Background:
"Ugh, where did things start going downhill? I dunno. I just try to do what I want, but things never seem to work in my favor.
Hmmmm, I guess school was going okay. I'm not all that great with attendance though, I skip a lot. Like a loooooot, hahaha! It got so bad that they sent a police officer to my house to look for me. Something about being truant I didn't even know that was a thing. My dad starting getting on my case, even though he always know I'm with family. They were teaching me a valuable lesson about why it's important to pay your debts. It didn't matter to him though. My uncles always called Pops a softy, I think I was starting to get what they meant.
After seeing someone called an Accountant, I had to get trained on how to use my powers. It's not like I ditched school for no reason. So my upcoming sophomore year I really had to finesse. I had a few cool teachers, that marked me present, but it was damn science teacher who got me kicked out. All I did was defend myself against these girls who tried to jump me. Well granted the all went to the hospital, but I'm supposed to get beaten up by those petty bitches? No way! I might have used my powers... and I miiiiight have pointed my knife at the teacher. And I GUESS, the fight was over me shorting them on a buy. Maybe it was my faul- Ya know what, let's switch the subject, yeah?
Okay, Okay,Okay... What happened next was kind of weird. My dad said I'd never be accepted into any other schools, so it would be a good idea to figure out how to make money. The thing is I've been making money ever since middle school. My whole supply was in these shoes boxes under my bed... Aaaargh, I don't know why he was in my room! The man finds my stash, and then wants to act all surprised. I was more surprised than he was!!! When he asked me why, all I could say was "I thought you were a Fanahashi like the rest of us!" Then he goes on this long ass rant about how he wanted my life to be different and that he wishes I was more normal.
Then he goes, "Oh well if you can't follow my rules or the laws, then I'd love to see you try and make it out of in the real world!" Of course, I say "Fine I will!" Then he shoves me out and slams the door in my face. Can you believe it?

Petty theft and drug dealing can't make for a comfortable life. I'm sure you are tired of barely scraping by in a vast place like buster city. I bet you still haven't even gotten a place to live."
"How'd you kno-" Before Kurogane could finish, her grandfather continued.
"At any rate, I'll supply you with a place to stay. I'm leaving making ends meet entirely up to you. Don't make me kick my own granddaughter to the curb. You know well enough, our debt collectors are some of the best in the business. "
"I was already on a curb for 2 years, were you not listening." She grumbled under her breath. She couldn't complain too much, he was doing her an amazing favor.
"Ah yes, I almost forgot. This is Nero. He will report directly to us about your successes and failures. He'll also serves as your job board, if you can't find your own work." The old man tossed a tiny black cat at the girl. Kurogano caught the strange "cat," and looked at him with confusion. "You're an adult now. So take this as an official welcome, as an active associate of the Fanahashi Platform."

Description: Fanny is a pretty young lady, standing about 5' even, and weighing in at about 115lbs. With hazel eyes, long lashes and flawless skin, she wows most people with her looks. Her proportions are on the smaller side as she boasts a fit physique, poised for running from the cops. Hmmm, maybe that part should've been left out. Anyway... She is the type of person who loves fashion, and can pull just about any look off. She is covered in tattoos, but the one that gets the most attention is her dragon tattoo. People think it's just for show, but in reali- never mind.

Cellphone - Self Explanatory
Cigarettes - Yes, don't ask why. Some of them have happy green surprise stuffed into them.
Cross Body Bag - A medium sized, nude colored bag, that she keeps her goods, and weapons in.
-Bigger Pouch, She keeps a lock picking tool kit, knives, and a set of binoculars.
-Secondary pouch, usually wear she keeps her goods.
-Small pouch, a large amount of marbles.
Motorcycle with luggage attachment (For trunks, bags and suitcases) - A budget cafe bike that's easy to repair. Small, lightweight, and fast.
Nero the Neko - A scary cat that can fly and talk for some reason. Many of the smaller missions are given to Nero and relayed to Fanny.

Abilities:
Master Pickpocket - Even the slightest bump, and your watch or wallet could be missing.
Kick Boxing and Self Defense - Buster City is a wild place, ya gotta protect yourself.
Luck - Fanny has a knack for making situations inherently worse. Whether intentional or not, even mundane things can turn into drawn out escapades, and shenanigans. This streaky luck can have an upside from time to time, allowing her some nice finds and encounters.
Fanahashi Secret Art: Debt Magic
Through a payment of some kind, Fanahashi family members can gain access to a unique power. Fanny's Debt is Barrier creation and Manipulation, with a payment called "Chimney". Her payment is once or twice a day, she must smoke something in order to use her ability. Things like cigars, cigarettes, joints, blunts, hookah, etc. are all acceptable. It possible to have more than one Debt, but that would mean having more than one payment. There are "Accountants" or spell masters who teach such things.
Debt of a Barrier Queen
Fanny has the ability to create barriers to protect herself and allies. Through use of tools, she can compress, expand, and even manipulate the shape of said force field. There are simple barriers, that can easily be passed through, though it would alert Fanny. Then there are curtain barriers, that are a one sided, flat camouflage. Both Simple and Curtain barriers are sensory barriers, and have no physical power. Then there are 'heavy barrier,' which are used to block against foes, or used as platforms to step on. She uses tools to copy their shape, and manipulate her barriers with greater accuracy. All barriers except the curtain are visible through a soft pink glow.
Techniques:
"Bang" / "Barrier Rifle" - Making a finger pistol with her hand, and compressing a barrier into the shape of a thin cylinder. Through an extremely fast expansion in a single direction, she can essentially make a barrier bullet. The penetration power is great, and it's cannot be knocked off of course as it is a barrier after all. If she can line up with her target properly, it's more of a matter of stretching the cylinder from point A to point B, rather than actually shooting. In short ranges, she fires this off like a regular pistol, and on hits, she'll use it like a sniper. If she chooses to keep the barrier up after shooting, she can effectively try to pin someone in place.
"Chop Chop" / "Barrier Slash" - Compressing a large barrier to mimic the shape of her knife to be used as a broad shield, and giant saber. The barrier-saber can be adjusted for different situations, but its maximum expansion is about about 7 feet long, and 3 feet wide with enhanced sharpness.
"Boom" / "Kiddy Bombs"- A 2 step barrier, compressing a dense barrier around a marble, Fanny will chuck a marble(s) at her enemy, for it to make a strong impact, than rapidly expand into a wide spherical barrier before immediately dispelling. This creates a make-shift, bomb-like shockwave out of something as ordinary as a marble. Too many marbles in close proximity make for a more violently shockwave.
