Name: Zenjia Yamin
Identity: Our Muse
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Date of Birth: January 21
5Place of Origin: NYC, New York
Occupation: Student
Faction: U.A. high 1b
Appearance
Visual Appearance:
Physical Appearance:a natural brunette with hair that falls to her waist, Zenjia keeps half of her hair died
pink with pink highlights on the brown half of her hair, and brown highlights on the pink half of her hair. shes incredibly short, standing at 4'10. just shy of 4 feet in height and she is petite in size leaving many to question just how old she is. the only marker that she is in fact, mature is small but notable bumps that lie upon her breast. she keeps a cheerful persona about her, always having a smile upon her face, albiet often a rather mischevious one. one that always makes it seem like she is plotting something, or hatching up some kind of plan. To go along with this mischievous smile, are large Grey eyes that, contrasting her smile, give her a look of sweet innocence.
There are a few things about herself that she feels quite self-conscious about and one of those things is her
large (in her opinion) ears. She tends to cover them with her hair, most of the time with her hair. By the same
token, she tries to make her forehead seem not so large by keeping straight bangs and she feels as if her nose
is practically non-existent because of how small and flat her nose is.
Civilian clothes: Zenjia likes to wear all style of clothes however most of her outfits have pink somewhere intertwined in them. She also likes to wear bows, and use animal key chains as accessories to compliment her outfits. For the most part, however she prefers a cute look, wearing all kinds of skirts, shorts and blouses to achieve that look. She dresses appropriately to an occasion most times and absolutely loves it when she can dress up, rather than dress down.
Hero Outfit:
Stylish and comfortable. If you were to ask her to describe her Hero suit, that's the words she would use. It's simple but speaks volumes and consists of just a few pieces. Waist high leggings, long-sleeved crop top with the top half of the sleeve cut off, hanging off her arm with a cuff similar to the ones that would be found on her wrists. On both the top and the leggings are designs of white flowers, on her hands she wears fingerless gloves that go up to mid forearm which is all tied together by a zebra print belt and pink and white converse shoes
Personality
Bad Habits:
Can't take no for an answer, pushes her POV constantly, can't back down from a challenge, always looking to prove herself
Goal: well, to become a Hero of course! Possibly getting her art out there... but well, that's secondary
really
General Personality:
Zenjia has traits about her that seem contradictive to each other at times. Shes sociable, but enjoys her own
space, is studious and ambitious, yet loves to play and joke around, able to live in the moment. She can easily
occupy either end of an extreme and seem to make it work. What it all comes down to, however, is the fact that she has to live life to the fullest,
whatever that entails and she will always follow her dream. At times, it may seem like shes naive and has an
unrealistic positive view of the world but she also knows that the other side exists. Living in the city has exposed her to corrupt humans, and mindset and while she understands that people abuse their power, there are many others still who are just and so she chooses to focus in on that. She doesn't have time to slow down,
and think. She doesn't have time to second-guess herself and her ideals, and thus she tends to come off as
overly confident and even reckless in her beliefs. Even she, however needs to be able to wind down to avoid the potential of burnout, something else she understands well. When on her own, she enjoys meditating and keeping herself balanced so that she can do all the things that she wants to do. She is constantly doing mental checks on herself and others as well,
tending to avoid those that can dampen her mood. Shes all about positive energy, and won't tolerate any Debby downers.

History:
Born in New York City, Zenjia was born to Tabata Yamin, current owner of the Yamin construction company and
Samia Yamin, former employee who married into family. As the eldest child, she was expected to he the next
owner when her father retired and had been groomed as such the entirety of her life. As she grew, however
she had other plans different plans. she had always made it known that she wasn't interested in becoming the
next owner of the construction company, and didn't like the company much at all. She didn't mind helping out
and doing the work, but she would have much rather worked on becoming a hero. Ironically, the one she
looked up to the most was Architect and she made it her goal to move to japan and work along side her, from
the moment that she first heard of her. She was most interested in the fact that of the way her quirk worked,
and it's how it was similar to hers... at least in creative application, and she had always followed her, and
learned much from how she worked. dialing it back a bit to from when she was born however....
As was stated, she was born in New York city and lived a rather comfortable life, with a comfortable amount of
money flow coming into her family, at least as far as she was aware of. She was always a curious, creative and
a trouble maker, even from her toddler years. she was always interested in drawing, painting more than she
was in anything else. as a toddler, she would draw things everywhere and it was difficult to contain her. Her
mother believed all that creativity came from her side of the family and, it would be apparent that she was more
like her mothers family than her fathers soon enough.
She, like most children, discovered her quirk when she was 5 years of age. She was playing outside, and had
made quite a bit of chalk art on the sidewalks of her yard. being the rambunctious young girl she was, she was
wrestling with a friend around the same age, and both of them had tripped, and fell on the sidewalk. Zenjia
scraped her knee and a few drops of blood had fell on a drawing of a ball she had made, and soon it came to
life. the two young girls were shocked, the pain from the fall soon falling into the background as they now
played with the new ball that had magically appeared. It didn't take long, however for it to disappear, and the
two girls were upset. they had started to cry, and her mother had came and checked up on them, see what was
going on.
