Someone somewhere, was celebrating a sweet 16. This wasn't just some regular sweet 16, however but a sweet 16 of some privileged, high society little girl.
The target was of little importance other than the fact that they had funds that they selfishly used for their own indulgences while many other out there suffered.
There was also a bit more personal stake for the thieves that were hitting this party. Fildaia's daughter recently turned 16 years and a party of this calibur was out of her reach. It was a level of jealousy for the pair of them... But if their stolen riches were going to help the masses, thats all that really mattered.
Three...
Two....
One...
On que, all the lights at the party had shut down allowing Raven and Feral to move in on the unsuspecting crowd. It was chaos as usual, but they would not target the party goers but go straight for a vault where the girls presents were being kept... A vault that was also, conveniently, disarmed.

Outside of the party, a patient soul waited on a nearby. She'd gotten word of a new kid organization on the villain block. Perhaps they'd always been around but had gotten some more traction and infamy. It was hard getting any real details, rather it was like grasping loose strands in the wind. Still, there seemed to be a trend. Whoever the affiliates were... they seemed to be a conscientious sort of villain. One that targets well-off individuals rather than indiscriminately do missions on anyone. Her target was someone called Raven, and to be brutally honest finding this place was a happenstance. She watched from afar as the lights went out and closed in on the property. She could only go be word of mouth, and that wasn't a good enough method. She'd need to see this villain in person to make a real confirmation. Honestly, if she couldn't take this villain down, the next best thing would to follow her and find the headquarters. Or at least that's what her gut was telling her. The protocol was to call the city's pd for backup, but she abided by her own rules. She used their resources for her own personal gain. Shuga-sama was a vigilante above all else! Without a sound, she too would sneak into the property. Two could play at this game! Without much care, she'd leave the window open. Better to have an easy escape route, than to keep a homebase room to gather one's thoughts. She'd use it as both. A bathroom. Well, it was party than being caught. Judging by the decorations, it was a young girl's bathroom. Locking the door, Shuga had a few questions flood her head. If she were a thief, where would she first go? The parent's bedroom, or some sort of room holding a safe. The bathroom itself was big, meaning finding whereever the loot was before the villains was going to be a task. Actually! "Duh... if the parents are around, I can just pretend to know them. Rich people do that weird networking thing where they invite people they don't know to their houses all the time." She'd nod to herself in agreement. But the power was out... maybe just flashing her badge would allow her free roam. She'd unlock the door with a deep breath and began a brisk walk. If someone stopped her, she'd quickly pivot to the badge if pompous small talk didn't work.

Rich families... pft. They always had to throw such huge, flashy parties, didn't they? And that just made them bigger targets for people who'd wanna take from them! People like the ones Koneko had been assigned to look for, and apprehend. Hopefully without violence, but secretly... Koneko was almost hoping there would be violence. But she'd make sure none of it happened indoors, among the innocents. She had done her best to blend in with the crowd of people, her young age making her seemingly fit in no problem, even with a few raised eyebrows from people. Once the power went off, however, she knew that something was up.
And for once, she silently blessed the fact that she was born partially as a cat-person. Her eyes were well-designed to see in the dark, and so she was given a field of view that others did not have, and she'd do her best to discern any motion within the chaos that was 'against' the flow... well, as much 'flow' as there could be within chaos. But whilst most of the party-goers were no doubt trying to get out of the darkness, and into the light, she would look for those who tried to stay, or even better... get in deeper.

While the party was going on, Raven was positioned om the outside of the house and Feral was on the inside, posing as a guest herself. She interacted with the other guests, getting valuable intel for her mother before the lights went out.
A certain metal-plated cat was immediately noticed by Feral, and she her tabs on her as soon as she had gotten into her sights. Dressed the part, she even had gotten a word in of conversation with the girl, claiming to be a fan, before the lights went out and feigning fear as the using the chaos to distract the girl from her mission to discover them
"A HERO, SHE'LL SAVE US!!!"
she cried out, doubling as a word of warning to her mother through their communication system. Before she knew it, hellfire kitty was flooded with young girls looking to be saved.
The mansion was a maze to those who knew nothing of the layout but Raven was being guided by one who was able to conduct recon while they were preparing to invade in the house, plus communication with her daughter gave her a usable picture of the ground floor. There were a total of 7 bathrooms in this 3 floor mansion including two guest bathrooms on the main floor, all the bedrooms (all four of them) seemingly on the third. Raven herself landed in on an empty study on the second floor. She received Ferals warning but she wasn't leaving empty handed
"proceed with caution, avoid fighting if you can"
She cautioned her.

