The feeling of what just happened was still etched somewhere deep into her mind. She can distinctly recall every inch and ounce of pain. And yet all of that seemed like a fevered daydream compared to how she felt now. Explaining in words to her exactly just what had changed made her mind course with burning questions. Just how much strength was now within her body? She had to find out but first it was time to move on to the next room.
She followed diligently while flexing her fingers and rotating the shoulder of the arm what had been temporarily "gone". While still feeling distantly foreign, it felt as if she had always had this arm. SHe quietly considered even more what it would feel like to hit something now with this arm. As she considered it, she would most certainly get her chance. Though giddy on the inside, she showed nothing more than a placid yet eager glimmer in her eyes.
"Alright then." she says finitely before her body immediately winds up and reflexively thrusts forward a fist toward the steel plate that was presented, not even once hesitating at the thought about how much hitting solid objects like this would hurt her hand normally. But the zeal she felt throughout her wasn't normal at all. In fact, she was confident and sure of herself that this wouldn't hurt her hand at all.

As Zoey throws her punch without an ounce of doubt, she hears a fierce— CLANG-SNAP-CRACK— She sees the steel plate completely snap into two, the half not held in the Arbiter's hand falling to the floor. Though immediately after the incredibly display she feels a great deal of pain emanating from her fist. In the act of punching steel so hard, several fractures happened within her knuckles, and the snapped, jagged metal had cut a deep gash along the back of her hand. But, just as before, whatever horrific injury she sustained seemed to simply regenerate, the cut closing and the throbbing from the fractures fading away, until the pain of the strike becomes a complete afterthought.
The Arbiter nods in approval, "Well done. I've seen people stronger than you fail to break the plate simply because their doubts limited their follow-through," He compliments, "Also don't worry about those injuries you're going to have. It will take your body a little over a week to catch up to your newfound strength. You'll be getting a lot of fractures in these exercises, but once you're out in the field you won't be hurting yourself,"
He then picks up two steel plates and stacks them together, before holding them out to Zoey again, "Punches are all well and good, but do you know how to do a proper kick?" He asks rhetorically.
