NPC: ? Quirk: ?(Mutant) The user is able to adjust their body size, and shape by manipulating newly made muscle and skin fibers. These fibers take a long time to build up, but once he reaches his max size of 2 stories, he is super strong. He can layer up to create armor, but there are clear soft spots to allow for movement and flexibility. Rearranging fibers to create new armor will often lead to new soft spots. An explosion could be heard and a cycle of rumbling soon after. With the start of havoc comes the slowing down of the city. A frantic breath would spread like a contagen, whispering turning into shrieks of terror. A monstrous being of size and mass lumbered down the Musutafu streets with a large vault on its shoulder. It clearly was taking this money somewhere.. or to someone. It's footsteps displaced nearby cars, and civilians. It was all according to plan for the villain, though this was to help her precious junior get over her fears. The reason villains relentlessly attacked was that no hero made a proper statement(killing). The same used to be true of Osaka... until she took control. Controlling... perhaps that was the villain Necropolis Hack's primary descriptor. The monster would stop and smile. There she was. He was to bring the vault down Taito street until he met with a woman. That's what the message said anyway. Little did he know this was a setup. "Necropo-aaaaaaaaugh." Izumi stood completely still in the middle of the street, Kako right next to her. The villainess' lips curled into a smile seeing blood gush from his torso. A giant skeletal finger skewered the beastman, causing him to fall to one knee. "If you always strike with precision, there will be absolutely nothing to worry about. That much isn't so far from what you've already been taught. " The monster was still trying to get his bearings. In fact, he dropped the vault trying to figure out whether to pull the finger or leave it be. With his quirk, he could patch the open wound, but it wouldn't be perfect. Nor would it heal the damage done to his internal organs. "Now to make sure he never harms a soul again, you've got to put him out of his misery." It was as if she were giving hunting lessons, on how to kill a deer. She was purely unphased by the level of violence she could dish out. Though this was part of the point. Izumi wasn't afraid of the consequences that came with being strong. Kako was terrified of killing someone with her quirk. It wasn't what a hero would do. An odd thing to dwell on, coming from a girl who claimed she wanted to drop out... This was the truest issue. Kako was experiencing an identity crisis. IF she wanted to commit to Izumi and NJPD, she'd have to make tough choices from time to time. IF she wanted to commit to Izumi and the NJPD, she'd have to erase all of the hero programming in her head. She was just a person with the right to protect herself. While it was against the law, it was one of the core values of NJPD. The strong protect themselves, their loved ones, and their community. She held no license, so making this humongous first step was going to drop her into the deep end of vigilantism. "But..." Kako quivered at the thought. She'd killed bugs, but this was an entire person. Sure his quirk made him look scary, but beneath that... a human resided. That "human" roared as it ripped the finger from his gut, allowing his quirk to shift enough mass and skin fibers to attempt at closing the wound on the spot. It was still leaking meaning this super-strong freak still had a weak spot. "As you hesitate, more lives are being put in danger.Your options are attack or be attacked. Taking the hero nonsense out of your head. This is survival, sweetie. " Kako looked to Izumi, fighting with her eyes because her mouth was frozen over in fear. "Now I told you I'd help you become stronger. I even came all the way to Musutafu so I can look after you personally. Kako I know it feels weird to think about but part of becoming stronger is removing that limiter every hero calls MERCY." A white mist began whirling around them as Izumi prepped a defense. The monster was up, but that didn't necessarily mean he was okay. That surprise attack of her's hit his vitals. The Regent had already given her dear Code a lay up of a kill. All Kako had to do was execute. In the background of their intimate talk, the monster slammed his fists into the ground in an attempt to get their attention. For a villain, he had honorable traits...wanting an earnest fight. Traits, Izumi took advantage of... " If you can't kill him, he WILL KILL YOU"
Izumi was right. Kako didn't care about being a hero. She already had one foot out of UA. Why was it so hard to make that leap? Her mind went to her friends. Were they her friends for her, or because they all shared a common goal? Shinja, Tanzo, Emily, Tomatsu... With teary eyes, Kako bit her lip and took a step forward almost at the same time as the monster began his rumbling stampede. It was if he was an animal being led by a carrot on a string. Izumi squinted her eye at the monster, and on queue, the monster belted out a war cry that resonated her words. "Devil woman! I'll kill you both!" The monster couldn't stand betrayal. He had gone through all the trouble of delivering this vault, just for Necro to double cross him!?!?? He quickly bore forwards with resounding thumps for steps. The building frustration caused lightning to bounce off of the teen's hair. Izumi had built an oversized ribcage as a guard but left Kako's side exposed. Her veteran eyes ignored the incoming threat completely and focused only on her trainee. "What will you do?"

