Tommy Neil, a 3rd year at UA, and a trainee for the KKH. That's what most people in his school knew him as. On the average day, he was the foreign looking ruffled and pink haired student that never really stood out for being great compared to others. Especially with their fancier looking quirk that barely made him stand out. At least, that's what everyone assumed. In reality, out here in the open, wearing what was basically the equivalent of a life sized action figure like costume, Tommy Neil was actually the soon to be known Pro Hero Piece Keeper!
At least that's what he dreamed. For now, he was simply a trainee for Giga Bite, the large stag beetle themed hero who's hero agency, the KKH, was in charge of Musutafu City, as well as a few that were close by such as Tokyo and Yokohama. Well, maybe not in charge, but they mostly kept the piece as best they could and went out of their way to help the local communities. KKH was more a place for those who were former villains or vigilantes who were rehabilitated back into society. Most of their work was community services, from helping to keep the streets clean of litter, to patrolling neighborhoods, to helping with mundane tasks, or scheduling inclusive events for citizens of all ages. For most the KKH was not a agency of glory. But why did someone have to join a big action packed agency that only fought villains? Villains were a symptom of a greater problem, and Gigabite knew this. Which was why Tommy chose to work for him as a trainee. Helping everyone and preventing future disasters was the fundamentals of being a hero. Tommy saw it that way, and thus he never regretted choosing to help Giga Bite and work with former villains. That said, he found particular enjoyment when entertaining children. Why?
Immediately in the distance, Tommy heard a cry, opening his eyes and looking through his one way helmet, he saw a red balloon beginning to float up and out of reach. A child, a young boy by the age of maybe 4 or 5 pointing up as his mother tried to comfort him. Tommy smiled, quickly sprinting up, before pointing his arm into the sky as he tensed his muscles. "Pop Gun Rifle! FIRE!" He yelled, as people stopped, watching his arm suddenly shoot out from it's socket into the air. The arm flew a good twenty feet, but it was not nearly close enough to the balloon, before suddenly the forearm detached from the elbow, firing even higher than the bicep! Tommy tried to grab it, his hand only barely missing the string, as people began to sigh in disappointment that he had been unsuccessful....
ONLY THAT WASN'T ALL! A final clench, and his hand shot out! Grabbing the string to the balloon, as he gave his shoulder a rotation to activate the Reel-Back system. Cords that were connected to each part of his costume began to bring his hand back, reeling all of his parts towards home! First his bicep, followed by his forearm, then his hand! A clear "POP!" being heard as each part returned to it's rightful place, all while his hand held onto the balloon bringing it back down to earth. The people around clapped at the spectacle of a hero in a bright pink and blue colored action figure costume almost skipped over to the little boy, "I think you dropped this up young man." Tommy... No, Piecekeeper said as he smiled. The visor not allowing his face to be seen, but the digital interface showing a toothy cartoon smile. The boy laughed, clapping his hands and taking the balloon. "Alright, now hold up. Let me tie something to it." PieceKeeper said, pulling out a KKH style pin. It was fairly heavy, enough so that a balloon alone wouldn't make it fly away, as he tied the pin to the base of the balloon.
"There, now it shouldn't escape you this time!" PieceKeeper stated, taking a heroic pose with a thumbs up and one hand on his waist. "Now, as much as it was a pleasure to help, I must continue my patrol! Keep and eye out, and remember Stranger Danger!" Piece Keeper finished, his Japanese only barely accented with his Scottish origins. A thank you from the mother of the child and the boy's smile and happiness was all Tommy really needed to make his day, as he continued on through the streets of the city on his patrol, making sure to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity like how he was trained.

