"You know what they say; Never look a snake in its jaws, or it will devour you~"
General Information
Name: Hiretsu Hachū
Identity: Snake-Eyes
Gender: Male
Age: 31
Date of Birth: January 24
Place of Origin: Tokyo, Japan
Occupation: Villain
Faction: Team Confidence
Appearance
Visual Appearance:
Physical Appearance: Hiretsu is an average-looking, Caucasian male that stands at a slim, yet lithe and healthy 6 feet solid, with very few blemishes upon his being, save for a very peculiar scar upon the left-hand base of his neck which is shaped like a hook, which he usually keeps hidden under his clothes. His hair is short-cut, almost jaw-length, and light green in color, while his eyes are a bright, golden yellow in color. Some have even said that they look like that of a snake's, but they are still perfectly normal.
Civilian Clothes: Hiretsu's usual outfits when out in public can vary from time to time, as he truly takes 'blending in' very seriously, and will often dress in just whatever he feels like. A few staples to his outfits, however, is that he almost always has skin-tight jeans, in varying colors, and some even having snake motifs down the legs. Another one is that he loves having a black choker around his neck, with a ornamental snake-shaped tag hanging from the front.
Villain Outfit: For his Villain outfit, Hiretsu dons a whole lot more serious threads, which involves a black trench coat with large gold clips hanging from the collar, with a white shirt and black vest underneath, black pants, and brown shoes. He also has a black hat that he usually wears in a manner which covers his eyes, only occasionally letting them be visible. Thanks to his affiliation with Team Confidence as well, Hiretsu has been gifted a whole lot of technological gadgets to use at his own disposal. These include ear-pieces, special phones with signal jammers that makes tracking them near-impossible, microscopic remote cameras, and more. For weapons, he has a pair of hand-guns concealed within his trench coat, a pair of curved butterfly knives hidden within his belt, as well as a long chain that's usually wrapped around his waist.
"You know, I might not look the part... but trust me. I can be a REAL monster..."
Personality
Bad Habits:
Overly Talkative
Hiretsu is a rather chatty individual, and it can be quite a detriment to him sometimes, even if he does know how to control himself most of the time. Sometimes he'll even lose check on his verbal filter and reveal something important, but he is quick to back-pedal and dismiss it as nothing important.
Passive-Aggressive
One who scorns Hiretsu will be fully aware if they have invoked his ire for them. He'll be constantly on-and-off with his aggression towards such individual, and flip-flop in between friendly chatter and serious threats with people, almost as if he is toying with them.
Goal: To expose how the society of Heroes is nothing but a big elaborate joke, and to make people realize just how foolish they are for thrusting Heroes up on pedestals like trophies to show off to the world.
General Personality: Most of the times, it is extremely hard to read Hiretsu's true personality based on his exterior. One moment, he might be in for a friendly chat and appear almost suave and elegant with the mannerisms of a gentleman. And the other moment, he will be going into great, disturbing details of how he'd wish to humiliate and terrorize you. There is something wrong in Hiretsu's head, but he'd merely counter-argue with the question of who truly is 'sane' in today's society. He is both socially normal and outgoing, but also introverted with violent tendencies. Open like a book, yet closed up with a lock and key. He does his best to keep his enemies double-guessing on his true agenda, and to keep his allies TRIPLE-guessing.
Despite his enigmatic and confusing fluctuations, however, he does remain loyal to those he deems worthy of lending his cause. Team Confidence is so far the only people he has truly begun to 'trust' entirely, as he feels that they truly understand the world the way he sees it; a realm full of chaos, anarchy, and survival of the fittest. He views anyone who believes in 'order' and 'Heroes' as being nothing but nihilistic fools who place their vague hopes on false idols, which he has multiple times expressed a desire to 'sweep off the table and smash into the floor'.

History:
Hiretsu is the type of person where you could seriously argue about the idea of people being 'born inherently evil'. Not that he was downright evil and despicable straight out of the crib. Far from it; he was the ideal child for his mom and dad when he was born, and all through his childhood he was a remarkably humble and shy child, and even when discovering his Quirk at a young age, he was not nearly as outgoing and showing off with it as his classmates. He'd prefer to just focus on his own life and studies as he grew up, sheltering himself away from the bustling crowds, yet keeping an open eye and ear on the world around him. His parents saw nothing wrong with this, but unfortunately, as the years grew onto Hiretsu, he began to show signs of not being the most... acceptable person.
He began to receive multiple negative reports from his class-heads, reported as displaying a severe lack of respect for superiors and their ways of teaching, and being incredibly violent towards those who rejected or disagreed with his ideas. It ultimately lead to him being expelled from the school he went to, and when he finally was confronted by his parents on why he had done so, Hiretsu spoke with honesty, and said that he fundamentally disagreed with the fact that his teachers and superiors were glorifying the Hero Society at large, and how they'd straight up ignore the flaws of certain Heroes, and not recognizing the detriment of such individuals having the amount of immunity and acceptance that they do. For this, of course, he earned nothing but the scorn of his parents as well, to the point where he was being kicked out of his home at age 18.
After that, Hiretsu managed to get by with whatever he could steal away for himself, whilst squatting in various apartments, all whilst being more and more exposed to the Hero Society that he loathed and wanted to criticize. But over time, that desire to just deliver critique grew into something a lot more malicious... he wanted to rip Heroes off of their pedestals, and throw them into the dirt where they belonged. And so he began to utilize his Quirk to spread chaos and havoc wherever he could, just being as much of a nuisance to the world as he could. He would eventually catch the attention of some rather interesting people, and would be taken in to meet with Team Confidence, being made aware of their ideals and plans for Japan, and Hero Society altogether. And needless to say, Hiretsu was onboard with it all, if only for the fact that it'd further his own desires.
Quirk
Name: Serpent Form
Quirk Type: Emitter
Power: The Quirk of Serpent Form allows Hiretsu to turn inanimate object into snakes that'll lash out and move on his command. This Quirk can be used on any sort of inanimate object to transmogrify it to a snake made of the same material and components, such as turning a broom or mop into a snake made out of wood with a tassel-like tail-tip. The rigidity of the material does not matter, as the snake will still have the same amount of flexibility in its body regardless of the material it is made out of. If the object is relatively small, Hiretsu can use his Quirk to allow the object to grow large enough to qualify as a snake, such as turning a small battery into an average-sized, electrified snake. HIretsu can also create snakes from inorganic, flat surfaces as well, albeit with the caveat of that the snakes will be bound to said surface, and if they're severed from it, they'll turn inanimate and shatter.
Supermoves:
Drawbacks: The main drawback with Serpent Form is that it cannot form snakes from anything that is organic, and can only be used on inorganic and inanimate objects. Furthermore, there is an invisible 'parameter' originating from Hiretsu in which the snakes he creates are able to exist. If he moves far away enough from his snakes, or if the snakes exit this perimeter, they'll turn inanimate once more, and Hiretsu has to touch them again to reanimate them. The parameter extends from Hiretsu himself and reaches up to 30 feet in any direction from his being.
Fighting Style: Hiretsu is a mixture of a close and mid-ranged fighter, utilizing his knives and Quirk whenever he can to get a jab in on his opponent, or to distract them with a swarm of his snakes so he can get a killing blow in. When at mid-range, he'll usually use his handguns, or utilize his Quirk with the chain around his waist to make a 'chain-snake' that he'll lash out and attack with.
