Powers/Abilities:
Organic Magma Form: Alejandra can become organic magma, reaching a temperature of 2,900F. She is virtually indestructible in this form, allowing her to reform her body should it become damaged or dispersed. She has been both frozen and drowned while in human form and was able to revive herself. In her magma form, she is able to form spikes, shields and attach other extra appendages to her body. She is even able to heal wounds suffered while in her base state by transforming and reforming the wound. Furthermore, her physical attributes increase to a superhuman degree: she becomes durable enough to withstand mortar and rocket fire, and strong enough to lift a tank over her head with ease.
Ever since Alejandra's wish with Aladdin, her magma form is now alchemical, meaning that it does not respond to water, air, and other physics like normal magma does. Only similarly magical or outright cosmic means can stop her abilities now. However, this means that her magma form combusts her bones as a fuel source instead of the air. Her transformations are now much more painful, and she needs to seek out supplemental care to keep her body from becoming ghoul-like.
Magmakinesis: Alejandra can mentally call magma from the depths of the earth towards her location, even while in the ocean. With this power, she is able to cause volcanic eruptions from any point on the planet. If she does this along fault lines, she can trigger earthquakes. Furthermore, she is able to create magma simply by touching the earth and willing it so. Alejandra doesn't need to be in contact with magma to telekinetically control it. If measured, her magma would have a flow rate of 3,160 tons per second, the same as Niagara Falls.
Multilingual: Alejandra can speak both Spanish and English fluently, and can hold a conversation in Mandarin.
Business Acumen: While no Wall Street shark, Alejandra has the ability to manage a multi-billion dollar cartel, though she has many aides to help her with the task.
Weapons/Items:
Cartel Soldiers: Being the leader of the Juarez Cartel gives her command over thousands of soldiers, from gangs of foot soldiers to professional sicarios, allowing her cartel to control a vast amount of territory in Mexico. She often travels with up to 12 bodyguards, handpicked from the cartel's best sicarios and custom equipped with black market weaponry.
Wealth: Alejandra's cartel affords her the ability to buy her way out of many problems, if she wanted. Her cartel has an annual revenue of about 3 billion USD, and she is estimated to have a net wroth of about 1 billion.
Appearance

Physical Appearance:
Alejandra is a handsome slender woman standing at a modest 5'4". After transforming, her height and physique don't change, but her skin hardens into a baked but malleable earth, and patches of dripping magma glow brightly on spots all over her body. All her clothing burns away during transformation.
Clothing and Armor:
Alejandra is able to afford dressing in fashionable attire, and she sometimes does so, though the nature of her powers burns anything she's wearing after she transforms. When she expects to use her powers, she dresses down, in cheap jeans and flannel shirts.
Personality
Sexual Orientation:
Homosexual
General Personality:
Alejandra is a deeply ambitious and ruthless woman, killing the head of her cartel and taking the position simply for the sake of accruing more power. She is blunt and up front, and honest to the point of being rude. She's not afraid to joke or banter, even with enemies or victims, while at work or off the clock. She likes to smile, and finds using her powers and conversation as the best ways to get there. She's not particularly bothered by the superhero phenomenon, perhaps because they simply don't care to meddle in things like cartel business or because she's never come across one that's been a threat to her yet. Alejandra likes to travel, and uses her position to do so often to personally maintain her business' reach. Alejandra is a hands-on person, preferring to do things like business travel and territorial enforcement, some things often left to others, by herself. While work keeps her away, Alejandra still respects family, and often keeps in contact with her father in prison, as well as with her siblings.

History:
Alejandra was born to a family enmeshed in the narcotics trade. Her father, now imprisoned, was a high ranking officer in the Juarez Cartel, and many of her extended family worked within the organization as well. Her father's work afforded Alejandra a comfortable childhood and the best schools, and while many would try to distance their children from such a line of work, Alejandra's father fully embraced it, with some of Alejandra's childhood memories being how her uncles showed her myriad ways cocaine could be smuggled.
Her powers didn't manifest until she was 13, and fortunately, while she was home alone, for she ended up burning half of their large home down to the ground. Alejandra's furious reaction to getting news of a friend's betrayal over the secret of Alejandra's sexuality led to her literally igniting in her rage, and, new to her powers, struggled to contain herself can she ignited her surroundings and turned stone in magma. Alejandra struggled to explain herself to her parents, but her parents, unbelieving, chose to blame the event on a freak accident instead. They wouldn't have hard proof until a few days later, when Alejandra confronted her former friend about the betrayal at school, once again reigniting and horrifically burning 7 students as she melted a hallway, earning her the nickname La Niña Diablo, the Devil Child. After the incidents, and taking blood tests, Alejandra's parents found out that she was a mutant. They thought long and hard on how to react to these developments, and after hearing about it through some black market contacts, decided to send Alejandra to what was advertised as a school, but was in actuality a mutant training facility run by the Essex Corporation. Alejandra stayed for one year of training before being recalled home, homeschooling from then on to minimize contact with other while her powers developed. The homeschooling allowed Alejandra to learn more about the family business at home, making plans to enter the field herself.
