Up until roughly 20 years ago, all of the known Devil Fruits had been aquired and kept locked away by the world government in a location known infamously as the Devil's Graveyard. When Jole E D'vil successful broke into the location and stole all of the Devil Fruits, reports stated that his crew and all of the other associated pirates of the Raid had shown signs of using supernatural powers and abilities that could only be simulated by Devil Fruits that had not been recorded before.
When it was later logged that Devil Fruits had begun to appear all across the globe, specifically on the day when a pillar of light could be seen across the globe. It was even later revealed that Jole E. D'Vil had apparently used something to trigger this event, and that it was located upon place known as One Piece. Since then, the Marines have had two jobs. The first is to locate the One Piece, or at least hider others from locating it and stall for time; and the second was to collect and apprehend Devil Fruits to br sealed away once more within the Devil's Graveyard.
This log is made to record Devil Fruits that had not been recorded, or have been unleashed in this New World that we live in. As such, this new wave of fruits is to be referred to as "New World Devil Fruits".

New World Devil Fruit Creation and Rules
Firstly, New World Devil Fruits are unique, and cannot copy the abilities of another fruit to the dime. They must also adhere to the type that they belong to. Further more, no devil fruit can ignore the weakness of being unable to swim or actively use their powers while submerged in water. So no Water Water Fruit, and Swim swim fruit that lets you submerge yourself and stay in control of your powers.
Next, the Head Moderator has exclusive right to approve or reject your Devil Fruit Idea. With that said, please use the following Template. If approved, your fruit will be added to the appropriate list in the Devil Fruit Catalogue.

Devil Fruit Name: Weasel Weasel Fruit Model Wolverine (itachi itachi no mi Model Kuzuri)
Devil Fruit Type: Zoan
Abilities:The fruit grants the user the ability to transform into a wolverine at will, or an inter-species hybrid(human-beast hybrid). Notably, his full beast form is a black wolverine with a silver streak on its chest. In hybrid form, his fur is completely silver. Zoans fruits generally grant a physical and sensory boost based on the species. More specific to this model, Wolverines are known to go toe to toe with much larger animals with their powerful teeth and jaws, long retractable claws, strength, speed and unrelenting aggression. They also have a slight immunity to some poisons due to their indiscriminate diet(foxes, rodents, berries, snakes, worms, literally anything), along with an immunity to frost due to thick skin, and thick fur. Long claws aid in climbing and digging capabilities.
Beast Form - Secco will take on the form of a Wolverine with a silver streak on it's chest, and also retain his silver eyes. Much like a wolverines, he gains a dense coat of fur, thick skin, incredibly powerful jaws, and long retractable claws.
Hybrid Form- Secco will shift into a bipedal beastman, boasting a great deal of his fruits traits, but allowing for a more humanoid shape. Unlike other zoans that gift the user with a larger frame, the wolverine model keeps the user in a smaller stature of 5 foot even. The muscles are compact and toned, leading to a slender and lean shape. Instead of a snout, his face is a bit more human as well.
Weakness:
-Ocean and Sea Prism Stone
-Emotional flight can cause fits of blind rage (one has to be in complete control of themselves. )

Devil Fruit Name: The Fold Fold Fruit (Gami Gami No Mi) Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia Powers: The eater of this fruit can fold anything they can grapple with. Folding an object reduces its dimensions and size but does not inhibit its function or change its composition. Once completely flattened any object can be folded into whatever shape the user desires so long as it can be achieved by folding the object, they can't create more material or stretch out existing material if it doesn't already have those properties. When preformed on people they become One Dimensional but are otherwise unharmed, used on herself she can change her physical appearance and form as well as fly by folding and unfolding herself in various shapes Limitations: The act of folding does not reduce the weight of an object meaning if its too heavy to lift normally it won't be easier when its folded. People who are folded to the one dimensional state will return to normal after the user leaves the nearby area of 3 meters from her body. Victims of One Dimensional folding can unfold themselves or be unfolded with the help of allies. Only dry things can be folded and any water will undo the folding effect returning the object to its original state

Devil Fruit Name: The Laugh Laugh Fruit (Wara Wara No Mi)
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Powers: The eater of the Laugh Laugh fruit can weaponize laughter. Against their opponents if they catch them laughing they can manipulate their endorphins and cause them to laugh uncontrollably at the slightest provocation, this effect only lasts as long as the user remains in direct eye contact with them, breaking vision even for a second removes the effect. Alternatively they can use laughter to cease the pain of their allies for a five minute duration, upon physical contact any willing ally will receive and endorphin rush that will grant them resistance to pain and fear.
Limitations: Direct unbroken vision must be maintained to sustain the laughing seizure, consequently being knocked out or removed from her light of sight will break the effect, after the five minute duration of Mania all endured pain and fear will come back and the ability can not be used again more than three times on the same target and only one person at a time.

