jumping, floating and point-to-point maneuverability in mid-air. This flight suit allows for smooth gliding transitions, "airing" between buildings. The mkIl also comes with vibrokinetic weapons at its disposal.
Talons- on her forearms are retractable wrist blades, equipped with high-tech vibration devices. These blades glow a soft blue while vibrating at insane speeds to achieve an incredibly hot and efficient cut. There is a need for cooling so it's important keep the device off when not in use. Constant vibrations of the strength can break the weapon entirely and risk burning the wielder underneath. The same technology exists in the heel of her boots, except they operate in strong singular pulsations to allow for small shockwave-inducing kicks and enhanced jumping.

Flash Bang Pellets - Small marbles, that when thrown in a cluster can accumulate to a large flash bang.
Smoke Screen Pellets-Small marbles, that when thrown in a cluster can mask Corvid's presence with a thick smoke.

Bird Calls- Unique throwable pellets that sit on her belt alongside the others. They are coated with a sticky substance to snag onto enemies when thrown. A moment or so after impact, the grenade will detonate releasing a small shockwave and an extraordinarily loud screech.
Stimulant Pens- If wounded, these pens aid in giving an abrupt boost of energy. It's an aid to gift Corvid with some extra oomph to get out of hairy situations.

An instrument of the Court, it was her destiny to become a great asset. Her father always wanted a son, but a daughter would have to do. Throughout the earliest stages of her life, all Chandon knew was survival, training, studying, and killing. Visits from her father were sparce, but she craved the acceptance, the attention... the love if one could even call it that. Soldiers were built, not born and to that end, she wouldn't see civilization until she shaped up to be a proper Talon. She'd grow into just that in the colds of a far far country. It wasn't until age 15 that she saw Gotham City for the first time. On the edge of the city, she and her father would stay at an estate so that she could learn how to survive the treacherous social settings of Gotham's elite. It was there she'd join clubs, and even run for student body president. For a girl who came out of nowhere, she blew through that school like a storm. She was young and fierce, a force to say the very least. Any student that attempted to bully her would go missing. There were rumors whirling about how her father put hits out on those students, but it was really Chandon carrying out her own justice. She always had her own sense of justice, a warped sense of right and wrong.To commit foul play on a young killer...big mistake.
Regardless, these experiences and connections propelled her into Princeton University where she would study Architectural Design. She always had a knack for drawing and planning, so her father saw it fit that she solidify herself as a proper fixture within Gotham's ever-growing ecosystem. Graduating with flying colors, she'd link up with some classmates to attack Gotham with full force. Chandon and her team would present Gotham with restoration and preservation plans to keep Gotham looking the same while reimagining the already existing buildings. "Wearing its heritage, Gotham can always evolve. A new Gotham is only possible if we maintain the foundation this city is built on. Traditions are traditions for a reason, we must cater to our roots." Her words to the City Council and Mayor. It was these words that gifted her a Developer job, and funding for her "Gotham is a Pheonix" Campaign. It was that same night, that she'd be invited to a masquerade.
Masquerades were no foreign thing, in fact she'd been to plenty. There was something different about this invitation though. With it came a text from her father saying, "It's time for you to meet them." Of course she would show up. It was her destiny! She'd trained her whole life for this moment. In secret, she'd be briefed on her employment with a high council, and the details of her job as an official Talon. It wouldn't be until she would be approached with the proposition of testing a super suit. If things faired well, she could keep the suit and be the first of her kind. Little did Chandon know, the council was gearing up to control Gotham in a different way. With crime reaching all-time highs, it seemed many of Gotham's filth were forgetting their place within the world. Naturally, the council would devise an answer for those who dared defy it. A new presence would take to the night sky, a dark-shrouded bird who would be good enough to give even The Batman a run for his money. She'd been watched and groomed for this, now it was time to perform!