"Oi oi oi, make some room" It could be heard in the distance. Toward an alley a limousine had pulled up. Quite a few gentlemen had been loaded in, and they were ridiculously tattooed up, many of them sporting slick back hairstyles. The was one man who distinctly stuck out in the crowd, he had green hair, and was rather tall, perhaps 7 feet, green curly hair, and very skinny. The goons were armed with pistols, and created a barrier. The green-haired man would allow the special guest out of the limousine. The man leaving the car was a blonde, tall with broad shoulders and a sword at his hip... The two men were likely in charge despite not present obvious tattoos. Something was definitely up! As the man was escorted into the alley, the goons quickly surveyed the area before quickly opening up the trunk and pulling out briefcase after briefcase. Seemingly they froze in place, mainly because they noticed Piecekeeper's popping sound as he assisted the nearby civillian. "SHIT!" One goon. "Hurry up, hurry up." Another goon. The blonde man paused before entering the building. "Make sure they handle that pipsqueak."Without much else, he'd disappear into the building. Some goons chose to stay, while others hustled the product in. "Aye aye." He smiled big before taking a confident stride out toward the street. A silenced round would plink against the ground near Tommy's feet. "Yo! I'm gonna need you to clear out kiddo. This is some Yakuza business. We don't need heroes butting in." The man proclaimed, looking at his index and shoving it up his nose with no shame. _______________________________OOC: Yakuza have shown up and they're smuggling something! It's a bit hard to tell if these guys are small fry or big-timers. The Yakuza isn't so popular around these parts due to the high volume of heroes. Regardless if their pushing drugs through the Musutafu streets, it's up to our young hero to stop them. Hero Mission: Challenge and arrest these criminals. If things get to hairy, follow protocol as a hero-student; call for back up, and stall until help arrives OR retreat if things are too dire. Villain Mission: Talk about bad timing. With a hero present, make sure this kid doesn't get into the building. There's a very important drug deal that MUST get done. Kill this brat, or force him out of the area! Outside of a few goons. Tommy only barely noticed anything strange when he froze on the spot at the sound of a silenced round going off at his feet. Turning and raising his guard immediately, he noticed the goons and the heat they were packing. More importantly, he saw a glimpse of something being carried into the building that they were guarding.
While his face was covered, preventing the goons from telling where or what he was looking at, Tommy knew that his suit wasn't rated for firearms. He could avoid lethal injuries at center mass, but that was it. Of course his quirk compensated by allowing him to move unpredictably, but that wasn't the real problem here. The real problem was the KHH's protocols. Giga Bite's agency was primarily focused on Search and Rescue operations. What's more, it was protocol to avoid performing villain suppression. Vigilante activity was their focus as well. Taking a step back, Tommy knew that he couldn't afford to engage.....
Yet something told him letting this go would be devastating especially of the deal was being made this close to UA. Taking a second step back, Tommy leaped away, behind a building and out of sight. Firing his arm out, Piecekeeper would retreat by using his reel back system to pull himself atop the building.
Up on the rooftops, Piecekeeper could at least stay out of sight and be less likely to be heard. Now it was time for recon. Activating his comms unit, Tommy would relay to KHH HQ that an illegal drug deal was occuring in Musutafu city and that he'd gather intel. Knowing what was happening was more important than suppression of these criminals as he moved along the rooftop. Making sure to stay away from the alleyway the goons were at, Tommy attempted to guage a likely entry point into the building before him. If there wasn't one, well he could at least try to view the dealings from a window by hanging from his reelback system.

The green-haired man would nod to himself with a sense of satisfaction. Seemed like the kid knew what was good for em. The gentlemen would finish transporting the drugs into the building and distribute them from the briefcases into crates. For now, they were without a label and stacked on top of a pallet. This pallet would find itself within the mix of what looked like a small distribution center. Tommy would be able to see this from a high-up window. In fact, if he reeled into the building he could bask in the full scene. Among the pallets, there were plenty of normal pharmaceuticals, but the pallet hosting the mystery drugs would find itself near a table. Despite that, the goons seemed to be scattered around the center, looking for something. The blonde man from earlier would meet with what looked like a chemist at the table. Just by posture alone, it was easy to tell this man was a bit of a doormat. This wasn't as important as what the conversation had been about.
