Physical Description: Thrishqe is far from the largest example of a dragon type monster. Though this doesn't mean she is small. At full length she is 40 meters long and typically stands around 18 meters tall. almost her entire body is covered in white feathers. These aren't always her outer feathers though, as when, before she had developed her mist breath Thrishqe's plumage was bright, colourful and her softer down was white. When she evolved the colours swapped places. The only parts of her body not covered in feathers are her maw, and lower legs. A natural sign of how she fights and eats. Upon her head she has two backwards swept horns. Their position and angle suggest they are for head butting rather than gouging. Her large eyes are notably golden.

Abilities
Physical Powers Select a maximum of 3, these powers must be linked to your monster physiology in some capacity, however they do not automatically need to have drawbacks
Ability name - Rending claws and teeth
Body part - Thrishqe's claws and teeth
Ability description - Thrishqes claws and teeth are harder than steel and immensely sharp. Ideal weapons for shredding armour and rending armoured vehicles used by humans. They are also proven to be effective to
Ability name - Dragon scales
Body part - her whole body
Ability description - Thrishqes whole body is covered in a layer hardened dragon scales. They are almost impervious to small arms fire though armour piercing can penetrate them if used from the right angle or hit the same spot multiple times. Due to her scales having to leave space for her feathers to sprout form, she is weaker from behind than in front.
Ability name - dragon wings
Body part - from her back
Ability description - Thrishqe has two large wings that allow her to fly and glide. While she isn't the fastest flying monster, her wings are powerful and can be used by her to disperse mist, fog, smoke, light debris, people.
Spiritual Powers Select a maximum of 3, these powers are supernatural effects you have consciously developed with your mystic energy, and do not need to be linked to any specific thing so long as they logically make sense for your monster to develop.
Ability name - poison mist breath
Ability description - Thrishqe has a unique power to breath out poisonous mist, that while it doesn't have an immediate effect. The poison sits within the victims body and gradually prevents their body from using its energy stores. This effect alone won't kill unless the victim has pre existing health issues. This means those who are unfortunate enough to have been exposed in her mist, even if they were to escape, are more likely to die from a lack of strength and stamina. The poisons effects will remain in the body for one to two weeks before finally leaving the body. Additionally The mist has a combustible quality. while in a dense state from being breathed out the mist can be ignited. With the correct dispersal the mist goes from flammable to incendiary. And with the right timing on Thrishqes part, effective even on armoured vehicles. To breathe out the mist in such a way is more like how other dragon types breathe fire.
Ability drawbacks - Igniting the mist while she is breathing unless its being projected will heavily reduce the likelihood of being poisoned. The mist will reach a point where it can no longer detonate. The time period of it being projected and losing its combustibility is fairly short, this is due to the poison in her mist reacting with the air and changing composition slightly. This change actually means that the poison when it first breathed out while in its volatile state is not poisonous. Though physical contact should be avoided.
Ability name - Thousand voices
Ability description - Thrishqe has another tool in her inventory. She has the means to mimic voices of those she has heard and listened to over a short period of time. Her mimicry is near perfect and allows her to lure prey in, through false information. She can utilize it in numerous ways from shouting for help, screaming, giving instructions or simply reassuring her prey that she isn't the monster in the mist. She can also use multiple voices at the same time. giving her a haunting sound to her voice, like she stole the voices of her victims.
Ability drawbacks - While she can copy their voice, unless Thrishqe is able to observe their speech patterns and mannerisms, she will struggle to trick those who know the true owner of the voice.
Ability name - Vapour eye
Ability description - Another tool in Thrishqes armoury, her eyes have a magic quality that allows her to see without inhibition through mist, smoke, fog and other obscuring particles. Deadly as this allows to move and hunt with her own eye sight even while hiding in her own mist.
Ability drawbacks - though she can see through things human and even monster eyes can't, she is still susceptible to sudden changes in light. Bright lights and sudden flashes can still blind her.
Ability name - humanoid Transform
Ability description - Thrishqe has developed the means to transform herself into a human-like creature. Though her body reflects her younger nature among dragon type monsters it still retains her strength and access to her other abilities
Ability drawbacks -While she retains her strength and abilities, the same can't be said about her dragon scales. to have the softer flesh of a human, she has to sacrifice her defense.
