"And contrary to popular belief-- I am NOT shrimpy!"
General Information
Name: Kawasu Kamako
Identity: Fighter Shrimp
Gender: Male
Age: 31
Date of Birth: August 20th
Place of Origin: Tokyo, Japan
Occupation: Pro-Hero
Faction: Pro-Heroes (Number 15)
Appearance
Visual Appearance:
Physical Appearance: Kawasu in-general is a rather average-looking 5'9 man, with slightly tanned skin, red short hair and teal eyes, but one aspect of him that's unique due to his Quirk are his arms, which are made of chitinous exo-skeletal plates of armor, mainly covering his lower arms and fists.
Civilian Clothes: When he's not wearing his superhero costume, Kawasu usually relies on a lot more casual wear, such as t-shirts or tank-tops, usually with very technicolor motifs, as well as baggy jeans. He takes the 'casual' look very seriously.
Hero Outfit: When he needs to change into his Fighter Shrimp outfit, however, his clothing consists of a full-body suit that is made out of malleable carbon fibers, completely colored in a dark-cyan tone, along with white armor pieces over his chest, neck and shoulders. This bodysuit is additionally covered up by a white/cyan coat and white pants. He also has a few more pieces of tech on him that are a bit more visible, such as his 'Shrimp Mandible Earpiece & Microphone', which allows him to communicate with anyone wielding a specific receptor for his unique earpiece, as well as his 'Shrimp Optic Enhancer', which is an eyepiece that he uses to cover one of his eyes, and allows him to see in infrared and ultraviolet, and is able to zoom in with a 5x scope capacity. He's also equipped with a pair of armored boots with small jet boosters on their soles, and while they're not capable of granting him flight, he's able to make quick, repositioning dashes with them.
Personality
Bad Habits:
Overconfident
Kawasu has a bit of a confidence issue. Not so much lacking it as it is having too much of it! He really likes to view himself as a great, invincible hero, but often forgets his own limitations, and the limits of his Quirk, just for the chance to appear as the invulnerable symbol of justice!
Brash & Stubborn
Sometimes, Kawasu truly doesn't know when to shut his mouth, and can come off as rude and brash when talking about someone, or something, that annoys him. He is not mincing words when it comes to such topics. He is also quite stubborn on how he feels and what he thinks, too, meaning that changing his mind on something is rather difficult.
Goal: To be a great symbol of justice and keep the streets of Japan free of crime!
General Personality:
In general, Kawasu can be a very easy-going and 'casual' hero when he is not on duty, and will more than often decide he has time to stop up for autographs or photos, as most Pro-Heroes enjoy to do. He is fun-loving as well, and usually keeps himself up to any and all hot trends across Japan, for both kids and young adults alike, which has landed him quite a lot of criticism from some Pro-Heroes that he is 'childish', but he does not mind such comments being thrown his way. If anything, it just makes him proud to hear that his inner child is shining through.
More than anything, however, he was raised with the belief that 'heroes are invincible', and he follows that motto to a T, always acting like he has nothing to lose. It often results in him getting over-confident, and needing to visit the nearest Hero Infirmary quite often, but he does not care. For whilst a lot of people and other heroes thinks he means 'invincible' as in 'incapable of receiving damage', that is not what Kawasu means at all. To him, being 'invincible' means that you leave such a lasting imprint on the people around you, be it with your raw power or your strong morals and sense of justice, that you'll never be forgotten.

History:
As with many upcoming heroes in the world, Kawasu's childhood was rather uneventful until the day that he awakened his Quirk, that being his super-powered shrimp arms. It was quickly discovered that he had trouble controlling his powers, so whilst his parents waited for him to become old enough that he'd be able to attend U.A High, they were very supportive of his growth and development, and to minimize the risk of him injuring people with his rather volatile Quirk, they began to home-school him as best they could. Even with very limited income on both their parts, his parents made due with what they had, especially his mother. As they home-schooled him, he ended up looking up to a lot of the current Pro-Heroes, most of all Mindstorm. He was a near-deific figure to him, and as if to encourage him and his determination to be a hero, his mother would speak of Mindstorm quite highly, telling Kawasu that he was truly an 'invincible' hero. That no matter what happened to him, as long as people remembered him, he'd never be truly 'dead'.
