Physical Appearance
Kirishima has a lithe, thin built that stands on about 5'7 in height, and whilst his actual body is usually covered up, should one reveal his skin they'd find that he has velvet-smooth, dark grey skin. His most distinguishing feature, however, is the fact that his whole head is that of a flat-screen T.V with a grey screen, and a face consisting of a maw filled with teal-glowing teeth and bright red eyes with black circles around his teal irises. Somehow, his mouth is still able to interact with real-life objects, even if it's just a projection on a screen. The top of his screen also has an antenna in the form of a black top hat with two wonky antennae on top of it, and the hat having a wi-fi symbol on the front of it.
Civilian Clothes
Kirishima takes the casual look to a T, as he will usually be seen lounging around in basic clothes like t-shirts or unbuttoned coats, all of which are usually white or light grey in color, along with whatever pair of pants happen to be near him at any given time.
Villain Outfit
His usual villain outfit is pretty stylish and villainous, as he just says that it'll give him "credibility" for whenever he's on screen. It consists of a full-on suit with black pants, shoes, and a black-and-grey striped coat with a dark teal inside and red trims. Around his neck is a white collar topped with a red bowtie, and the bottom half of his collar looks like an upside-down turned wi-fi symbol. While doing his Villain work he is also armed with a simple handgun.
Personality
Bad Habits
Egotistic - Kirishima has been treated as a golden child since his birth, so naturally it has come with a rather large sense of ego that followed him into adulthood. He considers himself the epicenter of all "real" media, and that everything else is just lies and propaganda to bring down the "little man" of society. But ultimately, all Kirishima truly cares about is his own status and fame, not wishing to trade it for anything in the world.
Goal
To get his "biggest scoop yet", and to bring chaos to society in Japan.
General Personality
Kirishima's personality, even at first glance, is extremely unlikeable. He is vile and crude with seemingly no verbal filter, always speaking his mind about whatever the topic of discussion is, no matter if it hurts or insults someone. He does it to prove his point that the world needs to be more "real" and to be less "censored". This also means he'll drop the F-Bomb quite a lot and use swears like a drunken sailor, always cussing up a storm when he speaks. He's also very prideful of what he does, not even realizing that his work is extremely biased and often corrupted in their messages. Any slight towards him or his work will be met with hostility and threats, but since he is not too suited for physical combat he'll usually try and shoehorn in another more capable member of Team Confidence to back him up.
Deep down, though, past all of the showmanship and pride and egotistical spewing... he is a very jealous man. And that jealousy is directed at none other than his older brother, Terebi, who despite not being the favored child of the family, has managed to gain so much more notoriety, fame, and love from the population of Japan. He hates the fact that Terebi is so much more loved than him, when he in his own opinion is trying to spread the "truth" of the world, that society is just mired in fawning over heroes when they cause just as much trouble as the villains do, and that heroes do mistakes too. But he was shoved aside in favor of Terebi, and he seeks to prove his brother wrong in any way possible.

History
In a family where media means everything, it's no surprise that Kirishima would turn out to be a bit of a golden child with how he quickly got interested and attached to it when he first showed signs of developing his Quirk, and showed great potential in becoming something great when growing up. He aced many of his tests in class due to how dedicated he was to become better, and his family unfortunately ended up spoiling him for his efforts and successes a bit too much. Kirishima soon feel like he was entitled to all of the praise and wonder he was surrounded by, but there was always one person he could never seem to woo; his older brother, Terebi. For Terebi could clearly see what was going on underneath all of that desire to "impress his family" and "make his family proud". The older brother could sense that that was not Kirishima's intent. It was all going to his head, and their parents enabled him at every turn.
They had a bit of a confrontation when Terebi finally could not handle it all, and decided to leave his family behind. Kirishima, not quite being in the understanding of their parents' fatal error in his uprising (or perhaps completely ignoring it in favor of all the praise he got out of it), confronted Terebi on the day when he was about to leave, to sneak out in the night and never return. Kirishima accused Terebi of being "unfaithful" to their family, and demanded that he'd get right back inside and stop being so immature. But Terebi lashed out at his younger brother, berating him for all the selfish behavior he had exhibited, and how all of the praise and worship he got from their parents was getting to his head, and he had become egotistical. He only asked of Kirishima to please consider how his opinions and thoughts could be dangerous in the world at large, but his younger brother had none of it, and only told Terebi to just leave if he was going to be "so difficult". And so, they separated on bad terms, and Kirishima was resentful of his brother ever since.
Although, as Kirishima grew up, and became more and more involved in the world of mass media, his brother's predictions came true; his egotistical views on the world, that it was all just focused on the popularity of heroes and only showed the good that they did, got to him bad. He worked for a good amount of time as a news anchor for the Musutafu Global News channel, and his career did seem to be shifting upwards... that is, until his complete tonal shift happened, and he began to speak more and more about his personal opinions on screen, and he was eventually fired from his job when covering the news about the death of Mindstorm, speaking up and saying it was a "perfect example of the uselessness of heroes". But not too long after that, he was picked up by a team known as "Team Confidence"... with the promise of getting his biggest scoop on Hero Society yet!
Quirk
Name
Live Wire
Quirk Type
Emitter
Power
Kirishima's Quirk Live Wire is an emitter-type that allows him to send out electronic signals via the hat-shaped antennae on top of his T.V screen head, either as harmless and invisible electric impulses akin to a remote controller, or visible arcs of electricity for self-defense and offense. His main usage of his quirk is usually to just send out signals, however. With these electronic signals, Kirishima is able to remotely control anything that runs on electricity in a wide radius around himself, which ranges from anything like electronic cables and wires, to basic machinery and utensils powered by electricity. He mainly utilizes his quirk on electronic devices related to T.V and cameras, to remotely and hands-free operate them for his newscast recordings, but can utilize them on, as previously mentioned, almost ANYTHING powered by electricity.
Supermoves
N/A
Drawbacks
Live Wire has a limited range of effectiveness around Kirishima, unable to reach objects that are more than 20 feet away from him in any direction, and it can also not affect things that have a type of hybrid fuel system (for example, he cannot control a hybrid-fuel car even if it half-runs on electricity). There is also a scale-limit to the things he can control, as he cannot control machinery that is too large for him to influence. The largest thing he'd be able to control is a vehicle the size of a golf cart.
Fighting Style
He usually does not fight at all, preferring to stay in the backrows and act as his usual news anchor self, or even as a sort of "hype man" for the big guns fighting in his place. But Kirishima is no pushover when he is cornered, and will use his quirk to any kind of advantage he can get, or just simply use its more raw form to electrocute his opponents.