--Important Information--
Personality: Thrishqe is one of the more unique monsters of the world. Her intelligence has shaped her in a way that humans would find terrifying. Thrishqe is seen as a patient creature. She will wait, for days, weeks, if necessary, Watching, listening, stalking her prey till the time arises to strike. She is first and foremost a predator. However she is also on a quest for knowledge, after learning how to read, she actively seeks out written knowledge. She has on multiple occasions revealed herself to human settlements and demanded 'sacrifices' in the form of books, or other written knowledge. Though if they try to trick her or provide her a book she has already read, she will normally destroy the settlement and eat till she's full. Thishqe may be patient but she is lacking in social patience, she doesn't tolerate being messed with and won't typically keep her own promises. Due to an internal compulsion she is prone to changing location every so often. Wondering between continents and new prey. But when she does spend time in a location, she will find a hide, a place where she can rest or read unseen.
In terms of combat, Thrishqe prefers to avoid letting her prey have advantages over her in a fight. She will always use her mist to set up her attacks and allow it to thicken so that her own form is practically invisible until she is right on top of her prey. Then she will strike, normally from behind or from where she believes they will be too slow to react before she strikes. If the blow is not enough to kill or there are multiple foes, she will immediately fall back once more into the mist, and wait for another opportunity. She will lay in distraction and seed discord and distraction by speaking to their humans.
Likes: books, tasty meat, winning without getting hurt
Dislikes: unreachable pray, bad tasting food
Strengths: Thrishqe is a fiercely intelligent monster. She specializes in ambush and surprise attack, even though she would be a fearsome thing to fight in battle. She can read and is thus capable of understanding things that would normally be beyond other monsters. Not only that but she also understands human languages so if she can hear them, she can interrupt their plans and reactions.
Weaknesses: Thrishqe, despite her mist and all her might, is weak in open ground and in long ranged combat. Due to her mist presence being determined by the wind, if she isn't able to get her mist down and thick enough to obscure herself, then she cant hide or take advantage of her enemies natural weaknesses. Also due to her size in close environments she cant chase prey though dense undergrowth and small passages. While she can read, Thrishqe has no understanding of technology so unless she can watch a human use it and learn from them she is not likely to be able to figure it out herself.
Skills: Reading, tracking, voice mimicry, ambush, deception
Talents: moving stealthily, human communication, strike and fade combat. patient hunting
Motto: These always time

History: Little is known about Thrishqe's origin. She was spawned on Radix outer, a small dragon monster. Her only advantage over older larger monsters was being small and fast. Radix was an ecosystem of eat or be eaten. If you were lucky you could scavenge but for Thrishqe. It was always about catching other monsters off guard and avoiding being caught out herself. Throughout her early life, every breathing moment was a matter of life or death situation but Thrishqe lived. For years her life was enough but hunt and be hunted. She fought and killed, she hunted and evolved. It took a long time before body evolved enough to give her teeth and claws that would allow her to beat their defenses. A means to rip and tear into the monsters that had come before her. To break their armour and wound them fatally.
It wasn't long before she evolved again. She had to evolve out of necessity, to avoid taking fatal wounds herself. As she had grown and fed, the scales over her body had grown harder and tougher but they wouldn't even offer some protection against her own claws, never mind those of bigger monsters. Thrishqe found herself ambushed, she had been stalking potential prey only to be attacked by her prey's sibling. Had it not been for her desperation and ferocity, she would have been a meal for those two monsters. Thrishqe limped away from that battle, having devoured what she could as quickly as she could. The carcasses were too much for her alone and they would attract attention eventually. In the state she was in, she couldn't afford to get into another fight. After finding a place to hide and lick her wounds, her body chose that time to evolve. improving her defenses so once her wounds were mostly healed and she hunted effectively, she could move herself up to the next level of the continent's food chain. She had before strong enough and tough enough that younger monsters wouldn't dare, now her only threats were those above her.
Time passed, and her body kept changing, making adjustments to adapt her to the changes of the ecosystem around her. She grew in size, and was also cunning. She started to use the environment to her advantage. Stalking prey while keeping herself unseen. Though most of the time she got her meal, there was some prey that eluded her. The monsters graced with wings and flight. They could keep themselves out of her reach and were never in a place where they could hunt them just by hiding behind rocks and trees. No these monsters she could only hunt when the mists blew in from the sea. Mists that obscured their sight to the ground. These monsters had to make a choice, wait till mist blew away again, or risk the ground when an opportunity arose. This was when Thishqe hunted them. She would take her time observing them, finding out their preferred prey and their hunting grounds. She learned their ways, their habits, their rituals. It became a game for her; she actually enjoyed hunting them. They were a challenge because they were hard to catch. And her body would learn this. It gave her a tool to make the hunt easier. It gave her mist breath. She no longer had to wait for the mist, she could make it herself. Though this wasn't its final form, the power didn't just make her better at hunting those in the air and also those on the ground. Thrishqe was quick to use to hunt those she wouldn't have dared face before.