Devil Fruit Name: Bird Bird Fruit Model: Swan (Tori Tori No Mi Model: HakuchÅ)
Devil Fruit Type: Zoan
Abilities:The fruit grants the user the ability to transform into a swan at will, or an inter-species hybrid(human-bird hybrid). This comes in the form of a pure white regal swan with a bright orange beak with black markings along the front. The user also gains the ability of flight alongside increased speed and mobility with unparalleled balance. This also comes with the ability to float effortlessly in freshwater and the ability to extend the long neck of theirs at least tens times their normal length but risk getting it knotted or struck the longer it is. User also becomes immune to becoming drenched or wet while in swan form.
Beast Form - User gains wings in place of arms, a long swan neck, and their legs become webbed and slightly scaly. This comes complete with a snow set of feathers and powerful beak.
Hybrid Form- Most of the feather become dense and give back the user's use of arms with limited flying ability and shorter neck length. In return, the muscles in the legs are much more taut and capable to stronger hits.
Weakness:
-Ocean and Sea Prism Stone
-Brittle Wings
-Long neck prone to knotting

Devil Fruit Name: Rabbit Rabbit Fruit (OC) // Usagi Usagi no mi
Devil Fruit Type: Zoan
Abilities:
The fruit grants the user the ability to transform into a rabbit at will, or an inter-species hybrid(human-beast hybrid). Notably, the full beast form is a small black rabbit with black eyes. The claws are a bit overgrown but other than that is a rabbit. In hybrid form, the user retains all their size and muscle, but gains floppy ears and powerful legs for running and kicking. Zoans fruits generally grant a physical and sensory boost based on the species. More specific to this model, rabbits are known for their agility, strong legs, shedding, alertness to danger with their hearing, and digging.
Beast Form- A black rabbit. There isn't much else to it besides the fact it retains all the strength and power of a human.... but look FLUFFY.
Hybrid Form- A large standing hare of a beastman with long ears, and a large shroud of fur around the user's neck.
Weakness:
Incredibly true to size full animal form.

Devil Fruit Name: Dyna-Dyna
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Abilities: The user can absorb any mass of kinetic energy they come into contact with, store it in their body, and then release kinetic energy in whatever way they desire, either enhancing their body, imbuing it into objects, or even maneuvering in midair.
Weakness:
- Equipment is not protected by the fruit and can still be broken, and channeling energy through them can break them if not careful about it.
- trying to store too much energy can lead to an overload and cause internal damage
- bullets still sting due to heat though they don't do any real damage
- fruit does not generate energy on its own, energy must be pulled from external sources
- Since this isn't a logia type they do need to be conscious to absorb energy, and their power can be overwhelmed if an attack catches them off guard or is too fast for them to react to.

Devil Fruit Type: Zoan
Powers: 7 heads of the Leviathan
Gluttony- creates water snakes with venomous fangs that produce a perception-altering venom when gotten into the bloodstream.
wraith -locked
pride- locked
sloth- locked
lust- locked
greed-locked
envy- locked
Limitations: all seven levels are not unlocked at the beginning. Start at one and slowly unlock the others through hidden achievements. Weakened when put into salt water, encased in fire and sea prism stone contact.

Devil Fruit Name: Weak Weak Fruit (Yowai Yowai no Mi)
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Powers: User can weaken the things around them through touch alone. This includes the immediate air around them to block out noise, others to reduce the impact their strikes will have, make weapons and firearms useless by those touched by the user, and can even make one temporarily lose their intelligence if touched on the head.
Limitations: Unfortunately, the user is subject to their own powers at all times meaning their kicks and punches are harmless, any weapon in their hand is dulled or malfunctions, and cannot lift anything too heavy. Seawater however will cancel out said powers as per all devil fruit users along with being in contact with sea prism stone.

Devil Fruit Name: Resin Resin Fruit (Jushi Jushi no Mi)
Devil Fruit Type: Logia
Powers: Allows the user to create, control, and transform into a thick viscous semi-transparent sticky resin that is difficult to escape from without the use of cleaners or sea water. The user can also quickly harden the resin into strong yet brittle amber to capture and secure enemies. The user can drain the resin, and sap from trees and absorb them into their body. Similarly they can also melt down amber back into resin to be reabsorbed so long as they come into contact with it.
Limitations: The user is highly susceptible to fire, being unable to put themselves out unless they submerge themselves in sea water. What's more, the amber while tough is brittle and can easily be shattered with blunt objects or force. While their body is made of resin they cannot move quickly, though they can still shift their body in an instant to absorb the force of and capture an attacker or bullet. Hot objects will still inflict pain upon the user no matter the form whether resin or amber.

Abilities
The Cannon Cannon Fruit allows the user to project non-detachable cannons from any part of their body. They range from finger-sized pea shooters to artillery guns as long as the user is tall. These cannons can appear instantly from the user's bare skin, and be ready to fire in a matter of seconds. It also supplies an infinite number of cannonballs.
Weakness
Recoil - with the larger cannons, firing creates an immense level of force. If the user isn't braced against something, then they will be at the mercy of the cannon's fire power.
Noise - the cannons produce as much noise as a regular cannon would, and firing the larger specimens can cause temporary deafness for the user and anyone in the immediate vicinity.
Gunpowder - while the Fruit does grant the user cannonballs, it does not produce the necessary gunpowder needed for firing. The user has to ingest gunpowder regularly if they wish to fire (it can also be added externally to the cannon barrels if needs be).
