Canon Or Original?:

Powers/Abilities:
Radiation Generation: Shego possesses the ability to generate and manipulate vibrant green energy through her hands. This energy can be utilized to heat or melt various materials she comes into contact with, exhibiting different levels of potency. She can unleash stunning energy bolts, launch explosive energy spheres akin to grenades, or project a focused energy beam. Her attacks can vary from precise shots to explosive effects comparable to modern explosives. Her energy, when combined with her physical combat skills, can inflict severe burns and radiation damage upon impact. Furthermore, Shego can significantly amplify her natural strength, enabling her to deliver energy-infused strikes that can smash through hard objects, even metals like steel. Extensive use of her powers leads to fatigue.
Enhanced Strength: Not to the degree of her brother Hego whose powers are all about strength, Shego is definitely stronger than a normal human. She is able to haul a few hundred pounds, heavy weapons or a grown man with some effort of course. She can also jump at least 15 feet into the air.
Enhanced Durability: Shego like most of her siblings has a tougher than normal body. Being electrocuted, burned, hit, slammed around, having a building fall on top of her or falling from a few stories doesn't really break any bones or leave lasting bruises. On more than one occasion she has been knocked through walls and doors made of metal or concrete, unscathed.
Skilled Fighter: Trained by multiple experts over the years combined her extensive combat experiences, Shego is adept in hand-to-hand combat. She can easily adapt to a changing environment, its hazards or advantages. Whenever she is knocked down, she is quick to get back on her feet in order to continue the fight.
Pilot: Shego is a certified pilot, usually either her or Hego flying the Go Jet. She has since learned how to fly prop planes, helicopters and even things meant for space.
Espionage Expert: Learning from other experts or developing her own methods on the job, Shego has picked up a lot of side skills. Computer and mechanical skills, scuba and freediving, operation of heavy machinery.
Certified Educator: No, really. Before she turned her super powered career towards villainy (where the money is), Shego got a bachelor's degree in child development. Though this was mostly for the benefit of her youngest brothers, she does have an uncanny knack for tutoring people, whether that be algebra or teaching villainy. Some of her critiques of a client's plan also comes from a place of wanting someone to succeed in life.
Weapons/Items:
Titanium clawed gloves: Combined with her powers, the tips of her gloves allow Shego to leave rather nasty scratches even in metal. She always keeps them sharp.
"Envy": A chinese black market knockoff Boeing X-32 colored in the same green and black she wears. It has modern stealth equivalency and VTOL capabilities. Shego had its fuel guzzling standard jet replaced with a repulsors she stole from Stark Industries. It has countermeasures, air to air missiles, a plasma laser. She uses it mainly for when commercial airlines aren't an option. (She also stole this.)
Appearance

Physical Appearance:
Standing tall at 5'9, Shego is most known for her light almost pale green skin that gives her an exotic look. She has a rather voluptuous figure with a slender waist, shapely hips and a bit of a booty. Shego is no slouch when it comes to the gym, though most of her effort is concealed by her bodysuit, she has toned muscles but not enough to take away from her feminine figure. Her long waist length black hair has a slight iridescent green tinge to it, usually kept free flowing, but she does sometimes tie into a ponytail when the situation called for it or in the past has worn a green hairband during her time with Team Go. Her eyes are hunter green and glow a bit in the dark, complemented by her long lashes and black eyeliner. Her eyebrows are naturally arched, giving her a somewhat sinister look (she does wax a bit). For makeup she wears a gloss on her bottom lip while wearing a dark color lipstick on her top lip, she paints her fingernails black.
Clothing and Armor:
Shego is known for her distinctive green and black color palette when it comes to her clothing.
Her iconic outfit features a sleek, form-fitting catsuit with a high collar, adorned with an eye-catching asymmetrical harlequin design in bold black and vibrant light green. Complementing her look, she sports one glove and one boot in each color, along with a utility pouch stylishly strapped around her lower left leg. It's just the same Team Go outfit she's always worn, its comfortable in most temperatures, durable, burn resistant and easy for her to repair. Her outfit used to have a section that fit around her face and eyes, but no longer wears it.
Her casual wear and swimwear also shares her green and black color with the asymmetrical aesthetic.
In cold weather and some environments, she might wear a black jacket or parka over her bodysuit.
