She has a graceful appearance about her, always keeping up a good posture and keeping herself well maintained. Her hands and toes are always manicured, and often painted. Her muscles are well toned, yet soft and graceful. She keeps her blonde hair cut short and she has a desirable hourglass figure, boasting a nicely sized bust.
Her silver colored eyes are rather large, and can give her a false look of innocence
Civilian Clothes: Faliwah is a woman of tradition who is also steeped into the modern culture. She enjoys fashion, and much of her outfit reflects the modern trends. She tends towards brighter colors and is almost always wearing at least one traditional peice of Japanese clothing liks Kimonos and Yukatas, and is sometimes mixed some more modern clothes such as jeans, tank tops, and T-shirts. She is almost alway wearing Tabi socks with either a Getta, Setta, or Zori.
Hero Outfit:
Fanmurai's outfit consists of a short Kimono worn over a black and red corset and stylized capris. She wears a black belt over the corset and capris, and a black obi over her Kimono. She has black thigh high socks and black gloves that comes up to the middle of her arm. She wears black boots with gold plates, and a choker with a red gem fixed in it. On top of the gloves, to aid in keeping her arms and wrists stable, she possesses wrist guards made of hard leather. To finish up the outfit, she has a kabuki inspired rabbit mask with red designs.
Personality
Bad Habits:
Faliwah comes off as cocky, arrogant and snobbish. Highly judgemental and very self-assured, often points out flaws in other individuals. She also has a very inflexible personality which tends to put her even more at odds with other people.
Goal: Revive the art of tessenjutsu, and create a modern style of fan dancing, all ontop of becoming a reputable hero!

Faliwah is a woman who holds herself tall and proud. She is always well dressed, and well groomed and always makes sure she has a smile on her face. Whatever the actual feeling she is feeling doesn't matter, however she has a tendency to have a bigger smile when she is dealing through negative emotions. She walks around with grace and poise, always looking to improve herself and others (especially others) in all aspects of life. As far as she's concerned, there is always something that can be improved on.
She comes off as very snobbish and a know it all. She is very studious and digests new information well when most others don't. She's very meticulous about her appearance and likes to make comments on other people's style of choice. While she often chooses to be tactful with her choice of words, she will make her opinion known about just about everything whether people like it or not.
To everyone who knows her personally be it friends or family, she is one of the most loyal people one could ever know. History:
Faliwah was born and raised in a village in the mountains of Hakone Japan. It was a smaller village, one that celebrates and upholds the old traditions. high up in the mountains, she grew up maintaining and preserving the old ways that have been forgotten by many, including many of the traditional arts of a more ancient era. It was a simple life to lead, Nice and quaint, and Faliwah herself was born into a family that preserved the arts of tessenjutsu and other martial arts. Her family, and many of the others around her, even practiced the age old matchmaking practices of arranged marriages and, at some point it was expected that she and her siblings be starting families of their own, when the time came and continue to preserve the old arts that most of japan has forgotten.
this was what was expected of them, this is how they were raised. It was bliss, for the most part to be so removed from a bigger part of society but there was always a part of Faliwah that wanted more. Ever since she was a young girl, she wanted to not only preserve her culture, but bring it back to life. in her eyes, it was dying and there was more that she could do. It was considered partly rebellious, from her family and most of her family had tried to reign her in, but she was always understood by her grandmother and she nurtured the spirit within her. She told her many stories of their traditions, but she also told her stories of ancient heros who changed their way of life for the better. she had stories of modern heros too, and Faliwah aspired to be such a person. her family hoped that she would grow out of it, and didn't understand her the way her grandmother did. it was a sign, in Akikos mind and she did whatever she could to cultivate it. in truth, the idea that the old, dying art of tessenjutsu being brought into light made all their eyes gleam up a bit. it took but a bit of motivation from her, and her grandmother to allow her to pursue that dream of hers, to allow her to enroll into hero school after her years of primary school where over. Faliwah trained hard, and even harder than the other maidens around her. she wanted to be as close to a master as she could, for this sacred art before she set about shining light upon the art.
soon, she would get into hero school, and take part in the famed entrance exams. Her skills as a martial artist allowed her breeze through the exam with relative ease, dropping robots as if they were flies... or she thought at least. She was a shoe in, she thought but soon realized that she would be apart of the B-class of students.
It was discouraging, but it hadn't stopped her from pushing herself to her limits, attempting to prove that she was better than any of the A-class students. Her first year was productive, and her performance during the sports festival was, in her opinion, excellent. She nearly made it to the end, making it to the semi-finals where she faced off with a girl named shinja. A girl who basically had a mutant version of her very own quirk. They had stalemate, during the fighting portion and so they had to have a tie-breaker. The tie breaker being a Aerial obstacle course. She put up a good fight but, shinjas superior maneuverability gave her the upper hand and since then, she has seen her as a rival. Someone that she grew to care for, and a person who she wanted to surpass.
Soon enough, she would get to choose her internship, having chosen to intern with Gigabytes Agency. Her second year went without kinks in the road, her having very limited action in comparison to some of her fellow classmates. With the start of a new year, she aims to make her last year at U.A. the best she's had, and to make the most of it.

Power: the User has the ability to transform limbs and digits into war fans which they can open and close as desired. The fans spines are as durable as iron, and each spine has a sharpened tip. The fabric of the fan is similar to leather, and the appearance of the fans are uniform overall. While her war fans can give her options for close combat, it also gives her some ability to manipulate wind, and use wind offensively.
Supermoves:
Super Jump: using two arm fans, Faliwah creates a huge gust of wind to aid her jumps that boosts her upto 6 feet up in the air. Can also be done mid air to push her higher
Glide: turning her arms and legs into fans, Faliwah is able to glide in the air with ease, using the fans to also guide her direction. If she wishes, she can also close her fans to dive.
Wind Blades: Faliwah turns her fingers into fans and makes scratching motions in the air, sending out air blades that can slice up to 3 feet away. Not very energy intensive
Hurricane wall: using two arm fans, Faliwah puts alot of energy into creating a massive gust of wind that can cause the average person to fly backwards! It is very energy intensive and must wait a considerable amount of time before being able to do such a thing again.
Drawbacks:
Broken/sprained bones: while durable, if the spines of the fan were to bend or break, it would be the equivalent of limb or digit being broken or sprained, severity dependant on the damage of the spines themselves.
Fabric Tears: similar to the spines, the fabric of the fans translate to her actual skin and, if that is torn into, that would mean her skin has been broken into as well, and she will be bleeding.
Fire: the fabric of the fans are flammable and as such, she is especially vulnerable to fire users.
Stiff: war fans are quite stiff, and don't bend as limbs do. As such, for a period of time after transforming her limbs back to normal, they will be especially stiff. The length it lasts depends on how long she has kept her limbs into fan mode. If she isn't careful, she could get cramps. She often has to get massages to loosen up her joints and muscles as well.
Fighting Style: Faliwah is a tactical fighter preferring midrange combat, but is able to do close ranged combat as well. She is nimble and agile, skilled in multiple martial arts. she can either fight with her fans to wear enemies down, or choose to use grappling techniques as they are needed. There is a secret, in regards to her heritage. a secret well kept, a secret known only to two individuals. An action, decision would have taken place decades ago, a tale of lovers that cannot be shared. Akikazu was a young maiden then, who has had a forbidden love for as long as she remembered.