"Boogie, did you handle what I asked of you?" The boss turned with a sharp look at the green-haired man.
"Nowhere to be found. He was too scared to engage. I think he was one of those students." Boogie replied. Walking over, he'd pick up one of the sealed bags and expose it to the chemist. With a nod from his superior, Boogie would proceed. "Now... you've been late 3 times with your payments. Usually we'd bloody you up, but instead we found and confiscated this fancy drug of yours."
"Wait what? But that's my only source of income! Once you get canned for malpractice, you might as well kiss any respectab-" He'd be cut off by Boogie.
"Well, you were making these before, during, and after your respectable career, right? Count this much as a late fee, 3 payments worth of late fees." He'd slam the bag onto the ground, and tap at it. "Going forward THESE will be your method of payment."
Stammering, the chemist-"I-I... I... If you take them, how will I stay afloat?"
"What happened to the advance we gave you? It's the reason you're in debt in the first place. " The chemist fell into silence. To be honest, they knew the answer, but it was up to the chemist to take accountability. "You aren't selling enough... SO, we'll just use our business models to get things done the right way. If you care about your family so much, I suggest you figure out a way. Fathers are good at that right?" It was a typical Yakuza tactic to bless someone with a fortune they weren't able to pay back and extort them until nothing was left. Seemingly this was the end of that life cycle. It would become more apparent when one of the flunkies showed up to the table with a stack of papers. There were a bunch of equations on them, even a list of chemicals and how much to purchase
"Oh looks like we found your formula. May we take that as an advance for next payment? It's a rhetorical question... You owe us quite a few million." Boogie kept pressing the issue, forcing the poor guy into tears. The big boss would turn and begin to walk away toward the door. The goons would follow in toe, leaving just the sniveling chemist, and the 2nd in command. "If we have the recipe, consider your debt paid. Boogie, please thank the man for his services." While this meant the man was free of debt, it also meant he was left with absolutely nothing. He needed a moment to gather himself, but flinched when Boogie replied, "Aye aye..." For some reason the tension rose instantly. Tommy would be able to feel Boogie's blood lust from all the way up there.
There was a silence that punished the moment with an accompanying stillness. Boogie- "A RI GA TO." He smiled... The chemist would bow and slowly take a few steps back. It was obvious he didn't know what to do with himself in this moment. Everything had been stripped away. Boogie sniffled. "Stuffy in here... dusty too..." His eyes never leave the chemist. The poor soul would reluctantly turn his back to the villain and begin walking away toward a different exit. "Bah... I'm getting so much phlegm." He snorted hard with a cheeky expression, before hack spitting a hard projectile. "Hchaaaaawk, ptew!"

Tommy would take the advantage while he had it, seeing how the green haired guy seemed content he had zoomed away when he turned that last corner. Instead of using a pop gun, which had a unique disadvantage of being quiet loud, Tommy detached his hand softly, a quiet pop barely audible even to himself. This was a bit of a risky technique, but he had practiced and gained the arm strength to do this. Forming his detached hand into a fist, Tommy took a moment and lined up his throw, before fast balling his own fist out towards the opposite building. Sure enough, his continue practice and training had allowed him to make the throw, albeit a bit roughly as he barely hung onto the corner he landed his hand on, moving it along until he found a secure anchor to hang from. A quick knot of the reelback line with his dexterous fingers secured it further, as he sprinted and ran wide around the rooftop, jumping and swinging off to angle the swing and utilize the pendulum effect.