Personality
Sexual Orientation:
Straight
General Personality:
Shego embodies a classic example of someone turning from hero to villain, her quick temper, sharp tongue, and tendency towards violence. She is perfectly willing to murder, devastate, and set things ablaze, almost reveling in it and any chaos. Shego does possess a sense of morality, as she doesn't find pleasure in mistreating the elderly, disabled individuals, or animals. Green is clearly her preferred color, just like her favorite thing in the world, cold hard cash. Stubborn, but not suicidal, Shego is very perceptive and prone to self-preservation when its time to leave a crashed party. Shego is a diligent worker when needed, yet she has a relaxed demeanor and enjoys thinking about her upcoming sunny beach getaways. Once she sets herself in vacation mode, she prefers to be incommunicado and unbothered by heroic types. She takes her time off seriously, spas, hot tubs, being pampered.
Shego's banter can be quite lively and playful, effortlessly transitioning to a captivating display of her villainous charm at a moment's notice. Shego takes great pleasure in being smug, particularly when she is right, and she always readily expresses her contempt or disapproval towards a situation. When it comes to serving clientele, she dislikes cartoonishly plain plans, often pushing for details or asking what the point is. She is a woman who is narcissistic and enjoys dressing up when the occasion arises. Shego loves receiving compliments and attention from men who fit her preferences. Though Shego also strongly dislikes misogyny, she will certainly not hesitate to deal with any disrespectful individual who sees her more of an item than a woman. Although her brothers drove her to madness and pushed her to embrace her darker side, she still harbors some level of care for them, even if she will never acknowledge it openly.

History:
Team Go
The Go family was a fairly average middle class American family, Hego the oldest was 17, Shego had just turned 14, Mego was 12 and the twins (Wego) were 3. It was a nice summer afternoon, the kids were all in the family treehouse in the backyard when tragedy struck. A rainbow comet struck the treehouse, bombarding each of the siblings with a different energy wave, granting each of them superpowers. Hego had incredible strength, Shego received destructive green energy, Mego had the ability to change size and the twins could duplicate. While initially showboating a bit to make some shallow friends, a crime wave that summer convinced them to become superheroes, Team Go.
They mainly stuck to the confines of Go City or nearby locations in the state, so they never made a huge wave of popularity. They tackled not just regular crimes, but "super" villains or a lot of oddly themed criminals. As the Wego twins got old enough to attend school, Shego felt the need to help educate them, not wanting them to be taken advantage of or possible be taken hostage. Shego even selflessly went out of her way to start college early in order to get a Bachelor's degree in child development to properly homeschool them.
Break Up
It was around this time that the older siblings began to bicker more, what direction the team was heading. Hego's cartoonist idea of heroes contrasted with Shego's realism as their team almost completely relied on money from donations and grants to stay afloat, Mego didn't take a side as usual, more concerned about himself. This constant deadlock of the status quo and frustrated by Hego's lack of vision, Shego began looking into side gigs, stuff that paid lots of money. She didn't even care that it was dirty money or a dirty job, even it meant bruising up a few people. After working a few of these shady but profitable jobs and bringing some extra money home, she was confronted by Hego who had followed her to one of these so called jobs. Shego was livid, her brother calling her a actual criminal, wanting her to apologize to the people she allowed to be harmed.
This was the last straw, something in Shego snapped after years of selflessness and pretending to be alright with her lifestyle. Shego had been biting her tongue and keeping quiet for the last few years. She got angry and got into a fist fight with Hego. It went long enough that Shego finally got angry enough to blast him out of a window before leaving for good, grabbing and packing what she could before torching her room. Shego deep down still cared for her brothers, but couldn't play hero anymore, she had ambitions and needs that were being stifled by Hego's childish logic and Mego's inactions. Without her drive and focus, Team Go quickly fell apart.
For Hire
Once Shego stepped out of Minnesota, much more profitable opportunities presented themselves. Her combat skills, powers and feminine wiles allowed her to quickly make a name for herself. Shego play the part of a bodyguard for a VIP, an enforcer to shake someone down, playing soldier in some 3rd world country or even doing a little corporate espionage. Though as her face became more well known and some countries started having an aversion to green, a lot more of her jobs came from cartels, mafiosos, people doing "mad" science stuff. Her circle of jobs expanded to Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, South America, Shego would leave a menacing impression in criminal circles and law enforcement, a beautiful woman with deadly glowing green hands.
Shego's travels would bring her across the world and in that time she would be forced to adapt and learn new skills of the trade. She might not be a scientist or a technician, but she picked up a bit computer science and mechanical skills to deal with jobs that required a bit more of a delicate touch. But she got sloppy once a few years ago, ending up in Belle Reve for a short time. Shego managed to trick someone in charge that all of her powers came from her "special gloves", she played possum enough to end up as a pawn for Task Force X. Though Shego quickly parted ways with them after using her powers to fry the chip in her neck out in the field.