When she was 18, Alejandra decided to forgo university and instead committed herself full time to trafficking and smuggling narcotics, primarily packing product that would be smuggled and shipping the product along routes within Mexico, choosing not to venture into the U.S. itself. However, during her smuggling runs, Alejandra found she was much better at protecting product rather than transporting or hiding it, when she killed 3 men with her magma form during an attempted seizure because of a territorial dispute. Those 3 men stopping her truck was the first time she willfully took life, and experienced a rush from it. Even in territorial disputes with rival cartels, Alejandra showed talent, able to easily rampage and melt through any opposition while taking all their bullets with impunity. In smaller operations, Alejandra excelled too, assassinating those like reporters, politicians, or even mere family members of enemies to the cartel. Those who considered engaging in conflict with the Juarez Cartel then had to also consider dealing with the scorched battlefields the Juarez Cartel now left behind. It was during this time that she started hearing the nickname "Volcán", or volcano, start being attributed to her among the sicarios.
Through her sheer success rate, growing legend of terror, and natural ability, Alejandra found herself rising the ranks relatively quickly to head sicario. It was at around the same time that her father was finally arrested, unable to buy or evade the law anymore. Alejandra considered freeing him, but at her father's request, decided not to, though she knows she still can at anytime. Comfortable in her life, yet still feeling unfulfilled, Alejandra then started asking the cartel boss to expand their territory or operations, or to take courses of actions that would be more likely to lead to conflict with other cartels, not less, simply out of the desire to use her powers more, to keep fulfilling that rush. He kept steadfastly refusing, seeing through her. Alejandra even went as far as pitching a grand scheme of unifying all of the cartels into one single federation, consolidating the narcotics trade, just to spur her leader into some kind of ambitious move for anything. But still, he refused.
So, after another one of these disputes at his estate, and a few too many shots of tequila, Alejandra ignited in a fury, and impaled the cartel boss with her molten arm. The murder isn't hidden at all, done in plain sight in the dining room, leading guards to react to the pained scream. Alejandra made short work of the bodyguards that stayed to fight her, of those that didn't run from her mere reputation. In the burning interior of her now former boss' estate, Alejandra contemplated how her temper has once again led to another pivotal event in her life. Thanks to her actions, she could declare herself the new leader of the Juarez Cartel, and surely no one in the organization would challenge her. The main question now was, what next?
Role Play Sample:
Alejandra let out a relaxed sigh as she reclined in a booth at a seaside bar, a dozen of her bodyguards scattered across the establishment. A new black market contact had proposed meeting on neutral ground, and Alejandra, wanting both a vacation and to see her new contact's commitment, had chosen Hightown, Madripoor as the meeting location. Through intermediaries, they agreed on meeting at this specific bar on this day, at midnight. Alejandra arrived with her entourage an hour early, listening to the waves and live music as she waited and sipped her drinks. Eventually, a coded message from a stranger let her know that her contact had arrived, a man representing an organization called Intergang. The man was straight to the point with his proposal: if the Juarez Cartel expanded, would they be willing to use their smuggling routes to traffic alien weaponry internationally?
It was an interesting proposal, and the payment pricing was more than acceptable. Their smuggling routes for narcotics could easily be applied to an additional product, and such a partnership would give her first access to Intergang's unusual but potent weaponry. The condition to accept the agreement was the expansion of the Cartel, however, for the Juarez Cartel didn't have the same international reach as other rival cartels, and would likely need to absorb one of them to expand.
"Give me some time to think about it, but for now, I'll take some of your weaponry."
The next day, her elite bodyguards were outfitted with alien technology, with several shipments now headed from Metropolis to Juarez. The contact had headed back to Metropolis almost immediately after the meeting, but Alejandra had booked a seaside villa for a week. She wanted time to unwind. Her ascent to cartel boss was almost immediate, and she was still getting used to the minutiae of management. However, she knew she could leave the organization to keep running by itself for at least a week. Alejandra mused on these matters while she sunbathed on the beach, interrupted only by the far calling from one of her bodyguards. An intruder had been apprehended in the villa.
"Arrástralos hacia mí."
Her guards dragged a beaten striped soldier out of the villa and onto the beach, holding him on his knees in the sand in front of Alejandra. She glowered at him, mostly for interrupting her sunbathing, and unmasked the man before throwing a hard punch into his face.
"Why are you here? Who sent you?"
Her arm shifted into its magma state, and she backhanded the man across the face with her molten hand, ignoring the cracking jaw and scream from the burn.
"Answer. Before I get bored."
The man gasped after recoiling from the searing pain, drool dripping from his mouth as he stared up at her. "I was sent to stop you from meeting your Intergang contact. If you had already met, my directions were to eliminate you," he said as he took breaths. His breathing was interrupted by a magma fist slamming into his solar plexus, drawing a pained grunt from the man. "Eliminate me? Why?" "I don't know! I'm just following orders!"
Alejandra closed her molten hand over the soldier's forehead, and began to squeeze. "Just following orders. Well, blame your orders for why you died." "WAIT! If you kill me, the Suicide Squa-aaaAAAAAAAAAAHHHH-!!!!" His scream was cut off by the wet crunch of his skull, the man dropping to the beach, spilling blood onto the sand. Alejandra glared at his corpse, ignoring the blood boiling and magma dripping from her fist. She sighed and then looked to her guards.