A quick micro adjustment of his reelback system, and he was swinging to a hopping skid as he stopped a bit short of a open window with a view of whatever was happening. Barely opening the window to hear, Tommy listened to the exchange. Seemed as though this chemist was manufacturing something for quiet some time. What it was, Piecekeeper didn't know, but the mention of Malpractice suggested that this chemist wasn't making your standard over the counter medicines. Tommy felt a ping of disgust in his gut, but stayed quiet. If he risked blowing his cover then there would be no future drug bust.... Of course, seeing how the goons were looking for something, Tommy assumed it might be money; only for him to spot something odd. Papers? He tried to zoom in as best he could, but they were snatched before he could get a clear picture. That said, the big guy with the blonde hair seemed to have gotten what he was looking for.....
Tommy would have considered this a loss honestly. Because they had gotten a formula for whatever that stuff was; it wasn't likely that they'd come here again. Authorities would arrest the chemist and try to fin- Suddenly a chill ran down Tommy's spin as he heard the Aye Aye from the Green Haired dude from before. Bloodlust. He had sensed it more in the tone of voice, but it was enough to make Tommy suddenly unwind his Reelback line from above and grip the window to brace himself and prepare to move in. Even if the chemist had made some drugs, even if the chemist had done this for a long time, and even if he did this with the intent purpose of money on his mind; it was clear that with their final deal, these Yakuza guys were not going to leave any trail if they could help it! As his hand reeled back into place, Tommy, No, Piecekeeper opened the window and sliding in, he braced his body as the Green haired creep began to complain, the Chemist obviously wanting to just leave, but Piecekeeper knew that wouldn't end well! He had to find something! ANYTHING to block the chemist from whatever this creep's quirk involving sinuses was.
"POP-RAM!" Piecekeeper yelled, as he fired his upper body with full velocity while launching off the window still towards the bastard, "And POP-GUN RIFLES!" he'd yell, firing both arms with a resounding pop as he swung his strike adding the extra force neccessary to make them hit harder. The two strikes weren't aimed at the green creep. Only the first one, which Piecekeeper anticipated was something the creep would be able to dodge if not see coming with how loud he spoke. The real purpose was to make his aim go off even slightly as he aimed for his jawline. The second strike on the other hand was meant for the Chemist, who being jumpy and timid as he was would likely be astonished, allowing the second arm to grab him by the collar and drag him down and out of the line of fire behind a set of crates.
That wasn't all. Piecekeeper knew that he needed to get moving quickly, as he quickly began using Pop-Swap as he reeled back his lower body, and his left arm that was aimed at Green guy. "Sorry, but I didn't leave earlier, but I'll split now!" Piecekeeper smiled with his digital mask making a devilish smiley face, before he used Pop-Swap to quickly begin moving unpredictably his limbs disconnecting like some sort of creepy daddy long legs on grappling hooks as he made his way to the chemist that he had knocked away. "Sorry to say this Doc, but I'm gonna have to save you whether you like it or not."

Boogie's eyes drifted to the young hero as he made his rather loud entrance. He made no reel effort to dodge, only letting out a seemingly flustered nasal drip and tucking his chin to brace for the impact. The punch connecting was jarring, only forcing more snot out of his nose. Tommy would find both arms successful; the scientist gripped and Boogie allowing himself to be punched. There was a hole in the bricks, and the chemist would find himself grazed by the booger bullet. He began freaking out a bit, even with Piecekeeper on the way to help. He was a scientist, not a fighter! As he reeled his arm in there was a strange amount of weight to it. As his action figure limb popped right back into place, a snot trail tugged tight. The origin point being Boogie himself. It wouldn't be so easy to get away. This stuff had an unnatural stickiness to it, almost like fresh gum. "If you didn't leave, you should have... sfff. My quirk might be a little too advanced for a baby like you. " Boogie remarked with a sniffle, pressing his thumb on his dry sinus. With that simple sniffle came a mighty tug from the snot trail. With slow and patient steps he'd walk over toward the scrambling hero. There was a reason the boss put so much trust in him. With an impressive amount of composure, Boogie released his sinus and snorted hard once more. "Ptew, Ptew, Ptew." 3 more booger bullets would be unleashed as this tug of war began. The chemist pleaded to Tommy, "Please I have two daughters!"__________________ OOC: NPC REVEAL Legal Name: Satoshi Bokuto Alias: Boogie Quirk Name: FLU - The user has super human sinuses, and as a result super human snot. Piecekeeper became somewhat concerned when he spotted the yakuza member(?) letting himself get hit. Seeing the line of snot on his outfit that refused to lose cohesion made Piecekeeper suddenly realize why, as he looked over to see the hole in the wall from the previous projectile. With the villain's taunting that he was in over his head, Piecekeeper's visor shifted to sticking out his tongue. "Well you got me there, which is why backup is already on it's way. I mean what kinda idiot does a drug deal near a school full of heroes?" Piecekeeper retorted, as he watched the guy stop up one side of his nose.
