Clothing/Misc. Items: Suo generally just wears her shinigami robes, with not much variation besides her Shihakusho being a bit more form fitting and preferring a small heel over flat sandals.

Goals: She wants to maintain peace at all cost, but this want for peace is usually implemented with her own firm and dominating hand of justice. She wants to become Captain and eventually supersede the Captain Commander position.
General Personality: For someone who once was a registered hot head and certified troublemaker, Suo has dramatically cooled down into a lazy and peace loving individual. While peace might be what she wants, her way of going about things is generally anything but peaceful. Minor annoyances that her captain would let slide Suo nips in the bud then and there. She tries to put on airs of being highly mature when she is naturally a playful woman. She loves good healthy banter, flirting and even a prank or two. This is present with Captain Kyoraku, and even more apparent with a certain childhood friend. She lets her comrades do the heft of the paper work, while she prefers meditating and perfecting her abilities. She knows she has a long way to go but wants to eventually become greater than Yamamoto himself.

History:
As a young soul in the rukongai, Suo was from a poorer district. Without a place to call home and little to no resources, she'd travel as a pickpocket in order to make ends meet for herself. The girl would come across a boy who was painting in the field. It was a odd thing for a boy her age to do, at least from her background. "Shouldn't he be stealing bread and fighting other boys? What a weirdo.... I'll show him!" On her own mark, she'd sprint passed the boy with astonishing speed. This might have been the beginning stages of hoho, but who could tell for such an undeveloped talent. "ART THEIF!" Was all she could hear, before she ducked into the crowd and slid into a back alley. She'd only see him on a few occasions after that and each time he'd chase her, asking about the painting. As the closest memory to a idea she could call home, she'd kept it and treasured it as a token of their youth. For her this mystery boy was her first crush and first friend.
A few years passed, and the girl managed to insert herself into Shin'o Academy. By teachers she was regarded as a golden rookie, because of her dazzling gold, reiryoku color and her rough background. It took an incredibly long time for her to properly assimilate, but it was a familiar face that helped ease her in somewhat. Art boy, or well Rikimaru Takahiro, a face she remembered and couldn't stand the sight of once they reunited, because he AGAIN asked about the stupid painting.
"Nope don't remember you at all..." She’d reply, hiding her blushing cheeks behind her hair. The boy stomped off, but she was actually pretty happy to see him. They'd meet again in class, repeatedly trying to one up each other. He fueled her in ways that her teachers couldn't. It seemed like Suo had the upper hand at first in terms of raw talent, but the boy was more polished being able to get through classes with ease while she struggled to keep herself in check. The classes weren't particularly hard but she'd end up roadblocking herself because of her own temper and conduct. The worst offense was sending another student to the infirmary during a demonstration. She was only supposed to display her ability to use Kido spells, not go all out and out right injure someone. As time went, it just seemed like her rival was getting further and further out of reach.
"In fact, I bet I can become captain before you."
"Well, you'll have to answer to me as the Captain Commander, because I would have been there done that." Because of her demerits, Suo's words seemed to have less and less impact. It had seemed as though, she retreated from embarrassment, but the girl actually would take extra classes and tutoring in order to accelerate her progress. As history repeated itself, the student's inability to conform to class rules often held her back from many opportunities, even graduating early. Just barely making it with the rest of her class, she found herself placed in the Gotei 13's first division under the direction of the Captain Commander himself. It was an honor, but the young warrior found herself scolded by Lietenant Sasakibe on a daily basis. "Warriors should act with poise and dignity," He'd say. The woman met him with quite a bit of resistance, before finally ironing out a few kinks. As she finally calmed down, and developed a Shikai from her asuachi blade, she'd been promoted to 4th seat, behind 3rd seat Genshiro Okikaba.
This was great achievement she could rub in Taka's face, yes, but Suo wanted to advance even further. With this newly acquired Shikai, many of her squad mates found her to be a hinderance on the battlefield since she couldn't control her own power. It was a tough pill to swallow but, Suo couldn't help but agree. With great humility Suo decided to step away from her squad and dedicate a period solely on her own training. Before her departure from her beloved 1st, she'd ask Yamamoto and Sasakibe for one on one instruction and even duels. In almost all their duels, she'd repeatedly lose but the knowledge gained was well worth the beatings. When the time came for a transfer, she in turn denied all offers and decided yet again to take the time out to study and hone her skills. Day in and day out, she'd trained. Some days were filled with calisthenics while others were purely meditational, focusing on the mind and spirit. The shinigami came to understand that understanding a zanpakuto wasn't only understanding her sword and it's abilities but understanding herself as well. This period lasted well over 5 years and many people thought she has retired. However, upon request for review, higher ups decided on placing her within the 8th division with Kyoraku and Nanao as their 3rd seat. With this promotion, Suo was getting even closer to the coveted captain position.

