"FANNY, ya got a delivery! All the way to Little Fukui."
"Okayyyyyyyy." From the cash register to gearing herself up to take a ride, Fanny awaited the order. The order had no name, only an address. It happened once in a blue moon, and when it did it was an adventure. "I won't be long, promise."
"You always say that, goof. Manager ain't here, so I'm in charge. " The chef, Fai wasn't gonna fall for it. "We have a shift closer comin in a few, so don't worry about the register. If there's anymore orders, I'll just hit yer cell." With a suspecting glare, he'd hand the bag of food over. Quite the hefty order.... about six boxes tall containing every kind of sushi, one veggie bento and one meat lovers bento. She didn't ask any questions, Fanny would simply saddle herself up and begin to ride.
"Works for me." Her voice trailed off with a rev or two. Not even two minutes down the street, and Nero the Neko appears.
"I placed that order. Mr. Daibara wants you to meet up with someone in his stead. While she is on amicable terms with Mr. Afo, your grandfather is not exactly on her good side.... that's where you come in. Hopefully this peace offering will help smooth things over. Word on the street is, she enjoys local Japanese food."
"So, me, who conveniently works at Buster Box, has to go make friends with some criminal my grandfather pissed off. That's just... uuuuugh. Does this lady know I'm coming at least?" Nero was a stress inducing creature. He only ever popped up to talk shit, or give orders for an impossible task made to sound simple.
"No. Apologize for your grandfather, network with her, and make a deal if possible. " In that simple answer, the cat flew off without much else explanation. Daibara, and Afo had their expectations for the young Platform associate, so she'd have to perform and be able to maintain good business practices. Though put into perspective, sending someone at the dead of night to deliver unrequested food could possibly prove to be a death sentence.
Fanny grumbled to herself as she sped off into the night. Little Fukui was the destination, who she was meeting and what was waiting for her was a complete mystery.