In a split second, Piecekeeper was dodging out of the way, paying particular attention to avoid having his ropes and limbs stuck with snot anymore than need be. Quick thinking got Piecekeeper a quick and brilliant plan, as he tugged and rattled the stuck arm while pulling taught in an attempt to mess up snotty's aim, and test out if his neck was as strong enough to withstand rattling his brain. Of course, if that failed, a snap of his wrist clasp, and the clawed hard plastic glove would likely slingshot towards the gross man's face.
Pulling himself to cover, Piecekeeper came up with a plan on the fly. "We'll get you out, but do you know where the nasal spray is? Afterwards, you'll need yo cooperate with KKH. Whatever they took, we need to know what it is."
With his hand now exposed, it was not only susceptible to injury, but the Reelback system couldn't be used to bring the disconnected appendage back. Of course, with broccoli head approaching, Tommy needed a way to at least even the field. It was then that he noticed a staple in any warehouse. A dry fire extinguisher!

This was an awkward quirk in the first place, and he'd honed it since a kid. This wasn't the first time someone thought to yank his nose off with force. "Amateur..." He'd mumble, letting a bit of snot ooze subsequently giving the sticky mucus trail a bit of slack. The makeshift rope dangled and whipped about. The projectiles whizzed by, one grazing the Chemist again, the other cutting it incredibly close to the hero. The chemist wriggled violently as he yelped in discomfort. There was a rather gross-sounding splat, and it was Boogie's end of the snot rope being connected to the ground. Now Tommy would find himself, or at least his glove tethered to the ground. The villain sniffled and pinched his sinuses. He wasn't necessarily winning, but he seemed to carefully be measuring something. He checked his watch.
"Okay..." He'd smile big, and shove his hands into his pockets for a tissue. "Wanna keep going... or?"
Tilting his head, he'd continued. "He's panicking, and wiggling around a little too much don't ya think? I'd give em, sayyyyyy two more minute or so. " His voice sounded clearer at this moment than before. Releasing his sinuses with a blow into the tissue, he inhaled and exhaled, excited to get in some fresh air. He was quite satisfied with himself. While the kid was a nuisance, his primary goal was to "thank" the chemist, boss's orders... It would be hard to tell without checking on the man's wounds. Was the villain bluffing? He'd shove a pinky in his nose as if digging for gold. "I'll take my leave as soon as I can confirm a dead body. So whether it's yours or his, doesn't really matter to me... though it looks like he'll kick the bucket before you do. Young guys like us have a sparkle in our eyes." He wasn't taking this seriously at all. People's lives were currency to him. Since this chemist's appraisal was equal to zero at this juncture, Boogie was being beyond cruel. This only applied more pressure to the situation... -as the more Tommy listened, the closer one precious minute would be close to passing. The man was still wriggling in pain, but the blood stains were starting to get noticeable too. How much time was ACTUALLY left for the poor guy?

Tommy watched as the plan to jar the guy's aim was quickly unraveled. Instantly, the projectiles whizzed into their corner, the chemist getting hurt by a second time. Immediately Tommy considered running with the man. Honestly, with the now nasally sound gone, Tommy figured this was his best chance to escape with the man. But what if it was a trap?