Giga Bite had been watching this Villain closely. His Hero instincts groaned when he hadn't thrown himself at the cretin when he had arrived early at the bank, or even before. He seemed to have been planning the heist for some time, and though he did not know who this Villain was just yet, he did not seem the sort to come up with such a plan himself. Giga Bite needed to get to the bottom of what was really going on, who his employer was. Perhaps it was simply a matter of a boss and a muscle-headed underling, but two arrests were better than one. Giga Bite's expectations were not only met; they were exceeded. He watched from afar, waiting to see just what was unfolding. He recognized the younger girl at once. Kako Josaidoki, Kagayaku's dear granddaughter. It saddened the Beetle Hero to see her in this situation, sadder still that this was not that surprising. Her reputation was something delinquent, though he had hoped that it had not gone so far as to involve a confrontation with a Villain. The older woman that was with Kako concerned Giga Bite far more. Already he had called in his response to Musutafu dispatch, so more Heroes would be on the way eventually. Any help that they could offer was going to be sorely needed for Necropolis Hack. It did not take Giga Bite long to realize what that "Vigilante" would be doing with Kako. Even if both of them were under threat from this Villain, Giga Bite knew better than most that this situation was likely a sinister one. He would need to be prompt.
As the Villain prepared to attack, a loud crash came overhead, from a nearby building. If any of them had the time to look away from the current scene, they would see a hulking, four-armed frame coming down from a mighty leap. This took all of a few seconds, after which the frame, now recognized as a necktie-clad Hero, collided with the Villain, violently. Many of his arms moved in concert to engage the Villain, beginning with a hand seizing the towering Villain throat while the Hero was mid-air. This was immediately followed by using the remaining momentum of his body and two other arms to thrust the villain upward and forward into a wrestling maneuver that flipped the Villain onto his back. Finally, the Hero surged his initial arm forward, slamming the Villain primarily into the pavement, though sending his head directly into the dropped vault with a sickening series of crunches. When the Villain first tried to respond, he was met with a fierce right hook from the fourth arm, allowing the Hero to free the two previous arms, while the original arm tried to keep the Villain pinned. From behind, the Hero was a brown-shelled monster, standing at least eight foot tall, and as wide as a truck. His body bulged with physical might, his spinal column slightly expanded to allow for additional muscle to apply itself against the Villain. There wasn't much mystery as to who this could be. To the Villain being restrained, there was no mystery at all, from his antennae, sharply standing upright, to his bright green compounded eyes, to the signature red tie hanging from his neck. Giga Bite, the Beetle Hero, had arrived. "Leave, Kako! Get to safety!" It was all Klaus would be able to get out before refocusing his efforts on keeping this Villain pinned to allow him an extra swing at his face. Giga Bite's larger mandibles clacked towards his prey aggressively, just shy of snapping his jaws into the man's enlarged cranium. He almost lunged with the mandibles again, but they met air again, careful not to act recklessly. This blackguard had tried to attack a defenseless child. That was more than enough fury to carry Giga Bite through this battle.

What will you do? The words replayed once more in Kako's head, as she charged a battery between her fingers. Her eyes remained on the spot that was bleeding in the monster's abdomen. Izumi lined her own gaze to where the young girl was aiming. "Okay okay. " Izumi smiled, backing off a bit. It seemed like the student's mind was made up. The monster was caught by surprise. Another monster came descending down to contest its stride. Gigabite would meet some resistance at first, but only as the villain cycled more fibers to harden itself. It fell back crashing into the vault, yen flying EVERYWHERE. While two large bodies colliding had a distinct sound, there was a thunderous boom that reverberated in the background when the vault was crushed. The villain was in pure agony, but it would only seem like resistance to being pinned down. The villain's body bucked and seized. Gigabite's punches would only deliver more trauma. The villain tried to raise his arms to pry Gigabite off, but they'd drop when he came down with another hook. "Leave, Kako! Get to safety!" A familiar face, Mr. Gigabite from school! ...Defeseless child indeed. She was excited to see a familiar face but her smile dropped after realizing it was he who was delivering the final blows. Blood was erupting from both the villain's mouth and reopened gut, before slowly but surely falling limp. With mandibles snapping and clacking violently, it truly showed the number 8 hero to be a violent and powerful combatant, but at this point, he'd been standing over a corpse. In real-time, as the villain prepped to receive punches from Gigabite, his wound reopened due to quirk fibers prioritizing creating armor around the head. Kako noticed the hero's leap into action at the last second and launched the fully charged battery into the nearest wall so the shock wouldn't hit the intended target or Gigabite. The teen stood silent in response. Even a hero could kill by accident... It wasn't that Gigabite meant to kill. He only was responding to a threat in jest. This result was simply because he was strong... Izumi's logic was holding more weight with a real-world example in front of her. Sure it was making sense, but that didn't mean it was right... did it? Did right or wrong ever matter? It felt like everything Kako once knew was being thrown into question. The ground felt like quicksand. Her knees buckled as she aimed to maintain good breathing. Snapping her out of the oncoming panic attack would be her regent, wrapping a protective arm around the poor girl. This was a bit too much, more accurately too early. In the moment, she intended to strike to kill. That was more than enough! Izumi wouldn't ask her to do anything else. With a comforting snuggle to Kako, Izumi- "She's quite safe. Thank you for your service." waving to Gigabite. Kako pulled in close to bury her sobbing face into the woman's bosom. The white mist wouldn't lift even though the "threat" had been dealt with. Izumi, or rather Necro wasn't quite sure she could call Gigabite a friend or foe right now. How much did he witness? She was more than prepared to fend him off, but there was literally emotional baggage holding her back if she did have to fight.