"A HERO, SHE'LL SAVE US!!!"
Even Shuga could hear that. The vigilante cursed under her breath. Why was a hero here?!? With swift steps she'd cling to the walls in the dark atmosphere after finally leaving the bathroom. A part of her wanted to use her quirk, but being the only big light in all this darkness seemed like too much of a dead giveaway. Instead, she'd opt for a much dimmer options, her cell phone. She'd find herself walking up the stairs and towards the bedroom. The main thought the woman had was to check the main bedroom first and work her way outward. The issue was this house was so damn big. Any door would work at this point. With a tug a the next doorknob, she'd just let herself in, and turn her phone's flashlight on to illuminate the room.
It was... definitely not the master bedroom, but it was a start. She'd move herself out of the room and proceed to the next. Surely it was close! Finding the safe meant finding the culprits!

"A HERO, SHE'LL SAVE US!!!"
Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuck--!
This was NOT what Koneko had wanted, and she was literally glaring smoldering hot DAGGERS at the girl that, whom she had just had a nice casual little discussion with, just outed her like that for her to get swarmed with adoring, and desperately scared girls and preventing her from pursuing her. Wait, if she was so desperate to inconvenience her like that, then--! Putting two and two together hastily, Koneko growls softly as she just manages to shove the girls off of her, feeling she had no obligation to act 'heroically' anymore, but she'd still huff softly.
"A'ight look here girls, this ain' time for panickin'! I want y'all to gather up an' get outdoors ASAP, 'dere should be enough light comin' from the outside to lead ya out! An' DON'T come back in for a good while, y'hear me?! This is fer your own safety!"
And she would only give that order once, because immediately after, she was pushing herself through a sea of people to try and head in the same direction she had seen that one girl head for... maybe she headed upstairs? Well, this'd be easy! Her feet flare up with her Quirk as she'd leap off the floor at the bottom of the stairs, and her feet blast with fire and heat as she propels herself all the way up the stairs from the ground floor and up to the first floor, immediately doing her best to quickly open doors and check, moving from door to door and making sure she covered each of them, before rushing for the next flight of stairs to do the same thing to ascend. Feral better be quick or she'd be finding herself in a hot mess!

Shuga would hit gold! if they were willing to dig deep into another persons private belongings. within the master bedroom, through her snooping she would find a key pad, presumably into some kind of lockbox of some sort. the question would be, what could be kept behind such a thing? It seemed to be quite a predicament however as she continued to ponder the more time the villains would have to do what they wanted to do.
up on the first floor, the kitty was in hot pursuit of her target, presumably. Feral had made her way outside, slipped into one of the side doors in and the corners of the building where she scaled the walls, using the bricks and the windowsils to move about until she would have come across a unlocked window, the courtesy of her mother who was already in the vault room, opposite side of the house where the ballroom was located. She was the first one there, her mother was en route, double tracking her tracks. keeping herself cautious, making sure that she left no signs of where she may be heading but there was always a small sign or two that one couldn't possibly cover up. Ironically enough, Raven was making good use of the first floor and stood a good chance at being discovered by Hellfire Kitty
"I'm in view of the motherlode"
she would say to the communication device which would signal their getaway driver to pull up around the alleyway. She would be leaving the vault room wide open as she came in and out of the window, stashing what she could before coming back for more. She knew she had to hurry but the more she could nab, the better. she was set on robbing these people completely of their riches. maybe then, they would have even an inkling of what normal people go through. what it might feel like to barely make it by. to live paycheck to paycheck