Zanpakuto: Hanshin Furiko
A longer than normal butcher knife, wrapped in cloth many times over. It rest horizontally along the shinigami's lower back. The blade is ridiculously sharp, and hard to maintain. It is as if the weapon craves love and attention from it's wielder. This weapon was one of the first few zanpakuto created, and is like winning the lottery in some peoples' opinion. Rumor had it that those wielding it can reach Bankai as soon as they reach Shikai, especially if you worship it. Suo believes the sword to be cursed, and distastefully designed as this rumor was completely false. The weapon is hard to handle and even harder to get along with.

when they argue, Furiko is decides on hiding his true form and dwarfing his Shinigami weilder's potential. This wrapped form has been dubbed Yurayura by Suo.
Furiko's true form
The legendary weapon Furiko seems to hold a celestial being. A golden halo rotating as a representation of the minutes' hand, hosts many opaque eyeballs that seem to match the rotation of the 'seconds' hand. Lastly a thin white, halo rotates with the speed of a milliseconds hand. Getting dizzy is quite easy if one stares at his winding "face" for too long. With 3 sets of wings, the rest of his body is actually somewhat normal, besides the stark white skin. The celestial is handsomely dressed at all times, and flashes beautiful gold jewelry to match his rich and heavenly aesthetic.
Furiko's world is a deep blue sky with puffy white cloud. The sun sits on the east, and the moon sits in the west. There seems to be an invisible ceiling as well as an invisible floor, creating a façade of a wide open space. Fishing and Whales somehow inhabit this space, and swim around freely. Furiko presents himself as a god of sorts, and tends to treat his owners well just so long as they constantly praise him. Suo think's Furiko has to prove himself as a true weapon, and this is where the drama ensues.

Beware of Yurayura (Beware of a slow swing): Due to their toxic relationship, Suo calls Furiko by the wrong name. In return, the zanpakuto spirit answers with a denied transformation. The only thing of use is an ability called Sovereignty and even that is dwarfed. The sealed blade will glow a brilliant gold and unleashing a powerful sword swing before returning back to normal. The longer and slower Suo takes to attack an enemy, the more time she can spend adding to Sovereignty's power.
Evolve through time, blade which penetrates the hour glass... cutting through the sands of time, oh heavenly, Furiko Hanshin (demi-god pendulum) or in short "Evolve through time, Hanshin Furiko"

upon true release, The asuachi blade will shatter, obscuring view of the weapon as it transforms. It's shards and fragments pull together creating a new, much smaller form. A unique pendulum appears with a nice heavy, two-foot blade where the bob should be. The chain is roughly 5 meters long and seems to extend to 10 meters when she implements a bit more reiatsu. This hypnotic blade seems to attract the eyes of many, trapping them in an illusion that presents a false sense of timing. One can easily look the other way, but looking away from an enemy is never a good idea. With a strong will one can reprioritize focus, inflict pain on themselves or produce reiatsu greater than the illusion to snap out of the daze. It effects only seem like a pester at first but this memorizing weapon becomes more deadly and effective the longer and more frequently one see's it's illusions.
Inertia Break - With a soft glow, Suo initiates a dazzling illusion swinging her weapon in varying patterns. As she swings the pendulum, the blade will seemingly stop unable complete it's swing, or even continue through space for that matter. For a moment, the Suo will appear to be still as if time for her has completely stopped. It is at this moment she will attempt to strike or flee.
Isolated Flux- This illusionary technique only is possible if Suo or her pendulum strikes her opponents. This makes the opponent think they are the one's who have settled into a still state. This isn't true at all, and it's not true that time has slowed down either. Mixing this into combat, Suo can make a stab, cut or even make the crossing of blades feel like minutes have gone by when it's only been a few seconds. This makes every blow dealt seem 10x more agonizing as the victim must mentally endure the pain for much longer than reality presents. The more frequent a person gets hit the longer these interaction seem to last in their head.
Suspenseful Sovereignty - When initiated the blade of Furiko will be coated in a golden light, expanding in size and destructive power. This seems to be an extraordinarily speedy attack at first, but can be drastically slowed based on the amount of reiatsu pumped into it. While this can be just a swift empowered strike, it's true power lies within how much longer it takes to reach an enemy. Usually Suo does this just before impact as a surprise, amplifying the attack with more and more reiatsu within this suspenseful moment. As reiatsu slows the attack down, these three factors rapidly grow and impose a slow impending doom on her foe. She can effectively couple Inertia Break and Isolated Flux with this technique to provide a sinister shock and awe for foes.
