Physical Appearance
Gorou is a muscular and tall person, with well-defined and somewhat bulkish muscles all over his body, especially his arms, and he stands at around 6'4 in height. Having the appearance of a wolf means he has a lot of scraggly fur, which is colored dark blue and white, with golden eyes. He has a scar over his left eye, over the left side of his snout, and two over his left arm. He will never talk to anyone about the origins of the scars.
Civilian Clothes
When not decked out in his usual 'work' or hero attire, Gorou enjoys going rather casual when it comes to attires. He dresses up in anything light an open, which usually ends up in sleeveless shirts or vests, and cargo shorts most of the times. He also loves to wear various fingerless gloves and boots, which are all custom-made for his physique. Underneath his clothing at all times though, he wears a thick black collar which is a shock-collar, which will activate and zap him whenever he gets too unstable. This carries over to his hero outfit.
Hero Outfit
His hero attire consists of a rather modified version of his Tokyo Police uniform, with a bulletproof vest underneath a large, collared police jacket, a large pair of reinforced, fingerless gauntlets and gloves, a sturdy pair of jeans held up by his utility belt, and a pair of sturdy leather boots. On his utility belt he has your standard issue equipment for police officers, which includes a taser, two or three pairs of handcuffs, and a holstered pistol. But he also has a pair of large brass knuckles hidden away in case things get real physical.
Personality
Bad Habits
Some basic bad habits that Gorou has does naturally involve his more canid features due to being a Mutation-type Quirk wielder. He will act on stimuli that'd normally affect dogs, such as being pet and rubbed along his head, being given treats, and such things. He can also be overly stern with people and often act "angry" at small things they say or do, but that is his way of showing he just cares for them. Also, he is a relentless pun maker, and he loves making dog-related puns.
Goal
To keep the streets of Japan clean of crime his way, and to be a great asset for both Hero society and the police force.
General Personality
Gorou, to describe him in an easy manner, is a man of conviction to whatever he puts his mind to. He fully believes in anything he puts his mind to, it's just how he has been since he was a cub. It is a bit of a combination of wanting to make his parents proud, as well as making himself feel accomplished. So as it happens that he put his mind on justice and quelling evil, he will absolutely do his utmost to carry out a job of justice-dispensing when duty calls for it, no matter the odds. He is also very devoted to any group of people he is assigned to, as part of his more canine mentality of showing utmost loyalty to those under his charge. So he almost treats the police force he was assigned to as a second 'family' of sorts, and he treats them as such as well. He cares immensely for each of his fellow squad-mates, and would happily lend a paw to aid them any way he can.

History
Having never truly known his father for a long time since he died in duty while Gorou was only 5 years old, the little cub had a surprisingly trouble-free childhood, with only the occasional times where he's wished he met his father before he passed on. He became a bit more of a ruffian as he grew older, and as early as his mid-teens, he was temporarily part of an underground Quirk-allowed wrestling group that had become rather popular, and he was a well-known name around that circle for a while, becoming known as 'Howlitzer' which would later be his hero moniker. Though the ring was quickly found out and squelched by hero and police efforts.
At this point, his mother eventually would disclose the information of what his father had done that got him killed in the end. He had worked as a high-ranking police officer in the Tokyo Police Force, and despite how worried his mother would be over the choice, this inspired Gorou to take the same path as his father had in the past. Instead of enlisting to U.A High, he would forego using his Quirk in favor of gaining enough training and studying in to become a police officer, starting off as a local security guard, before finally ending with a place on the force itself. By this time, he had made a lot of friends within the police, and had even begun to consider some of them to be part of his 'pack'.
One day, a Villain attack had cost a couple of officers their lives, and Gorou naturally mourned their loss with utter grievance. But this set in motion a desire to actually pick up a hero license, on top of his officer badge, so that he could actually utilize his Quirk while on the job as well. It took years for him to achieve it though, since his Quirk was rather unruly and savage at times, but he would eventually train and study hard enough to finally achieve his license. Since he was then acknowledged as a Pro-Hero, he began to spend a few years as a proper hero. Eventually, he was approached by the Tartarus Prison System, due to his previous career as a police officer, and was offered to be part of their System as a Hero Affiliate. Naturally, having missed a bit of the police side of things, Gorou would accept the offer, and now works as a Pro-Hero, and a member of Tartarus' Hero Affiliates.
Quirk
Name
Dire Wolf
Quirk Type
Mutation
Power
The power of Dire Wolf is straight-forward; it gives the wielder the appearance and characteristics of a prehistoric dire wolf, which were stronger and heavier ancestors of the more common grey wolf of modern times. This means that the wielder gets a great boost to their physical features, such as raw strength and stamina, but also naturally have greatly enhanced senses like that of wolves. Being that the Quirk is based on a dire wolf, and not just a regular wolf, it implies that the wielder of such a Quirk is also a lot more 'feral' in the heat of battle, and might enter a frenzy if certain triggers are met, but Gorou seems to have his senses under control most of the time.
Supermoves
- Howlitzer Impact - Gorou will charge his opponent with a shoulder tackle to the midsection, aiming to barge into them and pin them down.
- Howlitzer Launch - Usually a follow-up for the Howlitzer Impact, Gorou will pick up his downed opponent with both arms and hurl them forward, usually aiming for a pole or wall.
- Howlitzer Bomb - Putting his enemy in a Tombstone hold, Gorou will slam his grappled opponent into the ground head-first.
- Howlitzer Mule - Rolling onto his back, Gorou will proceed to slam both his feet into an opponent's chest in a fierce upward kick.
- Howlitzer Takedown - Launching himself at an opponent, Gorou will attempt to grabble them and bring them down with an RKO.
Drawbacks
A major drawback with this quirk is that it requires the wielder to have a great amount of self-control to it, as it has a tendency to make the wielder go feral during combat, and the scent of blood and flesh can send them into a true frenzy, unable to discern friend from foe. Which is why Gorou at all times wields his shock-collar, which activates whenever his hormonal state grows too out of order due to his Quirk. But if he grows too frenzied, he'll start ignoring the shocks from his collar. The quirk also disallows the wielder to gain any nutrients from vegetables, making the wielder have to rely on an all-meat diet.
Fighting Style
Gorou is pretty much a physical brawler at its peak, with his previous career as a Quirk-Wrestler having hardened and grown his body, and his formal training in the police academy gaining him skills in martial arts, he has more than a few moves to keep his opponents on his toes. His most preferred method of combat is to get his opponent in a hold or grapple, and keep them restrained to the point of surrender.
