Igorev, for all his names, has one foot in the power he pretends to have, and the other in the absence of this power. He is bastard-born to Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia. It is unclear where Igorev's magic circuits originate from, though the imprint on his DNA regardless will need much development before it can be considered a fully capable Family Crest.
It is a mystery how Igorev Vashchenko found himself on the doorstep of the Clock Tower School in London. The impudent Russian youth tried many times to reach out to his father as soon as he learned his identity, much to the chagrin of his foster caretaker, and to no success at that. Igorev went on to fumble in trying to establish contacts with Bratva, most notably mages among their ranks. Igorev was unable to become a tool of any if them, however, as he was spirited away to the Clock Tower by his fearful guardian. She didn't trust a single magus there, or anywhere in the world for that matter... save one:
Waver Velvet.
Personality:
Igorev is a stern fellow with a cruel sense of propriety. He only wields courtesy and respect as a blunt instrument, and carelessly throws it to the wind when it would be inconvenient. How Igorev has friends is a mystery, though he is seldom by his lonesome, be it among people actually fond of him or otherwise. He often plays the privileged card, never letting anyone forget where he comes from. He has developed a blatant ego complex for it, undoubtedly longing to be a part of his extended family, and is much too eager to go to any length to accomplish that. Despite being a close student to Lord El-Melloi II, Igorev seems to have little love for him, or the Clock Tower as a whole, neither of them exceptions to his aloof demeanor.
Magical preference:
Igorev is still a novice magus, and has much to learn about magecraft, and more still to make if his fledgling magic circuits. With that said, he has a penchant for cryomantic tricks.
