Physical Appearance: Jupiter is a willowy person of 6’8”(203.2 cm) with short, bright cheery blossom pink hair and striking azure-colored eyes. They bear an androgynous form with sleek milky skin with minor cuts and scars on their back. Their lips almost always bear a pink sheen to them due to the lip gloss they favor.
Civilian Clothes: They wear a black tank-top oftentimes underneath a stylized royal vestment of white with gold accents and chains meant to look fancy rather than replicate actual gold. They match the black dress pants coupled with the two additions of a pair of boots made of cheap yet stylish materials and open-fingered black gloves they wear exclusively.
Hero Outfit: While still wearing their civilian clothes, they also wear the addition of several scrolls on their arms and legs as well as a set of wings worn on their back made of durable material that grants them flight and a frontal set of armor resembling tufts of feathers but is actually made of a high-density, lightweight fiber that can withstand most projectiles and melee weaponry. On top of this is worn a luxurious crown with a blue visor.

General Personality: Jupiter is by far and away a very self-sacrificing individual who will gladly exchange their own happiness so that others that deserve happiness can have it. They are brave to a fault and are oftentimes one who is quick to show their confidence even when the odds are stacked against them, laughing in the face of mortal peril and even cracking jokes to both dispel their fear and show the danger before them they are unafraid. They are stubborn and when a goal is in mind for them to accomplish, they will do whatever is in their means to make it a reality. They also bear an almost childlike energy and wonder and are prone to teasing those they care about deeply.

History: Miracles are something you make happen; not something you wait for. That is what Jupiter, born Julie, learned from her mother when they were young. The Holstrom family was a middle-class family in Sweden and had money to get by on their own. But when Julie's mother became ill, money suddenly became tight as her treatment was digging into their funds and they all, each and everyone of them, needed to provide and pull double their weight so they could keep on surviving. Julie worked even harder than most of them, going so far as to almost fall ill themselves were it not for the intervention of their sister.
They were told an interesting legend from Japan about how crafting a thousand paper cranes could make a single wish come true. But Julie, being ever the realist,disregarded the legend and continued their tireless toil to provide for the family. It wasn't until they were on the brink of dropping dead from fatigue did their own mother decide to tell them to finally take a break. Begrudgingly, Julie accepted and was told again of the myth about the paper cranes. But this time, Julie was more open-minded and learned it was about a labor of love and not just some children's wishful dream. Julie beat themselves up about not listening to their sister when they told them about the story and now found it their own personal project to bring about this story with their own quirk.
Their father had become stretched thin and tensions were running high. Nothing was changing. Their mother was still ill and everyone was doing their best to provide for her treatment. Meanwhile, Julie continued to pursue their dream of crafting those fabled 1000 paper cranes while also researching ways to cure their mother. As per their mother's words, Julie had learned to pace themselves but still fell prey to being overworked at times. Then the fated day arrived when Julie walked in to visit their mother one last time.
It was a warm day. Birds were singing. Their mother was looking out peacefully from the clinic with a smile on her face. Julie themself looked quite glum but as soon as their mother looked at them, they had once again kicked themselves for looking as such. Their mother had told them the words that would shape how they would live their life from now now. Happiness and smiling. As long as you kept joy in your heart, nothing would ever get you down. They knew their mother wasn't going to live for much longer yet she continued to smile. Julie themself couldn't help but smile as well. Their mother had one more request; for them to pursue their own dream. They spent their last day with their mother, folding the paper cranes together...until the sun set. Their eyes softened and they knew. They knew their mother had passed away with a smile.
Then Julie knew what they had to do. Using what money she had gained, she supported their father and sister before departing to the country of her mother's origin; Japan. It was here Julie changed their name to Jupiter and made a new life for themselves while chasing their dream of spreading happiness wherever they could. The best way to do this was to become a hero because heroes make people smile. Over the course of this time, they would pursue even more happiness by finding their lot in life and settling into an agency meant to help those who have had difficult lives, supporting them as best they could with the best medicine known to them.

Power: Able to manipulate any and all forms of paper around them including forming them into complex shapes and stretching them to the utmost length a paper can allow. This includes being able to fold them over and over to increase their durability beyond the normal limits of paper while still retaining their overall lightness and sometimes sharpness, The paper itself can also be strengthened and reinforced with more to carry others and hold their weight easily as well as be used to bind itself around objects.

One Thousand Cranes of Happiness
With time and effort crafting a total of literal 1000 small paper cranes can make dreams come true! Taking the greatest effort and concentration, the cranes as a whole unit responds to the will of the user and can easily carry others, can be sharp when they need to be, have the force of a high-velocity punch when together, can form a wall that can withstand most blows with ease, and if desired can detach and be used to form other means of attack for the user to utilize. Whatever dream the quirk user needs to make come true, the cranes will do their best to provide!
Paper Web Network
Disguising several sheets of special paper as a singular sheet, Jupiter begins to stretch the sheets as far as they can go to create a myriad of strands that can go around a wide area. Meant for multiple targets but can combine upon a single target to form a nigh-unbreakable cocoon. The cocoon is less effective against several targets.
Kurikaeshi-shi ha
Using several sheets of paper, Jupiter folds them hundreds of times over to form a katana that is far sharper and more durable than most man-made katanas. Its durability can be sacrificed for it to unleash a stream of paper that can be manipulated with their quirk that acts almost like a wave. The more this is used, the less sharp and less durable the weapon itself becomes.
Drawbacks: The paper they wield is subject to every weakness that paper has including becoming soggy when extremely wet and is exceptionally flammable, making the paper being manipulated unable to fully be controlled if its sustainability is compromised. Being light can also make the paper subject to high winds. There also, of course, needs to be paper around for said quirk to continue to function.
Fighting Style: Whatever distance from their target they need to be, Jupiter adapts quickly and tends to use their quirk to do the same so that they are always ready to respond to the situation as it changes.