What if he wasn't fast enough, smart enough, or worse.... What if there was no escape? The sudden fear of failure popped into his head, though for a split second he felt like this space in between boxes was that crack in the ground from when he was a kid....... Then he snapped back to reality when he heard the man taunting that he'd leave when confirming a body. That single sentence struck Piecekeeper to his core. His visor blank, he turned to the Chemist, before taking his unarmored hand and grasping his. "Hey, you have two daughter right?". He asked calmly, gripping the man's hand with a strength to root him in place from the pain. "What are their names? Remember their names, and place my hand where you feel the most pain... Then, bite down on your coat as hard as you can while remembering them. I promise you.... You'll see them again.". He said, placing his left hand in the man's grasp. While he couldn't perform first aid, he could apply pressure to the wound by gripping it. "Not all heroes wear capes you know. Someone's gotta bring food to the table, right?". He said, as final piece of courage for the man to anchor himself to.
Piecekeeper would then stand up, stepping out now without a hand. His visor was still blank and a blackish blue in color, reflecting Boogie. Piecekeeper looked far less intimidating, especially when his left hand was missing. "Sorry to ask, but do you have a hand to spare? I kinda let someone else borrow mine. A little bit of comfort, ya know?". Tommy said, but this time he didn't bother with using honorifics. If anything, he used the opposite, referring to boogie as an underclassman. Respect was a major think for the Yakuza, though he didn't know if that was merely rumors or not. Rubbing his stump of his left wrist onto the back of his neck, he prepared to detach his head.
Why?
Because his visor, blackish blue and dead had been damaged by the projectile that whizzed by, a clear cut revealing an happy looking eye through a half inch cut. This guy was lethal with his shots. So why had Piecekeeper chosen to insult him? Just that. To show that if the man landed a solid hit on his face, he'd have two corpses to confirm with ease. This boy's armor wasn't rated for bullets after all. Tommy could still see through his visor, it's simply that the HUD wouldn't work with the power being cut.
"So what do you say underclassman? Wanna give me a hand?". He stated, before dashing towards the man his eye open and determined to fight still.

The chemist's breaths were heavy. "Nia and Natsume." He fought hard to maintain a steady breathing pattern, and clutched Tommy's free hand on his hip where he'd been grazed. With his free hand he'd tried and apply pressure to the secondary graze wound, nodding to Tommy to reassure him he was okay. Boogie simply continued to eye his watch, awaiting the Chemist's demise. The yakuza member had killed his fair share of people, some quickly, some slow and painful. From what he knew, most heroes would have jetted at the sign of a cease-fire. This was a student hero, however... the most unpredictable of the breed.
With an arched brow, he watched Tommy console the man. He'd finally remove his hand from his nose and stick it in his pocket, while the other stayed present long enough for him to read his watch. As soon as Tommy spoke, however, he brought that hand into his pocket as well. Not leaving meant, he wanted to continue. He wasn't exactly sure where the whole, lend me a hand thing came from. Tommy just literally volunteered a free hand to the man to help put pressure on the wound. Heroes sure were weird. If he were concerned at all with winning, he'd have kept both hands at the ready.
"You need to be taught some manners, but that's more your parent's job." He scoffed not moving from his spot. For a villain, his fighting style was uncharacteristically reactive. Most villains were insanely aggressive. Boogie had no issue being pressed and wouldn't flinch in the slightest when rushed. He wrinkled his nose and made a face, but still no real attempt to evade or even block.

Piecekeeper ran forward. He had been expecting an onslaught or a quick kill shot from the guy. Maybe center mass where Piecekeeper kept all of his actual protection, but his stance demeanor and everything else told all what Piecekeeper what he needed to know.
This guy wasn't a second hand man to that big guy for no reason. Which was why Piecekeeper pulled out all the stops. Every. Single. One.