With a deep sigh, Sugawara palmed her face. Lockbox... no villains. If they weren't after this lockbox, it only meant there was another place in the home getting hit. "fffffffff..." a plethora of curse words and obscene things would escape her breath as she still managed to keep her voice in an incredibly low whisper. The best bet would be to keep just go balls to the wall. "Sense." She crossed her arms, and in front of her, a fantastic beast erupted from her shadow. Lighting bounced off the fur of the neon tiger as it's blue and purple tones filled the room with it's light. "We're going to make this a real party." She pressed her hand on top of its head.
The large feline would lick its chops and shift its color a few times in response to Shuga's command. Its heavy paws stomped out into the hallway, illuminating its immediate area like a street sign in downtown Tokyo would. It would saunter down the hall, and shove doors open in search for the villains. Shuga stayed right where she was in this bedroom just in case. Though she'd slump down against the wall, eyes half open as if she was knocked out. She wasn't actually unconscious, the majority of her sight and hearing were now being shared with Neon Tiger who pranced along the halls under her command. If no one was upstairs, it would make its way back downstairs. "Come out come out, wherever you are." The words slipped from Shuga's mouth in a hushed tone.
In response to its creator, Neon Tiger would unleash a thunderous roar. The sound boomed through the walls.

Finally up at the top of the 1st floor stairs, Koneko would waste no time in looking for any open doors. She saw one dead ahead of herself, and realized that there was probably a culprit inside! Bingo! She'd grin as her eartips flared and sparked like fireworks for a bit, her body heating up as she prepared to take the fight head-on! Rushing over to the open door, her hands and palms flare up with flames as she sticks herself into the doorframe and traps Raven at the same time she hops back through the window for more loot. "WELL WELL, ey~?! Look who's finally showin' her true colors! Now how's about ya just stand 'dere an ta--!"
Then the roar echoes out through the entire building, bouncing off the walls and throwing Hellfire off her balance, yelping as she glares over her shoulder, giving Raven a split-second's chance to escape if she wanted to. "THE FUCK WAS THAT?!?!"

A roar like that would make most stop in their tracks cold, and it caused the already scared civilians who weren't taking to Hellfire kittys instructions already to be even more distraught and desperate for help. a few had even followed the former hero begging for help, putting into question that what it is that hero's do. It seemed that it would take more than just a simple delegation to get the crowd in order and with so many people following her, they would all be getting in the way.
fortunate for her; however, the roar caused the villain to stop in her tracks as well. She knew she was caught, and now it was apparent that there was more than one hero there to stop the operation in it's tracks. in order to continue the operation, she was forced to get combative. there was no choice left. She would still attempt to duck out the window, the outside being a better fighting ground for her than the stuffy, cramped indoor spaces but she couldn't avoid confrontation and she couldn't lead her to the getaway driver.
"operation lioness, now"
she would simply speak into the communicative device calling her daughter to her. lionesses were pack hunters and the pair of them were now hunters. better together, ambushing their prey. one could only hope that the loud noise delayed the hero long enough but that only begged the question, if they were working together, why was the hero surprised frozen even for a moment? it dawned on Raven that maybe... just maybe the situation wasn't as dire as she thought it was. perhaps they were dealing with a hero and vigilante? if so that meant they could hopefully pit the hero against the vigilante and use that chaos to their advantage.

"Upstairs is clear." She muttered, finally standing up. Neon tiger had surveyed the entire upstairs. With no signs of villains up there, it would mean she needed to be more aggressive in her search. She'd find herself in the stairway, holding onto the handrail before relaying a command. The building was going to shake once more in a second or so. It would be a smart idea to hold onto something. In a whisper- "Attack order." In an instant, the tiger crashed down through the ceiling in a bolt of lightning. With a new order replacing her sense order, Suga could see everything now while her quirk beast went into a more aggro state. It would roar once more to scare these villains, but it definitely did not hit any target, only ruining the kitchen's pantry. It awaited a new order, mainly because there was a fire hazard if it actually went into the kitchen and got to close to the stove. As Shuga rushed to the staircase, she surveyed everything below her. There was a hero, Hell Fire Kitty. The glow from her flames made it a bit obvious, but there were some civilians trailing her. Still, no villains were sighted by herself or neon tiger. This was a good thing and a bad thing...
She mumbled softly to herself, giving a final order. "Enough." Neon tiger's rampage would be short-lived. The electrifying glow of purple and blue would vanish in the same way the beast did. In her comm unit, Sugawara reported an incident in the general area asking for a barricade on the surrounding blocks. The villains wouldn't have a way out if they were going by car. She may have been a vigilante, but she held no qualms with using every resource she had. She'd walked down the steps in a hurried fashion, and actually made her way to the group. If checkers wasn't working, she needed to play chess here. Flashing Koneko and the group of kids her badge, she- "Not much time to explain, I thought I could solve this case before things got bad, but..." A little gaslighting never hurt anyone. They didn't know she was causing these scary uproars and destruction. Her aim was the villains, not them, anyway... Continuing, she- "Let me take these kids off your hands and take care of evacuation." Civilians did take priority here... and it'd free Koneko to find whoever started this.
"Hold hands guys, I'll lead you out." She'd grab a girl's hand and become line leader, before nodding to Koneko and heading for the door where some of the others had already gathered. Slowly the woman cracked the door open, and peer far down the block. She saw red and blue lights slowly organizing a blockade. "We're going to have to run for it guys. It's a straight shot too. Trust me and we'll all be fine." With a deep breath, she'd shove open the door, and begin tugging the young girls one by one outside and hurry them to the squad cars. "Don't fall behind. Call your mothers on your cell phone, we need to get yall home."

