The last few weeks of training on Victory Road were anything but easy. The rough terrain, rocky exteriors, and never ending supply of wild pokemon and trainers to practice battling against. It was a perfect place to work oneself to the bone for the upcoming tournament. Thankfully there were a few pokemon centers scattered across small towns all over Mount Silver, but there weren't any right here at this moment...
"We're so gonna die!!!"
Neesha and her faithful companion Jigglypuff were off to Keith's right running from the absolute avalanche of rock type Pokemon that were chasing the group. They had stumbled into a nest of Boldore, Graveler, and other assortments of Rock and Ground type Pokemon. For her it was one thing to shake a hornet's nest and another to piss off every single boulder in a mile radius. "Sid I knew you had no idea where you were going! We're gonna get trampled and I'm not even going to get to beat that Plumeria jerk at the Pokemon League!!! It's your fault." Jigglypuff was far too concerned with comedically rolling with the group to really show as much anger, but certainly even the Pokemon running with their trainers could show some disdain.
Neesha finally looked to Keith "We're so screwed if they don't let up!"
"Oh come on, how was I supposed to read a map about nesting grounds. None of these roads make any sense, man! We were doing fine up until today!!!"
A rock thrown from god know's where almost took Sid's head off. Of course Sid was running to, but instead of focusing on surviving he really was just looking at the map. Trying to figure out what he had read wrong. It was confusing the map had all of these random directions like the roads weren't even there or at least... His eyes squinted in confusion and frustration for a few seconds. The Houndoom running right next to him peeking over to observe before a quick flick of it's tail... spun the map right side up. He looked at Keith and Neesha for a second with an exasperated "Oh, it was upside down..."
Neesha couldn't help but fall into despair for a moment "Oh god, we really are going to get lost and die here! You're kidding me, Sid. I'll make sure you're reading everything upside down if we get out of this!!!"
Sid exclaimed "Let's just take a breat-"