She explained herself, and her mother was ecstatic. her little girl had a quirk similar to her own, and it seemed
to be much more potent, more similar to the one that her own father had. She comforted the crying girl, and
explained what was going on and soon enough, she was experimenting with her own quirk. realizing that she
needed her own blood to use it averted her at first, but she her curiosity overpowered her, as well as her desire
to be one of the best there was, when it came to quirk usage. among her friends, she had been one of the first
to discover it, and it was a boasting point for her, especially in school. It was all uphill from there.
She, followed by the twins, had gone to one of the most prestigious elementary schools in her state and,
despite her inability to remain focused when it was needed, she always managed to be at the top of her class.
Her parents were pleased, believing that this would bring their company to the next level, but Zenjia had other
plans. Her artistic pursuits didn't stop from that incident that happened, when she was 5. Instead, she aimed to
become a better artist, better at drawing and able to use multiple types of artistic tools from crayons and
pastels, to paint. She even experimented with caricatures and character art. She also found unique ways to
use her quirk to play pranks around the school. Pranks that were frowned upon, and always tied back to her
but hey! At least no one got hurt right?
Soon enough, the time came for her to graduate elementary school and her parents had their sights set on
getting her into U.A. with the aim of her going to college. All she had to do, to get into heroics was convince herparents that it would be a good idea, that fully mastering her quirk could be a greater boon for their Buisness in
ways they couldn't even imagine...
And just like that, she was on her journey of becoming a hero. The best chapter of her life was starting to
unfold right in front of her eyes.
Upon arriving to U.A. the path to her dream got off to a rocky start. She, unknowingly struggled during the entrance exam, having only gotten in due to the fact that she had one of the highest robot counts in her exam. She struggled with hero points and, due to that was placed in 1B. It seemed to be just the beginning of her rough path to becoming a hero, Zenjia seeming to make decisions that harmed her in the end, one of those decisions being a decision to engage with a rampaging villain at a shopping mall, to which she narrowly escaped with her life and landed her as a regular resident in detention. Zenjia seems to have a long road ahead of her, but this was just the beginning and she didn't let these few rough patches stop her from achieving her dream however she did have a change of tactics of how she would go about being a hero, and a change in what being a hero means which is just the beginning of her growth into something amazing.
Quirk
Name: Life Blood
Quirk Type: Emitter
Power: Her blood can bring drawings to life! Her drawings are to scale with the drawing size, and objects
that are mechanically simple. Moreover, she must have an understanding of what she is drawing works for it to
function as an object. She has the ability to draw living objects as well, but they dont have the ability to move
on their own, entirely dependant on (currently verbal) commands from Zenjia. Outside of these restrictions, her
imagination key to using this quirk to its best potential! Much like her deceased grandfather, the amount of
blood needed to activate is dependent on image size but for most drawings a drop or two of blood will do. She
can also draw with her blood if need be but, beyond what's needed for activation, more blood does not mean
higher potency.
Supermoves:
Optical illusion: you think all her drawings are straight forward? Think again! Not all her drawings have
one straight forward image. Look at it one way, it's one thing, look at it in another it's something totally different!
Zenjia can make a drawing come to life that has an effect that is different from its obvious form (ie make a
small explosive that looks like another round object)
Drawbacks:
Water: her drawings, and the objects that come from them are vulnerable to water. Drawings will be
unable to be activated and activated drawings will have reduced efficiency or even be inactive and washed
away depending on how much water they come into contact with
Limited duration: her drawings are activated for only a limited amount of time. Once that time expires, the
activated drawing disappears. How long they last depends on the complexity of the drawing. Drawings with no
inate mechanics last for a considerable amount of time. Drawn animals tend to have the shortest duration and
last for a minute or two before they disappear (4 posts). Drawings with simple mechanics such as bear traps,
small explosives and the like last for a bit longer than live animals but still not as long as regular items (7 posts)
Disruption: if a drawing is disrupted in anyway, it will not activate.
Time consuming: most drawings are difficult to be made in the middle of action so, she must stick to
simple designs most times. With this in mind, she currently lacks the foresight necessary to use it when it's
most efficient.
Scaling: Currently, Zenjia can only draw objects to scale. this means, the size of her drawing determines
how big it is when it comes to life.
Blood loss: because her quirk is dependent on her own blood, blood loss is a major deal. Though most
drawings take only a few drops of blood, she can still lose blood through self inflicted wounds so she would
need to be careful in how she breaks her skin to retrieve the blood she needs.
Fighting Style: Even if she doesn't have any formal combat training, she has gotten into enough street
fights to know that, with her size, she can't overpower everyone. Working in construction, however does give
her a decent constitution, and she has learned to use her size to her advantage to some degree. She also
learned that every situation requires their own approach and so, for the most part, she relies on her intuition to
fight, processing surrounding information faster than she can actually think often doing the first thing that comes to her mind. She uses her quirk as support, mostly to draw simple things such as an item to fight with,
or to set traps. She considers herself a close-mid range fighter but for the most part, she really is a close ranged fighter who uses her small body to dodge attacks and isn't above attacking.... below the belt. After starting U.A. she has learned more refined styles of fighting, and learned of new ways of how to incorporate her quirk with her fighting. It's rough, but she has learned more of her limits, and how to seamlessly use her quirk mid-combat to an extent.