Role Play Sample:
Things often never went to plan in Shego's world, mostly on the part of things she had no control over. She ducked and dived as a guy in a big mecha armor thing tried to pelt her with pulse cannons. Shego took over behind a concrete pillar, trying to gauge his recharge cycle. As soon as the next volley picked apart the pillar, she grinned and rolled out of cover. Green plasma enveloped her hands as she broke out into a run, keeping her distance in a circular pattern. She threw a bolt at the unit's face to blind it before kicking her boot into the ground to change direction, directly at the mech. Shego threw another bolt at it before jumping onto the 16 foot metal giant, her hands digging into the plating of its arm as the pilot realized she was now on the suit. In a panic the suit suddenly took off into the air, aimed at the ceiling of the large room. Shego noticed the oncoming surface and ducked down onto the feet, mere inches from the rocket propulsion as it smashed through to the outside.
"I think you need some air!" She chuckled before powering up her hands again as the mech flew around in the air to shake her off. She starting to climb up the legs to the torso, her fingers leaving small tears in the armor as she held on for dear life. There wasn't any fear in her eyes of her being shaken off as she got up to the chest section. Shego tightly gripped the suit with one hand as she knocked on the shell with the other. "Put this tin can down or I'm gonna start blasting!" The man inside shouted at her in some foreign language before bringing one of the suit's arms to bear on her. Shego dodged the mechanical punch, letting it dent the chest as she switched over to grabbing hold the arm. Both of her hands burned green as Shego then pumped a blast directly into the arm's innards, watching sparks and smoke fly out of some cracks before hydraulic fluid bled out. "Oops, did you need this arm?" She laughed as the suit suddenly veered downwards towards the factory it came from.
Shego jumped off from it at the last minute and rolled off onto the roof of the factory as the mech smashed through and into a machinery area. When the dust settled, she carefully hopped through the new hole in the roof onto a tall machine. Her green eyes then assessed the mech that had pancaked a rather sizable machine. It was struggling to get back on its feet, having practically done a belly-flop. Shego let out a small heh, before pouncing onto the back of the mech. Her hands then radiated with her green power before she began to rip apart the metal plating protecting the delicate machinery inside. There was quite a bit of moving parts, things blinking, cables, tubes. "Ooo... this all looks really important. Hope you don't mind if I just break everything!" She then hacked at with both hands immersed with green energy, causing sparks to fly and dark liquid to spurt out of the tubes. There was only a second to react before a fire erupted from her handywork, Shego backflipping away just as the mech got back onto its feet, the pilot screaming out in terror before the lumbering machine took off into the air again, fire and black smoke billowing out of its back.
Shego looked up as the mech flew erratically in the airspace above the factory. She shaded her eyes with her hand as tiny pieces of debris began to rain down. There a small crackling sound just before a sudden bright flash. The battle suit exploded a few hundred feet in the air, causing Shego to grin with glee. "Adios." She then dusted off her duds before having free reign of the factory. Though there were still a few automated lasers that spit beams at her, but didn't hold up well to Shego's own firepower. Once the last of the security was taken care of, Shego then arrived at her true goal, an office. She had been hired to break into this factory which had advertised they were building battle suits, she was here to shut down their operations and steal their documents for her client. Though it never occured to anyone that the display model was full functional and doubled as part of the security. She plopped down onto an office chair and slipped in a usb into the computer on the desk. As the computer trilled and did its thing, Shego put her feet up and whistled. She almost wanted to take a little nap while the little usb did its thing, but just as she leaned back she heard a bit of shouting in the distance.
Shego pulled her feet down and looked at the screen, the taskbar moving from two percent to three percent. Her eyes glazed over the course of a minute passing as it then moved to four percent, the shouting in the distance getting louder. "Seriously?" She scoffed before jumping to her feet. Shego straightened her hair before strutting out of the office to take care of business. She was in luck, it was just a bunch of guys with AKs and surplus Soviet-era vehicles. After about 30 minutes, Shego re-entered the office, her hair and suit a bit dusty from the fun she had. She plunked back down in the chair and let out a sigh. "Alright, should be done by now right?" She said with a smug face before looking at the screen, it was only at 30%. "AGH!" She cried out, shaking her fists in the air before pounding on the desk and leaving dents. A locked drawer popped opened, revealing bunch of document folders. "Oh... well hello there." Calming down for a moment, she dug through the folders and realized that they were full of discs and technical papers, all the stuff she needed to complete the job. She then stowing everything into a nearby suitcase before torching the place, no more battle suit factory.