It wasn't perfect however. This gain of her power meant she had ascended to the next level once more and she grew over confident. Incidentally she was to discover that even with this new advantage, she was still far from an alpha predator. There were monsters far more terrifying on this land than her. Some of them seemed like small monsters. But if they wished it could kill her in a heartbeat. She met one such creature. It was small, and could be said to be cute. What Thrishqe met was a monster faster and stronger than her. Even as her teeth were about to snap round it. She bit nought but air, a sudden flash of pain as she scaled were cut open and the little creature struck close to her eye. Thrishqe remembered fear in that instant and fled. Knowing full well the only reason she got away was because she didn't care about her. It was a lucky lesson. She could have come out of it far worse than she did. A loss of eye or even simply dead. Thrishqes pride was wounded but she took to learn from it. To learn about her prey more now, rather than jumping at every opportunity. Some opportunities were traps just like the ones she would set.
In the years that followed, Thrishqe evolved in a way that was fortuitous. Upon her back her body grew wings, and her feathers grew longer. She had developed flight like those that she hunted. Though it was some time before she had mastered it and became familiar with the wind and fresh attention she drew. For she found out that some monsters only hunted those that could fly. However she refused to be easy prey. Her recent evolution had granted her great mobility. and she learned that the land she grew up upon was but an island. There were lands she had yet to see, yet to explore and hunt upon. One day she took wing and crossed the inland sea to the southern section of the ring. Four hundred years after her birth. Thrishqe decided to investigate the rest of the world.
It wasn't long after leaving Northern Radix before she discovered her first humans. They were different from monsters and the creatures she had seen in the north. They were small, fleshy and didn't seem to have natural weapons like teeth or claws. Yet as Thrishqe watched, she could tell they weren't like any creature she had seen. They moved in groups, and were clearly communicating with each other. She continued to watch them even as they worked together to kill a monster. It was interesting to see. They had things that weren't part of their body that they used to attack with. She chose to follow them, after seeing them leave the corpse without eating it. Thrishqe didn't know creatures that killed something without planning to eat it. It meant they were dangerous, they were able to hunt for sport, not just necessity.
Thrishqe chose not to challenge them just yet. She would take her time when dealing with these creatures. The last time had left a mark. So she stalked them, watched, listened and learned much about them. They seemed to have a means to communicate with each other making noises that meant more to them than they meant to Thrishqe. Eventually Thrishqe started to test them. To see how they reacted to certain things. At first she simply made herself known from a distance. Far enough away that she wasn't an immediate threat but the fact when her eyes met there was a clear realization of her presence. They didn't try to chase her down but they readied themselves whenever they saw her. Till one day, one used their weapon to fire and attack her from far away. Surprised by the attack, fled but not before marking out her desired prey. That human was now Thrishqes' target.
She tracked it and stalked it for days. Learning its habits, finding its weaknesses and getting herself ever closer. She used her mist to draw closer, tracking it by smell. Peering out of the mist when she dared. The humans were weary of the mist and rightly so. But as she hunted this human, her body once again gave her a boon. No longer did the mists impede her vision. She could see freely when others' vision was cut short. She could watch as even other monsters panicked when they could hear her but not see her. The terror could be wrought. So she used her boon to her advantage, one day the human she hunted and their pack found themselves immersed in a sudden mist. It was by her design. Having breathed it out upon them humans and with the aid of her wings filled the area. Then to prevent them from trying to run, move around them. Intentionally making noise and forcing them to close ranks to stay close as they tried to spot the white dragon in the dense mist. Thrishqe closed in and when the moment arose she struck. Snatching her prey away and simply left the rest to fend for themselves. She could panic as the realization that one of their numbers was gone. Their mangled body only meters away but near invisible in the mist. That day the story of the mist dragon began to fall upon human ears. But for Thrishqe, satisfied with her vengeance, took wing and left Radix.
