Vampire physiology
Dragon's vampirism gives his body enhanced strength, almost endless stamina, advanced speed and agility, and durability that means he is resistant to most forms of physical damage. Dragon has keen senses, able to hear micro-sounds from over a mile away, smell the blood of any living beings nearby, and see vast distances as if they were right in front of him. Dragon is also functionally immortal, has no need to breath, sleep or eat, can survive on drinking blood alone.
Flight
Dragon can fly effortlessly, floating and gliding however he likes. He can travel over a hundred kilometers in the air.
Blood sucking
Dragon's canines are elongated, and allow him to puncture the skin of a living being and drain their blood. Blood is his sustenance, but also gives him power. Dragon's abilities and senses are enhanced greatly a few hours after draining a victim.
Gift of Vampirism
By giving his blood to someone that is either dying or has been drained, Dragon can make someone a vampire with all the abilities and powers that he has.
Transformation
Dragon can transform into various different nocturnal animals, from bats to cats, foxes, owls and anything else that can be found when dusk creeps in and the light of day disappears. He can turn himself into smoke, mist and fog to spread out over large distances, which can reform from a single point.
Hypnosis
Dragon can cast a glamour, a simple hypnosis spell which makes him seem more favourable to others. They view him as a friend, even as a loved one, and his stronger glamours can make most normal humans do exactly what he asks of them.
Thralls
Dragon can take control of people with a bite. Instead of draining them of life, he can bring them to the brink of death, where they become his undead thralls. While simple and rather dumb at times, these thralls follow his orders to the letter.
Illusion magic
Dragon can cast illusionary magic around himself or others. He can make people look completely different, change the smells and senses of those around him and alter the perceived reality of those nearby.
Regeneration
Dragon can regenerate injuries with speed if they aren't lethal. However if his limbs and body are scattered so he cannot reattach them, then he can't regenerate them from nothing without serious time and energy.
Tekekinesis
Dragon can move objects without touching them. Be can lift weights up to several tons without lifting a finger.
Telepathic
Dragon can read the base thoughts of others nearby, and plant his own thoughts and images into other people's heads, often in the form of dreams and nightmares.
Weakness
Dragon has a few weaknesses, the curses that come with his vampirism. These include a weakness to sunlight (he can't be in it directly without his skin beginning to burn, and prolonged exposure will turn his body into ash if he isn't careful), garlic, running water (he can't cross it if he can see it) and silver. He is weak to fire, which acts in the same way as sunlight. Dragon isn't weak to religious iconography or holy water. He also has to be invited into a building if he wants to enter, has no reflection and can be killed by a wooden stake to the heart. Dragon can only drink blood for sustenance, as food and drink will turn to ash in his mouth.

Physical Appearance
Dragon is a handsome, toned and extremely attractive individual. His appearance is pristine, no hair out of place or blemish on his skin. Dragon keeps himself looking the best he can be, and refuses to be anything less.

He is a tall and imposing figure, over six foot and built up with muscle beneath his clothes. Dragon has dark onyx eyes, thick black curls upon his head and often sports a jet black beard in full. His eyes glow yellow when he is using his vampiric abilities, and his sharp canines are always longer than normal, sometimes pressing over his bottom lip.
Clothing and Armor
Dragon's clothes are the best of the best, tailored to perfection and never a seam out of place. He wears a new suit basically every day, changing them and discarding them on a whim.

Dragon is a sadistic, brutal and indulgent man. He has spent many centuries treating humans like his personal play-things, giving little to no thought about how his actions might ruin or destroy the lives of others. Indeed, he revels in creating pain and misery for others.

Dragon is a man who enjoys the finer things of life. While he can no longer enjoy food or drink, he can still act like someone who does. He decorates his houses with the most expensive and luxurious decorations. He has no need for money, but knows its worth, and spends the most on anything that he buys. Dragon can be seen in suits worth a small fortune, driving cars that are top of the line, and generally flashing his unearnt cash without care.

Dragon is a self preservationist. He will do everything to continue his survival, and knows his own weaknesses well. Many have tried to kill him and failed, and he covers his own back against the many Vampire weaknesses that curse him. Dragon isn't stupid, and wields a high intelligence, enough to know when he is beaten or in immortal danger.

A man of ego, Dragon hates to be seen as messy or sloppy. He does everything with elegance and a sense of pride, even when it comes to killing victims for their blood. A lot could be said of Dragon, but nobody can say he doesn't have style.

Dragon lives in a lavish historical mansion in New Jersey. He took it from a colonialist in the 19th century, and has filled it with all of his expensive vehicles, furniture, clothes, and a host of thralls that obey his commands (but can't think for themselves).

History
Dragutin was born to a peasant family at some point in the 12th century. Life was hard, and his family lost many sons and daughters before they were ten years old. Dragutin was one of two who made it to adulthood, and worked tirelessly and without reward. Life simply was toil, going from one day to the next. No respite, nothing to look forward to.

Then life changed. Dragutin was making his way back from the local market, a week's travel with meagre wares to show for it, when he found himself caught in a storm. He saw a castle high upon the mountainside, where he sought shelter. However what he found there was not shelter. He was invited in by a mysterious man, Marko Trajkovski, who gave him dinner and a bed. Yet late at night Dragutin woke to the man floating above his bed, long fangs bared.

"I can give you the gift of immortality, eternal gifts beyond your imagination, if you allow me to drink of your blood!"

Immortality sounded pretty good. Dragutin was quick to accept, and the vampire drank his blood, then made him drink his. The transformation was long, painful, and strained, but Dragutin was changed forever more.

It took a while to learn. His peer was helpful in that respect, teaching him all it took to become a true vampire. He took the vampire's name, Trajkovski, and became like a son to him. Dragutin spent a hundred years in the man's care and education.

It couldn't all be roses and sunshine. One day, a vampire hunter entered the castle, and slew Marko. In a fit of rage, Dragutin eviscerated the hunter, and wept for his loss. Marko had been a father to him. He left the castle behind to fall into ruin, and began to travel the world.

Dragutin learnt a lot in his travels, until eventually he winded up in the New World. He took over a mansion, turning the original owner into a thrall for his own amusement, and settled into the area. Dragon, as he then fashioned himself, became a legend and a demon of folklore. Many came to try and find out the truth, but he was too clever, too good with his illusions and glamour to allow anyone to get close.

Dragon now lives his life from his mansion, travelling to different cities across America to sample the best of what humans have to offer. He leaves few tracks behind him when he drains people of blood every few weeks, or at least tries to. Dragon is careful in his acts, but sometimes it's hard to clean up all the blood.

Role Play Sample
"Table for one, please."

The waiter motioned for the man to follow. Dragon did so, a smile on his face. The restaurant smelt fantastic tonight. The people within this building were fresh, vibrant... succulent. He nearly salivated at the promise of them all. Flesh and blood of the living. Mm, a delicacy. He took his seat, and ordered the most expensive wine. It didn't matter. Dragon wouldn't drink it, but he wouldn't be paying for it.

The jazz band was just starting, and he closed his eyes. There was something good the humans had created. Music, so alive and so vibrant that it made his skin quiver. Dragon loved music. The waiter arrived with his wine.

"Thank you. Can you recommend what's good on the menu tonight?"

Steak. Rare. Dragon grinned. Just the way he liked it.

He left the restaurant an hour later. He hadn't touched the steak, or the wine, but he was picking meat from bloody teeth none the less. It was a shame, really. Dragon had enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. Pity for them that he had been hungry.