The first strike he made was a haymaker with his right hand, his left primed for a strike despite not having any clear fist to use. Perhaps he was planning to use the stump as a makeshift fist. The swing would aim at the guy's face once more.

The villain smiled as his opponent closed the distance. Heroes were headstrong, but it looked like this one especially had this trait. Boogie was going to take advantage while he could. Now that Tommy was finally in range for closer quarters, he pull both hands out to establish a looser stance. There was plenty of room to strike, almost like he was welcoming it. Boogie was looking to use the height difference to his advantage. A haymaker would surely rattle him, but the angle would be a big different since he'd have to aim slightly up. He'd pretend to throw a straight jab on the very same side the haymaker was coming toward. This jab was just a feint and mainly was used to shift his head and shoulder into a tighter guard, only leaving a tiny portion of his face open. He could feel the weight of Tommy's fist pummel him, but he felt okay. His guard ate up most of the impact.
Retracting his arm to his loose guard, he wasn't going to stay still. He'd hop back, and sniffle to check his sinuses. "Ah... aaaah~" They were slowly getting stuffy again, but he could feel something even better than loogie traps, or booger bullets. There it was, he could feel that wonderful little tickly sensation in his nostrils. A violently gross and wet-sounding inhale was exerted from his nose as he filled his chest up with air and braced himself. "ACHOO!" Putting his hands around his mouth and nose to create a funnel, Boogie unleashed a blast-forced sneeze. Tommy was well within the blast zone. Anything within a short to medium range would be hit with a shockwave of snot and powerful air. Snot would find itself scattered everywhere, even if he did dodge. It was a wonder what kind of strange attribute this blast sneeze could create. All mucus techniques he used seemed to each have a special trait. This one was not an exception.

Piecekeeper noted the stance Boogie took. He had a sneaking suspicion from the first strike against Boogie, but this only furthered it; he was well and truly versed with fighting up close. Why wouldn't he be? Yakuza were tougher than rocks, and tales of them forfeiting a pinky upon failing a mission was common place urban lore and legend in japan. However, Piecekeeper watched, intending to take the feint head on, when his haymaker hit; the sensation of the strike feeling incomplete. No, it wasn't that he hadn't connected. The angle of his chin meant Boogie could take the hit without a knockout or a bad rattle. He had seen how Boogie was fast with his reactions, but now Piecekeeper had set a pace.
He'd only have once chance to blitz this bastard and end the fight within seconds. Otherwise the chemist wouldn't live long enough to see his two children. Piecekeeper wasn't going to have that happen. Not on his first official rescue against a villain like Boogie!!
Determination burned his his visible eye, not even a flinch. Immediately after the haymaker, his right (and only) hand disconnected, falling off as his left "caught" the appendage. For most people, the idea of swapping right and left hands seemed silly. Especially when you consider that those who weren't left handed their arms wouldn't be use to the muscle memory of the right..... except one thing. Tommy had trained hard to extend his ambidexterity to it's utmost limits! As Boogie retracted his arm and hopped back; the hero was already one step ahead of him. A clenching of his abdominal muscles, row upon row of muscles that kept his upper and lower halves together clenching, before a powerful, and resounding, POP echoed through the warehouse. Faster than Boogie could blink, faster than he could fire off that sneeze that Piecekeeper had been waiting for..... Piecekeeper was already not only behind him, but above him and upside down, a long pink string the only thing indicating where he was! His right hand also had that same pink wire connected to it. Stretching from his right stump of a forearm to his left arm. A wire that Piecekeeper wasted no time in wrapping around the villain's head.
