Full Name:
What is the full name of your character? First, middle, and last, as many as apply for your character.
Codename or Alias:
What codenames, aliases, nicknames, etc. does your character go by, or that others use for them?
Anonymity
How known are you to the world at large? Do you have a secret identity, and if so, is it known? Do people know who your character is, or are you a nobody on the streets?
Gender:
Male, Female, Trans, Hermaphrodite, etc.
Race:
Human, Mutant, Alien, etc. Please be specific.
Age:
How old is your character?
Place Of Birth:
Where were you born?
Occupation/Status:
What does your character do for a living? Also, what are their current arrangements? Are they on the run from the government, do they hold an important title or position? This helps give players (and mods) an idea of their place in the world.
Alignment:
Hero, Villain, Neutral; feel free to add some labels, but these three are the ones that I'll be looking for
Factions:
What factions, if any, does your character belong to? This can include your own, or one that doesn't necessarily exist yet.
Canon Or Original?:
Is this character a canon character in Heroic Genesis, or is it a character you made up?
Powers/Abilities:
List any skills and abilities that your character has. Even if your character does not have superpowers or magic or so on, you are still expected to list your character's given skills and what they are generally capable of. Unless you're an ordinary, hapless joe, I will not expect this section to be empty.
Weapons/Items:
Does your character use or keep any weapons or items on them? Pretty broad, so don't be afraid to go nuts, so long as it makes sense.
Appearance
Image:
If possible, please use a live-action image for your character's appearance. If it is a canon, try to use an image from a TV series or film that they appeared in, or a cosplay if none exist or if you are unsatisfied with the available options. Obviously you will not be expected to use a live-action image if it is an alien or monster of some kind, but all humans/human-like characters will be expected to have an image along those lines. You are welcome to include non live-action images in your profile, though so long as you have at least one live-action image to serve as a primary appearance (for a human/human-looking character), then that is all right.
Physical Appearance:
What does your character physically look like? How tall they are, how much they weigh, hair/facial features, etc.
Clothing and Armor:
What does your character wear? This goes for the clothes they wear on a day-to-day basis as well as the armor that they may wear into battle (or all the time). You do not need to include images here, nor will they serve as substitutes for a worded description, but they are allowed as enhancements.

Bad Habits:
Does your character have any bad vices or strange mannerisms that might stand out to others?
Sexual Orientation:
Which way does your character bend, if at all?
General Personality:
What is your character like? This is one of the most important sections, so please be as detailed as you can. This helps us get an idea of how your character thinks and how they operate, particularly with any powers in mind, as well as their history.

Please write, at minimum, a couple paragraphs of your character in a scene. The scene does not need to be made into RP continuity (but it can be if you want). If you want to create a custom roleplaying thread for your RP Sample, please ask the mods first.
