Shapeshifting
Max can alter their form into any solid object that they can imagine. Like other Skrulls, their genetic code is made of unstable molecules which allow them to change into organic or inorganic forms that can be larger or smaller than their normal form. They can accurately shapeshift into any person they have seen, either physically, in a photograph or even a description if it has enough detail.
In the form of Jack Wilson, aka Mister Everyman, they had created the perfect human for the role. Peak human strength, speed and durability were mixed with handsome good looks and entirely unblemished and toned physique. Jack Wilson was the ultimate human in that regard, the absolute maximum of what a man could be.
In the form of Max Brown, or Nobody, they hide most of their abilities. The body is fast, nimble and strong, but also particularly unrecognisable as such. They prefer to transform at the moment they need it, so that they can easily fit into normal society without raising suspicion as to what they are. Max can transform their body parts into muscular versions of themselves, shrink themselves down to about three inches and or flatten their body as they need, able to stretch their limbs and body to six extra feet while keeping its durability.
Mimicry
Max can change their voice to mimic voices or sounds that they have heard to an incredibly precise degree.
Regeneration
Max can regenerate lost limbs or heal wounds by transforming, not instantly but over a short period of time. Their healing is faster than an average human, though losing an organ can still be lethal to them. By using their shapeshifting, Max can mitigate damage and heal, although they does still keep wounds if they shifts from one form or another.
Skrull requiem
Max was born with the memories of all Skrull conflicts, especially the war with the Kree. Like all of their kin, she knows everything that has happened to the Skrull people, all the victories and defeats that their ancestors have experienced and the hatred that the Skrull hold for their enemies.
Skilled Combatant
Max was born a soldier, a skilled warrior who can hold their own in battle. Naturally experienced in both hand-to-hand combat as well as any melee weapon or Skrull technology, Max is a dangerous opponent for even the most skilled enemy.
Stealth and Scouting
Max was trained to be quiet and sneaky, merging with their shapeshifting abilities to make them a silent and deadly opponent that can weave around situations without being seen or heard by regular human senses.
Weaknesses
Like all Skrulls, Max has several key weaknesses to both their shapeshifting physiology
Shapeshifting limitations
When shapeshifting into a person, Max doesn't take on their personality, powers, physical abilities or characteristics. The same goes for the properties of inorganic objects, as they can't become a working replica of something complex (though they could mimic an item with a simple mechanism, like a hinge).
High decibel sounds
Any noise at a high decibel will make Max's unstable molecules far more unstable than usual, rendering their powers and abilities useless for a time. It also affects their brain functions, and loud noises make them stressed out and incapable of rational thought if they go on for too long.

Physical Appearance
K'tuvos's true form is of a lean and muscular Skrull, with green skin covered in natural grooves, pointed ears and narrow, yellow eyes. Like most Skrull, K'tuvos didn't stand out amongst his brethren.
Jack Wilson was a handsome, tall and muscular man with a charming smile and an attractive, glittering pair of blue eyes. He was created to be the peak of humanity, and K'tuvos put a lot of effort into making him stand out in whatever room he walked into. He sported a gratuitous moustache as was the style at the time, a thick head of hair and an entirely unblemished body of strong, tight muscle.
In contrast, Max is a lean woman in her mid twenties, with dark braids and features that could easily blend into a crowd. They are slender, of an average height and with little visible muscle beneath dark skin. This isn't to say that they aren't strong in their own right, but Max usually keeps their true form hidden, to transform into only as and when they need it.
Clothing and Armor
Skrull Uniform
Made of unstable molecules, the Skrull Uniform can transform into any item of clothing that the wearer wishes. Jack and Max both used it to fit into whatever culture, country or era they were in, aiding in espionage and blending in with society. Currently, Max uses it to create clothes that are comfortable and don't stand out much, fashion which doesn't look out of place.

General Personality
K'tuvos was a dedicated and skilled individual, but with a wandering mind. They fell in love easy, a trait that Skrulls should not have had, and it was so powerful for certain places and people that it was able to override even the Skrull requiem.
Jack Wilson was a man of charisma and charm, a bouncy and happy man who could light up any room that he entered and make anyone feel special. They kept the dedication and focus of their time as a Skrull, but brought with it joy and a true positive attitude. Jack found the best in any situation that he could, and even in the darkest times of his espionage work during World War II, Jack kept the spirits of everyone around him as high as he could.
Max Brown was the culmination of everything that killed Jack Wilson. The loss of the man's wife and children, as well as being thrown into an unfamiliar time and betrayed by someone close to him, made them more closed off, a darker individual prone to fits of solemn melancholy and often anger at other individuals for minor things. They are more withdrawn, fiercely independent and with a preference to be alone and away from other people.
They still hold the heart of a hero, though. Even Nobody works tirelessly to make everyone around them feel better, even if it exhausts them. They won't go out of their way to do so, but Nobody will step into help people if they see trouble, and are still not the type to stand by if danger raises its ugly head in their presence.

