Typically, one can find him covered head to toe in oil and grease and with a few cuts and bruises from minor accidents while worker. He is also only 2 inches tall.

Anthony likes to dress casual in a T-Shirt and jeans most days. He prefers black as it doesn’t stain as easily, though will wear white under shirts. His ears have small blue gauges in them that he made himself and he often can be seen with fingerless black gloves and a few bracelets, necklaces, and rings on when he isn’t working.

Tinker-Tot is a mechanic and dresses the part. He has a black mechanic cover all uniform with a white tank top underneath and a pair of welding goggles. He also has a tiny tool belt with tiny tools that he made himself.

Anthony gets absorbed in his work to the point of not keeping track of his health. Eating and sleeping are things he often forgets to do. He also startles quite easily. He also has quite a loud voice for his size, which for him is really a good thing. His normal voice would be considered almost screaming if he wasn’t tiny. Also he tends to curse quite a bit.

Anthony wants to start his own workshop for weapon repairs and modifications for heroes.

Anthony is a skittish workaholic who prefers to keep to himself most of the time. Not that he doesn’t want friends or like to hang out with people, he just isn’t very good at talking to them. Reading the room is something he has never been good and he isn’t great at catching on to subtle hints either. He prefers to be blunt and would like others to be blunt with him as well. Once people get to know him, he actually is quite the sarcastic jokester. They just need to get past the kinks first.

History
Rosalina hadn’t realized she was pregnant with Anthony until about six months into her pregnancy when she finally went to the doctor about her missed periods. She had put it off because… well… doctors were expensive. He was so small they almost didn’t catch him on the ultrasound. Once they found out, however, his parents were quick to make sure everything was ready. They weren’t the riches family and didn’t live in the nicest part of the city. Still, they would make sure their child was well cared for as best they could.
The doctors weren’t sure if Rosalina would notice when her water broke since he was so small so when it came close to the delivery date, they kept her at the hospital under constant surveillance until he came. He was no bigger than a pea, and had to be kept in a specialized machine for nearly six months in order to be kept healthy. When they were finally allowed to bring him home, his parents got to work setting him up with a nursery they had built on a shelf in their room. They were so happy to welcome him, but weren’t sure how they would care for a baby so small. Sure Rosa could shrink down for him temporarily, but would that be enough?
Luckily, it was more than enough. Anthony, while small, was just like any other child growing up. He saw nothing wrong with himself of his size, aside from the occasional dangers it meant. Those ended up making him a bit timid and shy, not the biggest fan of hanging out with other kids his age since they all wanted to play games he just physically couldn’t. He didn’t mind though, as he found his own clique amongst the bookworms, techies, and the gamers.
Anthony’s love for technology came early. He would watch how-to and DIY videos on YouTube constantly, fascinated by the inner workings of machines and electronics. By the time he reached middle school he had already started make his way into the electronics of the house to fix or modify them to work better. Since he was so small his parents would never figure out where he was or what he was doing until he had already done it. At first, they would scold him about how dangerous it was; but eventually they realized he actually knew what he was doing and would actively ask him for help if something wasn’t working right. Anthony Sr. even started having him help in the shop, getting into the more tight and intricate parts of the cars without having to take them apart in order to fix them.
The tiny tinkerer knew he wanted to become a sidekick or support for heroes. He had seen so many videos of them on YouTube growing up, and he wanted to be just like them. He had his application for U.A. ready in his first year of middle school, and Rosalina and Anthony I weren’t surprised at all when he got his acceptance letter. They were a bit saddened to see their first born move so far from home for high school, but they would never hold their boy back from living his dream. So when move in day came, after hugging and kissing his parents, newborn sister, and old hound goodbye, he got on the plane to Japan; ready to start this new adventure and follow his dream.