This sky-rocketed Kawasu's desire to become a Pro-Hero like Mindstorm, and once he was of age, he'd be set into U.A High, and even managed to get in! His studies were a bit challenging, especially when it came to controlling his over-enthusiastic usage of his Quirk, more than often resulting in him having to seek emergency treatment and cooling of his arms, but he always gave it his all, pushing himself beyond just like the motto of his school. To have Mindstorm as a teacher also fueled his motivations even further, and finally, once he'd graduate and become a Pro-Hero for real, he set out into the world to show that his determination and outlook on the hero life would be immortalized, just like Mindstorm's own heroic deeds are now, even one year after his passing!
Quirk
Name: Shrimp Arms
Quirk Type: Mutant
Power: The Shrimp Arms Quirk has given Kawasu a pair of exo-armored arms that works the same way as those of a mantis shrimp; the exo-skeletal armor on them makes them highly durable and able to resist all the punishment that Kawasu is able to dish out with them. Furthermore, Kawasu's arms are literally like industrial-level springs and allows him to throw punches faster than the eye can perceive. One punch from Kawasu is 3 times faster, and carries 3 times more momentum and 9 times more energy than a punch from a peak-condition boxer. If he exerts all of his might at once, Kawasu has stated that he's able to throw 125 punches in the span of one regular punch, but that taxes him greatly, naturally. Some other qualities of his punches is the fact that, due to how fast and sudden they are, they're able to cause such immense friction in the air that they are capable of launching "shockwaves" of super-heated air, so even if an attack misses a direct hit, his target could still be hit by one of these shockwaves.
Supermoves:
Shrimp Killer Fists: The main string of Kawasu's techniques are known as his "Shrimp Killer Fists", which is just a general term for most of his attacks.
Kiloton Punch: Kawasu punches an opponent several times over in the span of one punch, usually in the form of several body-shots against the opponent's torso. He has different 'levels' of his Kiloton Fist technique, ranging from 10, 20, even all the way up to 125 Kiloton, which represents how many punches he throws in the span of one.
Blasting Punch: Kawasu makes his fists and lower arms vibrate with stored-up kinetic force, and when he launches his fist, it'll cause such friction to the air around him that he'll be able to 'launch' a super-heated shockwave of air out of the force of his punch. The shockwave is quite large, and can hit hard and at temperatures reaching around thousands of Kelvins in a mere instant. However, this level of heat is only present for an extremely brief amount of time, meaning that it cannot do any extensive amount of burning damage. It might singe skin and clothes, but not actually burn anything. This technique can be used in conjunction with his Kiloton Punch technique as well, allowing him to essentially rapid fire these shockwaves at a greater rate, but with less area coverage.
Flashbang Punch: Kawasu utilizes one of his super-sonic punches to induce an instance of sonoluminescence by bursting pockets of moisture in the air around him with his fists, resulting in a 'flashbang' effect which is aimed to blind his opponents.</ul>
Demon Poke: More treated as a 'gag' technique than an actual move, it is still something that Kawasu can utilize to his advantage. Utilizing his rapid-punching arms, Kawasu is able to deliver rapid-fire pokes with his index finger, with each poke of his finger being strong and fast enough to act as a .22 caliber bullet in terms of penetration force and damage.
Finger Bullet: Even down to his fingers, Kawasu can be a deadly fighter. By flicking his fingers with immense force and speed, Kawasu is able to fire off 'bullets' of compressed air, and he is capable of doing this in rapid succession.
Drawbacks: With all of this punching power and speed in his arms, Kawasu's Quirk still has one big glaring weakness; and that is the fact that the more he utilizes his Quirk over long, extended periods of time, the more damage he will cause to himself in the process by essentially 'overheating' his arms. And just like a crustacean that gets cooked in boiling water, if Kawasu overheats his arms to a certain extent, they'll not only turn pinkish red in color, but they'll also turn stiff and firm, rendering them useless. And this also makes them all the more brittle, and likely to receive fatal damage.
Fighting Style: Combining his Quirk with his hi-tech armor and equipment, Kawasu is the near-epitome of a close-range brawler, dashing about the battlefield with his jet-powered boots, and doing his best to confuse and throw the enemy off-balance first, before delivering devastating combo attacks from his powerful punches.