Jenny was Jack's rock, his reason for living. She accepted him and his "children", even after being told who and what they were. Jenny was a kind, perceptive woman, and Jack's heart died when he emerged from the Dread Dimension to find she had passed away in the time he had been trapped there.

The children of Jack Wilson and Jenny Brown were, in fact, the hypnotised crew of K'tuvos's scouting party. Doctor Fate wiped their memories and instead made them think they were human children, to grow up normally with K'tuvos as their father. Jack was trapped in stasis when they were teenagers, and when he emerged 60 years later, all three had passed away. The Skrulls should have lasted for fifty more years at least, but as they thought they were human, all three of them lived human lifespans. They had families of their own, but the then Nobody didn't attempt to go searching for them or make contact. Their father had, for all intensive purposes, died in the Dread Dimension.

History
Skrullos, the birthplace of the Skrull Empire and all her children. K'tuvos was one such child, born into a society that revered expansion and war above all else. They, like all of their kin, were trained as soldiers, baptised in blood and violence.
K'vutos grew rapidly, their mind and body honed for combat. They were a strong Skrull, with a keen mind and perception. K'vutos was not as strong as their peers, but made up for it with intelligence and skill.
They were made Captain of a scouting party bound for Earth aboard a mothership. The goal was invasion, to conquer the world as it had been foretold in their religious texts. K'vutos and three others were tasked with investigating the defences of Earth, and, if necessary, disrupting their forces so the Skrull invasion could begin without resistance.
K'vutos and the scouts landed on Earth in the year 1923. They discovered that there was indeed a formidable defence, and they called themselves the Justice Society. Superheroes who had banded together to protect Earth against threats just like the Skrull invasion. K'vutos and her comrades used their shapeshifting abilities to take the place of four members of the Justice Society, and began causing havoc. The plan worked, and governments began to turn on the heroes when they saw how much of a threat they could be.
The military was after the Justice Society, who in turn hunted the quartet to prove that they were impersonating them. While other members searched for K'vutos and their allies, Doctor Fate was able to garner the location of the Skrull ship, and was able to turn the invasion force around and back towards Skrullos.
K'vutos, meanwhile oblivious to the retreating forces, had discovered the beauty and wonders of Earth. They had, in fact, fallen in love. While the others three created carnage, K'vutos was absorbing human culture and everything they could regarding Earth and it's inhabitants. They had seen enough of to lose all their interest in war and chaos, and when the Justice Society cornered the four, K'vutos was the only one who didn't fight back.
After they had been defeated, Doctor Fate gave K'vutos a choice. He told her that he saw a lot of potential in their future. He gave them the option to join the Justice Society, to fight for Earth instead of against it. Their Skrull companions would have their memories wiped, their identities as Skrulls removed, and instead they would be changed into humans too, but ones unaware of their ancestry. They would instead become the children of K'vutos's new human identity. They would age like humans, think like humans and be ordinary people until the day they died, with their former Captain acting like a surrogate parent to them. K'vutos, enamored by Earth and the Justice Society, agreed to it all. They wanted to be less of a Skrull and more of a human. To bring peace and hope rather than death and destruction.
So Mister Everyman was born. A charismatic and handsome superhero joined the ranks of the Justice Society, and was an immediate hit. With his power to transform into anyone and everyone, he helped rebuild the popularity of the Justice Society and get them back into the public and government good books. Mister Everyman had the power to transform into whoever he liked, and
Jack Wilson, as he now called himself, fell in love even harder. He found a partner, and later a wife, a reporter named Jenny Brown. She accepted Jack's children and adopted them as her own, and they became a family. Jack loved Jenny beyond anything, and she reciprocated. They lived a happy life together, and Jenny was one of the few people besides Doctor Fate to know the truth of Jack's "children".
Jack worked as an actor, and was one of the most famous of the time. Mister Everyman solidified himself next to the other members of the Justice Society, and found another family that he had never known he needed. Now, he couldn't do without. Jack and his superhero moniker were known for their charm, charisma, good heart and courageous efforts to do right by people. It was a far throw from being a member of the Skrull war force.
The Justice Society worked tirelessly against the evils of the world, but none so bad as the rising power of the Nazi party of Germany. Mister Everyman was utilised in espionage as they came closer and closer to war, and spent a lot of time in the occupied areas of Europe. His missions took him deep into enemy territory, freeing prisoners of war and disrupting Nazi camps by impersonating officers and infiltrating their command centres.
Mister Everyman also worked alongside other heroes of the time, namely Captain America and Wonder Woman. The three of them had several missions together, as well as with other members of the Justice Society, combining forces to strike hard against the Nazis. The war showed Jack some of the worst horrors he had ever seen, even through his memories of the Skrull campaign. The Liberation of the camps were a harrowing experience, something he would never forget.
Jack returned home once the war was over and he had done his duty. Jenny and their children were waiting for him, and he vowed to her that he wouldn't leave for such a long time again. For him, the war had shown him humanity's worst, but also the best. It showed him that there were more heroes out there, and not all of them had superpowers. The world was in safe hands, and it didn't fall on just the likes of Mister Everyman and the Justice Society to defend it.
Jack went back to his life as an actor, while the Justice League returned to saving the world against villains and terrorist groups. After the Nazis fell, there were plenty of other evil schemes to thwart, none as diabolical as them but still needing to be stopped. Mister Everyman was there with the rest of them to stop them.
The Justice Society's next foe was one that had been in the shadows even before Adolf Hitler came to power. The Claw was a being of true evil, who had the technology and willpower to threaten the Earth in ways that no mere human could. The Claw wanted the Book of Fate more than anything, something that Doctor Fate and the Justice Society couldn't let happen. They planned to directly assault the home of their nemesis, but when the battle was at its peak, Doctor Fate put the whole island into stasis, trapping the Claw and the Justice Society together.
It was a perilous few months. Jack and the rest of the Justice Society fought hard against the Claw and his minions, but before long the pocket dimension they had been trapped in seemed to come apart at the seams. It had found its way into the vicinity of the Dread Dimension, and when the Doctors Fate and a man called Doctor Doom came to save them, Mister Everyman and the others were in a desperate fight for their lives and their sanity.
At first, Jack was relieved to see Kent, even as they finished off the Claw's last forces. They embraced, laughing with relief. That was before the news was revealed. It hadn't been months. The Justice Society had been in stasis for decades. The world had changed, moved on without them. Jack's promise not to leave his family had been broken. Jenny and his children had all grown old and passed on.
Jack was shattered. They had lived full lives, but he had missed it all. Even his youngest son had passed. What's worse is that Jack knew he could have given them a longer life with his Skrull physiology. If only he had been there, but he wasn't. While the others convened at Brownstone Manor, Jack fell into a deep depression.
Mister Everyman was a shell of his former self, and it was soon apparent that his heart had died along with his family. Resentment grew for Doctor Fate, and he knew he couldn't stay with the Justice League much longer. It became too hard, reminded of his old life with every waking moment.
Jack Wilson never returned from the Dread Dimension. The being who had taken on that role slipped away quietly, leaving their family behind. They were Nobody. They left nothing but a short note of apology for the people who had accepted them as a member of their family. Nobody vanished into the night, far away from the hero culture they had come to love.
Nobody spent years living under the radar. Occasionally they saw the Justice Society still working together, and felt immeasurable sadness. The Kree invasion, especially, being so personal to them, but they kept their head down, letting the other heroes of the world take the mantle. They were there, on the ground and helping who they could, but Nobody left the superhero work to the Justice League and their old companions, keeping a secret identity as they helped in their own way.
They became known as Max, and tried to fit into a society they were unfamiliar with, out of time and on the wrong planet. Max still felt lost, but she adopted her new identity without looking back. She just wanted to enjoy the world she had grown to love, before it had all been torn away from her. Now Max lives a simple life, trying to live like a normal human would... though sometimes the call is too strong. Nobody appeared every now and then, in the shadows, to help the good against the forces of evil...

