Potion-Making License
Acquired after graduating the Academy of Witchcraft. It keeps her from making more powerful potions until she has earned the right and limits her as to what she can ask of any Guilds and the amount of potion types she is allowed to brew. Getting it stamped by high-ranking officials and the like will allow her to create even more and ask Guilds to find even higher-grade ingredients for even better potion quality.

Haggling
When money means she gets to eat and possibly afford more ingredients with which to make better potions with which to make more money to improve her shop and pay off her debt, Haggling is a crucial skill she has attained and is still mastering. While she has a few tactics of her own to get a sale, it is very much possible for her to learn other means of haggling from others sources from the bonds she can make to not only increase the sale of a potion but also keep her stress levels in check.
Sylvia's Personal Haggling Tactics:
-Set "em Up!- Introduce the product casually to provide interest
-Reel "em In!- Really sell the product's usefulness which is especially handy if introduced already
-Brace Yourself- Mitigates the oncoming stress she might feel from customers
-Think, Sylvia, Think!- Ponder another Haggling Tactic
-Close It Out- Provide one little minute detail about the product and end the sale