"OI! I TOLD Y'ALL TO GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE! THIS AIN' TIME TO FLOCK TO TH' HERO!"
She mentally flinched as she called herself a 'hero'. She was not a hero. Not any longer. And so it not only irritated, but flat-out ANGERED her to see these admittedly scared senseless, but also completely mindless girls chasing after her, begging for her help. She was about to send them scurrying, but thankfully (and suspiciously), another person made her presence known, and with authority. She just huffed at Suga, just giving her a glance of 'Do whatever you wanna', before she refocused on... DAMN IT! Raven was gone! She just growls in utmost frustration before she decides to just go along with the most plausible solution, and she bursts off her feet and leaps right out the window, landing herself in the alley outside, her whole body ablaze that served as both a light source for her to see further, and to show she was not playing around.
"Ey, Villain! I ain' got all day, so why don'cha come out here an' play, eh!? We can do 'dis the easy way, or the way tha' leaves ya a smolderin' pile of ash! Yer choice, punk!"

"Boss we have a code blue"
a voice would ring in through the intercom that everyone present had with them, and with the sound of those words raven would internally curse. what were they doing here?
"Deal with them the best you can"
she would say in a low voice as her eyes focused on the loud hero in front of them. Feral would need the bit of time to transform, and to buy her time. to do that, Raven would have to engage with her. with an arrow knocked, and fired, it would have grazed the hero, alerting them of her position which would seem to be above and behind her
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Deal with them the best you can"
"roger that"
megavolt was here purely to act as the getaway driver and to short out the electronics of the house to create an environment that would make it easier to break into, at an event like this. with this command though, he would need to move in a more offensive manner as he would find himself surrounded by cop cars.
he would spot a hybrid car, and he smiled to himself as he transformed into his electrical form and moved to hack into the cars electrical hardwire. he would rev the engine and the cop that was within the car would find himself unable to control the car as it would suddenly move on it's own accord, smashing into quite a few of the other cars causing a rather massive explosion. it would be at this time that Shuga has managed to get the kids out to the police, said kids willingly going with the police officer only to have been met with this chaotic scene in front of them.

"I see..." Shuga said as she witnessed one of the cars going haywire. She wasn't the only "Come come come." This would only escalate the problem. She wouldn't even need to call this in. Instead, she herded the girls toward a side street. The last thing she wanted was for any of them to get hurt. If they were going to up the stakes, then so would she. "Agent Fujitora, requesting escalation. Quirked individuals with intent to kill, possible officers KIA but at least Hell Fire Kitty is on the scene." She'd give them an update. Of course communication was a two way street, and they'd give her an update of their own. "Hell Fite Kitty isn't a hero anymore ma'am...""... HUH?!?"

Hellfire Kitty just scowls as there was no sight of the villain, and she would've honestly blown up this whole alley-way if it weren't for the fact that houses were literally on either side of her, no doubt still packed with people. She scoffs to herself as she tries her best to center herself, but in that moment an arrow zips past her and grazes her cheek, feeling the sting of the sleek steel tip against her skin, and her reflexes doing quick mental calculations to where the arrow might've come from, she literally SPINS on her heels and turns a full 180 degrees to face her back, and aiming her hand above herself, from where the arrow had come.
"GOT'NYA!"
Her palm immediately flares up with intense heat and fury, as a fist-sized fireball shoots out of her hand and straight up towards Raven's location, or at least where Raven had been when firing the arrow.
