Physical Appearance
Kishako is tall for her age, around 5'6" and around 120lbs. Her body is toned, fairly muscular and lean, trained daily to give her a high physical fitness.
Kishako has a head full of blue wavy hair, just less than shoulder length and of tight, high curls. Her eyes are the same steely blue, intense and focused. Kishako has petite features, often set in a serious expression.
Due to her quirk, Kishako is often seen in a cloud of steam whenever she gets excited. When angered, steam sometimes literally shoots out of her ears or mouth.
Civilian Clothes
Kishako wears smart clothes, close fitting and tailored. She usually dresses in pastel colours, nothing that would stand out much, and she isnt particularly into fashion. Practical, affordable and bland.
Hero Outfit

Rail Star takes the form of light-weight but durable robotic armour. Exhaust vents rise from her elbows and the backs of her legs, venting steam from specific areas which gives her greater control over how she can release pressure for her special moves.

General Personality
Kishako is a serious, rigid and often angry looking individual, who speaks her mind when she feels like it. She is intelligent and perceptive, but also holds strong views about what she thinks a hero should be and how society should act. Kishako is a loyal friend, but slow to warm up to people, and often comes across as if she holds people with distain or in contempt. She knows what she wants and what she likes, and strives towards those goals and objectives with almost a singular, unstoppable mind. Kishako often speeds on ahead of others, focusing on her own future before those of people around her. Kishako is fairly down to earth, not living beyond her means and not wanting for anything extravagant. She is a bit of a Superhero nerd, though she doesn't always make it apparent, preferring to keep it under wraps.

A single father who raised Kishako while also juggling a full time job to keep the household afloat. A loving and doting man who gives Kishako all the support she needs to carve her own path as a U.A. student and pro-hero.

Kishako hasn't mer her mother, who abandoned her and her father as soon as she had been born. Kishako sees her a lot though, as she is a famous pro-hero, and has a hard time with dealing with this fact. Indeed, a lot of her aspirations as to be a pro-hero almost entirely unlike her mother.
History
Kishako was raised by Moka Denshami, a single father who worked tirelessly to make sure his daughter had everything she needed. She wanted for nothing, clothed and fed and given whatever trinkets and toys she asked for, which wasn't that much compared to many children of her generation. Looking back, Kishako understood how much her father sacrificed for her, the things he didn't have himself that meant she could have books, comics and extra-curricular activities that allowed her to train her body from an early age.
Kishako always knew she wanted to be a hero, and watched the top ten ranking whenever she could, in awe and admiration of these great people. She made her first costume when she was six, taking inspiration from her father's steamtrain models that he created and collected. She would run around their neighbourhood as the young hero Rail Star, stopping bigger kids from bullying others.
Kishako found out about her mother when she was ten years old. Her father told her the truth behind it, that her mother was a famous hero that abandoned them both when she had been born. It shook her worldview that heroes were the best of them. How could a pro-hero abandon their family? Of course, it was for the fame, for the image of her hero persona.
Kishako didn't waver, however. She decided that she would be a hero that did her best to save people, to stabilise society and be someone that everyone could look up to. Fame would only be a means to an end, to rise to a point that people recognised her, that they could see the hero Rail Star and know they would be safe!
Kishako really focused in school, and kept up sports and training so that, when it came to it, she applied to U.A. without issue. She was accepted into the entrance exam, and went there with a strong idea of what she wanted to achieve. Kishako looked at the others as if they weren't as serious as she was, and noted that she had to focus on herself if she wanted to get into the hero class.
Steam Pressure allowed her to outrun everyone else, smashing robots apart with high-powered kicks and zooming around the exam grounds before anything could catch her. She blasted through her round with one of the best scores, cementing herself in class 1-A.
With a proud father and a strong determination, Kishako packed her things and set off for the next step of her journey to be the kind of hero that her mother never was.

Kishako's body is full of steam, which is expelled from her pores. It usually comes out at a slow rate, until her heart rate is elevated. Kishako can increase her steam by drinking 'fuel' (cranberry juice) and by increasing her breathing rate. This increases the pressure inside of her body, which is then released from her pores. The more pressure there is inside her, the more vivid the steam's colour turns until it is a bright crimson red. Kishako can control what parts of her body are enhanced by the steam pressure, usually via her arms for a fast barrage of punches, or in her legs in the form of kicks or an enhanced running speed. By releasing steam in this way, Kishako can reach speeds of over 100kpm.

By building up pressure, Kishako can release it for an enormous burst of speed that can cover a large distance in a matter of seconds. It is risky, as building pressure inside of her can lead to issues, but it allows her to bypass the slow start of her quirk's functions for a single move.
Drawbacks
Kishako's steam is slow to get up to full speed. She needs to raise her heartrate using breathing techniques, which can take a few seconds for her to get to her full potential. In cold weather her quirk is even slower to get to full speed, and it takes more of an effort for her and even more fuel to really warm up. Kishako has to be able to breath to increase the steam pressure, and can't get up to full speed in an environment that stops her from steadily increasing her breathing. Building pressure up inside of her body is dangerous, and if she doesn't expell steam as it builds up then she can risk internal damage and even external injuries from steam venting itself from the inside. Anything that can stop her from doing so is very dangerous indeed.

Fighting Style

Kishako's style is speed. Her Quirk allows her to move incredibly fast, with the ability to maneuver well and spring across huge distances at high speeds. She can perform bursts of speed from standing, closing distances in a second by building up pressure and releasing it in one go. Kishako enhances her kicks with steam, and by putting pressure in her arms, she can release fast and brutal barrages of strikes.