Role Play Sample
The rain covered the cemetery in a dark blanket. Water ran from his hat as Jack stared down at the gravestone by his feet. His face was unreadable, eyes shaded head bowed.
Jenny Brown
1908 - 1974
A simple epitaph for a woman beyond words. Jack lowered the brim of his hat, feeling the surge of emotion threatening to wash over him. Tears and rain blended together, and even as the air moved to indicate the appearance of someone else, he didn't turn.
"You told us it was necessary. That it was the will of Fate."
Jack's fists clenched as he spoke, closing his eyes slowly. He didn't want to think about her anymore, but he could only look from left to right, at the graves of their children.
"But you didn't even give us a chance. How could you do this to us, Kent?"
The man behind him was silent in the rain. Jack turned, anger flashing across his face, in his eyes. He was one step away from punching the man before him, if he hadn't grown so... old. Jack grit his teeth. Kent had been more than a friend since he arrived on Earth. There was too much there.
"I thought you trusted us, Kent. I thought we were a team. That we were... family. I... I can't do this anymore."
Jack's form rippled. The face shed away, revealing someone else beneath, someone new. They looked at Kent with dark eyes, full of mixed and confused emotions. Anger. Hate. Pain. Sadness.
"The others might be able to go back to normal, but... I lost everything. Everything. You can't imagine... Jack Wilson is dead. Mister Everyman is dead. If you still have any love for me... you'll just let me go."
The person before Kent turned, taking one final look at their family. Tears poured down their face as they shook their heads. Nobody began to walk away, into the dark and the cold storm.
"Goodbye, Kent. I hope... I hope you can live with yourself. Truly, I do. You won't see me again."
