Chisako is a young woman of average physique although she boasts a slightly taller height than what most would consider average. Her hair is of a short bobbed aqua blue she colored herself to add to her mystique. Her seldom seen bright blue eyes exude the same level of mysteriousness as the very moon she gains her power from.
Civilian Clothes
Her main attire is her trademark tan trenchcoat with black leather gloves and sunglasses. Underneath is a small white blouse with a snazzy tan miniskirt with black pantyhose and black high-heeled shoes which allows her more movement than a regular pair. She has a closet full of other brands of clothing but she only breaks them out during leisurely strolls or special occasions.
Hero Outfit
Though she makes frequent appearances in her usual trenchcoat attire, she does have an official suit with a visor worn over her eyes in place of her sunglasses. The suit itself is of a flattering spandex with a full moon crest upon the chest colored a pale blue along with her boots and gloves whilst the rest of her suit is of a steely grey.

General Personality
Although she comports herself as a doer of good and prides herself on her ability to solve any crime, she tends to take things a bit too far sometimes if she senses anything off about a person she suspects of a crime (no matter how small). Despite this, she is very trustworthy and will defy all odds to have one's back. A great listener and overall a nice person...when she isn't monologueing. She sometimes loves hearing herself talk, especially when she knows she has the upper hand which can make her seem cocky but that is far from the truth; she only acts as such when she reviews all the data and ensures nothing else could happen to interrupt her gloating. An eye for detail and a very analytical mind.

She would be able to manipulate the weight of gravity around a certain area but could only increase it and for short periods of time. She currently lives with her husband Lee CHang'e, working at a salon and making sure her younger daughter Ling Chang'e gets a proper education in UA.

Used to use his quirk of emitting blasts of superheated beams from his eyes to perform robberies and dissuade authorities to try and catch him but reformed after an incident and completely changed his ways to get married after a certain female hero caught him. History
Born on the mean-streets of Beijing when villain activity was at an all time high, Chisako kept spirits high in these trying times. Why? Heroes of course. Why, they gave her reason to keep going and certainly gave her something to aspire to be. A person who could deal with villains and defeat them with ease? Heroes! But she was without a Quirk for the time being and had to make do with another route; the police force...as a junior detective in kindergarten of course.
She was an expert in sleuthing, able to freely determine who did the crime and who needed to do the time. It just started with milk robberies and thieveries at her school that would soon evolve into scandals involving a teacher who Chisako wound up catching at an awkward time for the teacher in question. The teacher discounted Chisako's intelligence at this stage in her life which was a mistake. Thinking they could overpower a child, they seized her...and not soon after she was grabbed did her quirk manifest and in full force! He was blasted with the beams from her eyes that made him roll around the floor to put the flames out only to feel a crushing weight on him. He couldn't rightly move much and thus was able to get caught because of it. From that day, She got a recommendation to join the police force when she became of age.
She turned down that offer, instead becoming a Private Investigator who would solve crimes with her Quirk...after graduating of course. Her goal in UA was to show just how capable of a girl she was...and she did not disappoint. Her deductive skills and tactical know-how allowed her to easily grasp situations that required both rescuing and defeating villains. Running or fighting. She knew when and where to enact a plan depending on the situation...though she showed incredible aptitude at capturing villains and detaining them when she could. It allowed her to excel at the Sports Festival where she claimed 2nd place one year.
Afterwards, she was able to live out her dream of being a hero and enacting her duties as a PI. She could solve crimes and take down evildoers wherever they may rear their ugly heads. It didn't take long for her to gain popularity as the nicknamed "Moonlight Noir Hero" due to the fact of how she came dressed in a trenchcoat with a snazzy car and shades. Soon after, she was offered a job for a pro-hero which she jumped upon without a second thought. With a brilliant mind, a dazzling Quirk, and a noir sense of style, Chisako began the next stage in her career as a pro-hero who 'moonlights' as a PI.

Her eyes can fire lunar-powered beams from them and is not necessarily limited to the time of day but are definitely more potent at night. They burn with a sort of cold fire as opposed to solar rays that just burn. Not to mention a direct hit from them increases the gravity around the area of impact to around a 3 foot radius and lasts for generally less than a minute after impact. The beams can freely change trajectory after striking a reflective surface. The beams themselves pack a punch, capable of going through certain substances with ease. During both a lunar and solar eclipse, the strengths of both the fire's intensity and the strength of the gravity and duration with the gravity being stronger during a lunar eclipse and the fires being stronger on solar eclipses.
Supermoves
Festival of Eclipse
Traces a circular area with her beam to generate a constant field of gravity that is especially strong on the edges but weaker towards the center. At full strength, it can fully restrict movement until the time elapses. The name of this supermove is changed to affix the name Perfect to the front during a lunar or solar eclipse. Mainly used as a means of creating a makeshift combat arena.
Selene's Stare
Focuses the entirety of her beam upon a single point, able to restrain targets with a constant flow of gravity and freezing heat or pierce through objects depending on how intently she focuses.
Drawbacks
The current phases of the moon either weaken or strengthen her power. The closer it is to a new moon, the weaker her rays become, losing potency whether it be night or day while the closer it is to a full moon, the potency increases. Her eyes have also become more sensitive to light, becoming unable to see in brightly illuminated areas unless she wears sunglasses but even so, it can still adversely affect her.
Fighting Style
She has a mastery in tae-kwon-do and mixed martial arts, using hints of aikido to use her opponent's momentum against them and utilizes her sleuthing mind to make the best of whatever her opponent throws at her.[/align]
