Physical Appearance: Taliesin stands at about 5'11" with dark brown hair cut medium length with bangs over his forhead, a straight nose and brown eyes that sit beneath his skeptical brow. He is leanly muscled but clearly athletic in build, a dark mark sits on his collar bone as a birthmark.
Clothing: In addition to his standard wear with the pauldrons, Taliesin also has a more civilian military tunic with Epaulettes for formal occasions in similar colors that gives him a very princely vibe. When not dressed in his knightly/princely garb, he can often been seen in button ups, suit jackets and slacks along with nice boots. He'll also wear a fedora at those times instead of a knightly helm of some kind.
Personal Items: Taliesin keeps a journal with which he records notes and occasionally stories. As well as a prop sword to go with his aesthetic.

General Personality: Taliesin is a friendly, intelligent young man with a wicked sense of humor. Always ready with a tale of some kind, be it that of adventure, romance or anything, he's always got something to say. A bit of a romantic, Taliesin follows a code of chivalry that extends to pokemon and people alike. He often is of the attitude that just because someone can do something, doesn't mean they should have to. Pokemon are valued companions and friends as much as they are useful aids in adventures and fight. While talkative, Taliesin enjoys listening to a good tale as much as he does talking, and in his spare time writes poetry and other types of storytelling. People have referred to him as a Bardic Knight, both for his general aesthetic and the principles he upholds. He relates well to trainers who specialize in Dragon Types as well as those who follow similar codes of chivalry to his own.
Habits: Taliesin often ends up quoting older works of literature at the drop of a head. He also always tends to end up singing something when on his own with his pokemon companions. He loves a good cup of tea, and witty banter.
Goal: Taliesin comes to Altair to continue his training, gather further experience and stories to tell.
History: Taliesin grew up in the town of Hammerlocke, An admirer of its gym leader. When he was about 15 years old, he set out on his own journey with a Grookey he had been gifted by his parents. He trained against and went up against the different trainers, trying his hand at the Gym Challenge, and doing decently for himself though he faltered at Ballonlea's Gym. Deciding to train outside of Galar, Taliesin would go to Kalos, where he did well and made his way through the elite four but was unable to defeat it's champion. Taliesin would also travel to Unova, Sinnoh and Kanto. Before returning home, challenging his home regions gyms once more, and managing to get to the Champion Cup but losing in the first round and deciding to make his way to Altair to try and improve himself further.