She flew across the oceans following the path of migrating birds south to Cauli, the Talons. There would be her first encounter of monster communities and the proper military might of the humans. The monsters were nothing compared to those of Radix, but they could still pose a danger, even with their weaknesses, their combined strength could be overwhelming. Thrishqe and her cautious nature had found little trouble with this on the most part. Her nature of hunting and the advantages she had with the combination of her eyes and mist meant that she could strike a kill without retaliation. The real trouble came from the humans. They were actively searching the land. Looking for monsters and hunting them down. There had been a number of times when humans found her hiding places. Forcing her to move or be attacked when she was trying to rest. One fortuitous incident resulted in learning about humans from other monsters. She had struck down a tribe Alpha and became their leader. Among this tribe were monsters who knew human language and they taught her what they knew. Because what they knew had kept them alive. Not that it helped much when Thrishqe decided to eat them anyway.
The basics of human language wasn't the only thing she would gain. After several encounters with human vehicles and larger groups. Ones that taught Thrishqe that human weapons were very dangerous if she wasn't careful. Some were capable of beating her scales. Her body responded in kind once more. Her mist adapted, granting her an element of fire power that she could project. It proved to be useful on grouped enemies and for damaging the human vehicles enough that she could close in and finish them off with her claws and teeth.
It was only a few days after a conflict with humans that Thishqe learned of a new trick her body had given her. The means to speak human language. Her voice was no longer just bestial growls and roars. While other monsters could understand them to humans she had been just a beast. Though when a wounded human had somehow managed to stumble into her den. Thrishqe managed to impersonate a human voice enough that the human thought she was one too. She was confused as to why he looked at her yet didn't think she was a monster. It turned out in his eyes had been hurt and he thought that Thrishqe was a human who had taken refuge in the same place. Hurt like him and was struggling to talk right. He was very helpful in teaching Thrishqe the proper ways to speak and she learned their words. Enough that she could use it more effectively. However on the third day, the human eyesight returned to him and he saw that his companion wasn't human. She didn't give him time to scream before her jaws clamped around him.
Thrishqe spent several years on Cauli before finally moving on. From her own investigation she had learned from the humans that there were other lands. Places she had still to visit. The continent of Silva and its poisons would soon come host to the dragon. It was on Silva that her mist breath would evolve once more, developing her slow poison after eating the meat of the creatures and monsters of that land. It took Thrishqe a while to discover it but from a few chance encounters of humans who had been in her mist and managed to escape through the dense undergrowth. Only for her to track them down later and find them weak and struggling to fight or flee. A tool she learned to use with deadly efficiency. She would use it to prepare attacks. Bu breathing her mist on her prey and then way the days for it to take effect so she could simply walk up to them and eat them. Not that she always had too. Plenty of the creatures there were weak enough that she could just hunt them there and then.
It was also on Silva where Thrishqe truly unlocked the secrets of human language. She was able to listen and observe the humans of this continent as they were young in their words and writings. It was from them she learned to speak and evolved her mimicry. It was also from them that she learned to read. She tapped into the records of human knowledge and reading fascinated the beast. She even went as far as stealing such written knowledge whenever she could and learning their secrets in her hides. As difficult as it was to read books with her claws, she persevered. Determined to not allow the inconvenience to obstruct her. From the books they learned much. It should be noted that Thrishqe often had to go to great effort and great lengths to deal with the humans of Silva. They were tricky and cunning. Employing a similar style of hunting as she did. They were more likely to escape her than those of any of the other continents. Even then, when in her mist and with her ability to mimic their voices. Even they would fall prey to her.
As it was, Thrishqe would move on to locate Cetra. The continent where she would put more effort into her quest for knowledge and began openly harassing small towns and villages. Demanding their knowledge lest they feel her wrath. The idea of providing a book over the lives of their people was a welcome idea to the humans. Though those who thought to trick her found out that she was more than just a dragon who could speak. If they tried to give her the same book twice or even give her an empty one, she would ruin their homes and eat those not fast enough to escape. Unless of course they had sufficient means to attack. Then she would take a more indirect route. Ether by flying over their homes at night breathing out her poison mist and returning when they could no longer fight her. Or in the cases of those who were more prepared. She would terrorize them. Intentionally killing their people one at a time and leaving parts of their bodies to be found.
It was on Cetra, where the most important evolution for Thrishque occurred. The one that humans would call the beginning of the end.

She appears rather slender but don't let the looks fool you, she's still far more powerful than that body lets on. This form is interesting as she still has her horns, which look like their from glass fill with smoke, a slender prehensile tail, wings and fangs. Her nails are still hardened sharp claws more than capable of ripping through armour. Notably while she has her wings they show off her brighter coloured feathers. Her now apparent hair is white like her outer feathers. In this form, Thrishqe's ears are visible. While she appears to be wearing clothes, in reality its actually part of her own body