Normally, Tommy never used this tactic. It was dangerous, not only to the user, as it risked damaging the reelback system; but it also could end up choking and damaging the neck of villains. While a hero was suppose to stop a villain, killing them outright was a last resort when all other methods had been exhausted; and when the higher ups in hero society deemed it a necessity. That said, Tommy still trained himself to use the wire as a grappling, confining, and restriction weapons as much as a tool. This time, he used it as he had predicted. Even if his theory was wrong; this guy likely had to blow snot, or keep himself decongested or else he'd likely do things like sneeze. His talking might have been just that; but Piecekeeper wasn't taking the chance anymore. The wire was pulled tight, crushing and covering the villain's nose and mouth with his own hands. The Reelback system kicked in, his lower body jumping up to connect to his upper, and his upper reeling back to connect to his lower, pulling the villain's head forward and down, straight into a flying knee to the face! What's more, with the hands covering the villain's face; Piecekeeper would be able to minimize the amount of snot, and hopefully break the villain's nose in one devastating blow, as his hip and thigh joint constricted with the same contractions as before. Another echoing POP as his knee came and struck the bound villain's face in a bone crunching blur at less than a foot away before impact!
"POP GUN: SHOTGUN KNEE!" Tommy yelled out his newest super move. Honestly, it was a prototype move; but desperate times called for desperate measures after all. A second later, the weight of his body reconnecting with the launched leg added another good impact, as Piecekeeper hoped the sudden increase in speed, impact, and the villain's own ability would do him in!

Boogie blinked and realized the presence behind him. "Bastard..." A breif moment of misunderstanding, followed by reeling himself in, the same way Tommy raveled the wire around his neck and head. It was far too quick for the villain to turn and exert a secondary sneeze, but he could recognize the wire winding and he could make do with a minuscule adjustment as it tightened. His hands! He'd ball both hands into a fist on the sides of his nose to create a wedge between the wire and his nose. While Tommy's lower half would pop for his knee to attack, it had been blown further back by the sneeze's blast force and missed despite shoving Boogie's face down. If even for a second of breathing room, the villain could regain his calm. With a shallow snort, he'd adjust his hand slightly, and allow the wire to get closer to his lip. "Ptew!" From point-blank range, the wire would snap, and loosen, but he wasn't out of the woods yet. He couldn't quite understand Tommy's wire system, but a he was getting a bit of picture the more the two fought. If he snapped it along the line somewhere, it would affect his mobility or usage in some way shape, or form, right? He'd have to see the results. Was this the wire connecting his arm or his torso?
For now, he'd free himself and inhale big in preparation for something. In fact, it seemed like he was straining with how big of a breath he was taking.

Piecekeeper grunted as his plan didn't work, but if he was taught anything, it was often that the first plan usually never worked. It was generally plan B that did, and while he watched the man outright avoid the knee mostly in part because Tommy had miscalculated the distance. He realized he relied too much on his visor, an issue he'd fix with more training in the future. Time was not on his side, and with the sound of his wire snapping, he felt the tug on his right hand go slack. No more reeling that back, and worse, he couldn't afford to miss his Slug when he fired it.
Feeling the man taking in a deep breath enough to strain the man, Tommy realized what he was trying to do, super sinuses could pet him create distance if need be and blast him away. Tommy had one moment to make a decision!
Pop-Swap could be used to get away or move quickly, but it's secondary use was more creative, as he quickly disassembled and reassembled in a flash, his lower and upper body creating a massive line of limbs that acted like a constrictor snake wrapping around the man, "Oh no you don't!". He said, putting his years of training to use.
Normally when one aimed to restrict someone, they would perform a grapple by binding a joint. Doing so here wouldn't have helped. But what did help Piecekeeper was how his muscles were build at each joint. He didn't flex and do poses for nothing. He had built his body up, and he could easily lift over 100 lbs with any combination of parts of his body. That said, this was a move he decided to keep, and he flexed as hard as he could, aiming to crush the wind out by sudden force, enough to even fracture and break ribs! "Let's see you get out of these guns!". He grunted, focusing on crushing the wind out of the man before he could try to get away, his right hand gripping Boogie's hair to make sure it stayed latched on no matter what, as the rest of Piecekeeper's body focused on crushing the man's upper body.
