Appearance
Physical Appearance
Kenji is about what you'd expect of a teenage hero prospect. He stands at around average height for a growing boy at 5'5'' with a decently athletic build, though his features are still largely immature. His most defining visual trait is his crimson hair, which is bushy and full of character just like himself. His brown eyes are often full of wonder and awe... At himself, of course. He often struts around with an excessively confident stance, or striking poses when he's feeling particularly dramatic.
Civilian Clothes
Kenji favors wearing attire that makes him look cool, or at least what a teenage boy would see as cool. He often is seen with partially torn jeans, a jacket, and a T-shirt or tank top, and favors wearing black or red clothing. He often also likes to wear fingerless gloves and either sports shoes or hiking boots. He is always seen with an expensive-looking watch on his wrist, a memento from his late father.
Hero Outfit
Kenji is perfectly willing to fight in the exact same attire as his civilian wear, though if he knows for certain he's going into a fight he'll dress lightly and in clothes he doesn't mind getting damaged.
Personality
Bad Habits
Kenji's bad habits are extensive and frequently come up throughout most of his interactions with other people. In fact his bad habits make up the bulk of his behaviour, such that most people would never even bother to look for any depth to him beyond the caricature he appears to be. He is a vain, egocentric idiot who cares most about what makes him look cool over anything else. His delusions of grandeur run very deep, such that he is unwilling to accept he could ever lose if not for his opponent being lucky or older or some other extenuating circumstance causing the defeat. He is loud and lacking in subtlety, and he tends to speak primarily in the form of terrible one-liners that are way cooler in his head than when they are said aloud. He is impulsive and careless, eagerly jumping into the fray and easily being goaded by others. Finally most of these flaws stem from his stunning lack of self awareness and tenuous grasp on the reality of life. He is fundamentally still a child in mindset and has largely experienced the world through a lens of fictional comics and action flicks, which has heavily warped his worldview.
Goal
"I'm going to become the number one hero! Not just of today, the number one hero of all time!"
General Personality
However flawed he may be however, no person is ever exactly the way they seem. Having grown up without a father figure, he modeled himself after the things people told him about who his father was. He sees his father as some mythical amazing hero of legend and wants to be exactly the same, but doesn't quite understand the spiritual core of what makes a hero a hero. His excessive confidence is borne of a tenuous sense of self worth and lack of identity, so he overcompensates with bravado and obsession. However he isn't all bad; most of his flaws stem from his naivety rather than from malice, and in fact he does have a fundamentally good heart when he isn't lost in his own world. He also loves to see how cool other people can be and will gladly hype up those around him. He is also completely honest, wearing his heart on his sleeve, for better or worse. While he can be lazy when it comes to doing 'uncool' things, when his heart is set on something he will push forward toward it no matter how much effort or struggle it takes. Fundamentally he just wants to prove himself and follow in his father's footsteps.
Personal Life
Mother
Junko Moriyama
(Alive; Quirkless)
Office secretary/assistant, generally unremarkable but diligent. A bit of a workaholic.
Father
Hiroto "The Wall" Moriyama
(Deceased; Will To Power, same as Kenji's quirk)
Well-known former hero who died in the line of duty. His legacy has caused the burden of expectations to weigh heavily on Kenji.
Siblings
Kenji's father passed while he was very young and his mother never remarried, so he's an only child.
Extended Family
Several members of Kenji's family on his father's side have been heroes or emergency workers of some kind. None of them were ever as well-known as Kenji's father though.

Power
At its most fundamental level, Will To Power is a quirk that converts mental fortitude into physical fortitude. More specifically it boosts the user's strength and resilience based on their mental state, especially in regards to things like self-discipline, emotional stability, confidence, and of course willpower. The more strong the user's sense of self and mental assuredness, the more power this quirk grants. The upper limit on the power this quirk can potentially grant is very high, with Kenji's father pulling off incredible feats of strength and endurance while he was alive. However truly unlocking this quirk's potential requires extensive personal development and maturity to accomplish.
Supermoves
"Every move's a supermove if you give it a cool name!"
Drawbacks
Because Will To Power is intrinsically tied to the user's mental state it means that if its wielder's confidence or emotions falter, their strength falters with it. In extreme cases where the wielder is overcome with exhaustion and hopelessness the quirk can even have an inverse effect, making the user weaker than if they didn't have a quirk at all. This makes the wielder especially vulnerable to manipulative opponents or unfair situations that can cause their spirit to be broken, rendering them almost helpless. Moreover as the quirk's power wanes it can cause feelings of hopelessness to get worse, which in turn makes the user even weaker, leading to a negative feedback loop that can result in them effectively defeating themselves.
Due to his immaturity and inexperience, Kenji has only unlocked a fraction of this quirk's capabilities. He primarily fuels it with his delusions of grandeur and brash overconfidence, which suffices to give him a decent strength boost. However this power source is fleeting, and should his house of cards crumble he will be left powerless, needing to replace it with a more potent source of mental strength like discipline and mindfulness, ideally with the help of good mentors.
Fighting Style
Kenji's fighting style is a crude facsimile of what one would expect to see from a martial artist in an action flick. He constantly tries to do flashy punches and kicks and generally favors style over function. Unfortunately his lack of experience also means his attacks are extremely crude and slow, making him quite easy to juke out and dodge, especially when he's trying to be fancy. He also has a bad habit of yelling out names for his attacks as he makes them, turning already slow attacks into completely predictable ones. However in the unlikely event his clumsy attacks do land, he can hit quite hard due to the superstrength afforded by his quirk.