"I get it now..." A whisper from Kako, her knuckles turning white from grasping the woman's dress so hard. "Don't worry about the lesson. Focus on feeling better." Izumi whispered back, though her eyes never left Gigabite. To the hero, she'd pick her chin up and, speak loud so Gigabyte can hear. It was more than obvious that crater of a hole in the villain's abdomen was from a bit of wrestling and few punches. She sucked her teeth, realizing how heavy-handed her tactics were. "My precious intern was telling me, the school year was just starting, and second years get their licenses soon... This guy showed up... so she and I were purely trying to defend ourselves against this... beast. Please don't let this reflect poorly on her!"

Giga Bite's Quirk had several flaws, some of which still eluded some people. For one, his vision was severely limited; although his perceptions were technically sharper, it was also quite easy for him to lose track of certain details while he was focusing on others. Color was also difficult for him to discern in the heat of the moment. Now that he was up close, Giga Bite could see that this hulking Villain was in much worse shape than he had originally thought. The dark coloration was not part of his outfit, or a result of his Quirk.
It was blood. The Villain's blood. Giga Bite's hands were practically drenched in it. He looked down at his hands, and then at the body. No. The corpse. He could hear no heartbeat. There was no movement. The Villain... was dead.
Already, Giga Bite could feel his hands trembling. He willed them to stop, if only for the moment. His antennae, which gave explicit cues to his emotional state, were drooped downward. He turned, getting a better look at Kako... and the woman that was with her. It had been a long time since he had seen Izumi, face to face. He looked down at her, trying to ignore the palpable guilt dripping from his hands onto the cracked asphalt. It was a familiar scene for them. Kako didn't need to know that. She shouldn't even be here. Why did this have to happen? Why like this? Though Klaus was difficult to read, it was no mystery that he was in shock. He needed to appear strong, for Kako's sake... somehow.
"I... I know Kako. She is not responsible for this." The word choked through Klaus' mandibles. The smaller pair clicked together, weakly, meekly. It was clear enough that the person that the Hero's words were meant for was hearing them. His eyes did not leave Izumi's. It was a rapt, dutiful gaze... confused, as well. The disparity between the two of them was immense, in more ways than dear Kako could ever imagine. How long had she been with Izumi? What had she told her? Why was she with her? Questions crowded in Klaus' mind. It was difficult to hear anything else.
When Klaus' thoughts caught up with him, he blinked like he had just witnessed something terrible. "Kako is... your intern?" The words barely escaped his throat. Fortunately for Klaus, his Quirk had several flaws. One of them was that he had no tear ducts. The look in his eyes would have to be enough.

"I... I know Kako. She is not responsible for this."
"And I'm such a big threat?" For Kako's sake she'd play coy. They both knew she was.
So soft for someone with such a hard exterior. Izumi could feel the fire burn bright within her. She smiled at him, the ribcage, cracked before returning to calcium dust. The white mist escaping her shallow breaths would subside as well. The street was chalky white at this point, she had plenty of firepower ready if he tried any funny business. In contrast, she wanted to show her his appearance. Kako would remain tucked for now. Izumi would pull her cloak over the girl's head so she could pull herself together. It was no different than a wolf pulling a pup away from danger. Effortlessly flipping the roles of who was right and wrong, she showed her fangs, only because he was trying to appeal to her underling. Gigabite... a danger? By the looks of it, he was. Izumi couldn't help but bite her thumb nail, a cracked smile showing. She hadn't seen him in such a long time. Every time they did cross paths, things always went awry. To say they had a past was... well that should be left in the past, right? Was Kako her intern?
This was a conversation for adults, Kako had no place here, and yet, she- "Ms. Hack let me joined her outreach organization!" Popping out from under the villainess' cloak. The girl's eyes were still plenty puffy, and her cheeks were red. She froze when she realized the blood dripping from his hands. She slowly receded but kept the cape up so that she could look at him in earnest. He was... strong. Something to admire. Something to fear. Again Izumi's words rang in her head.
"part of becoming stronger is removing that limiter every hero calls MERCY."
Izumi... Gigabite... Did her grandfather also have this trait of true strength? In a way, she looked at people differently now. Did any of her friends have the capacity to kill? Did she?-... Kako remembered actually going for it until seeing Gigabite... "I'm strong, too." She whispered to herself. Izumi broke eye contact with the hero after hearing this. The villain was ecstatic, her face lit up if only for a moment. Today's lesson may not have been a success, but it damn sure wasn't a failure. The attention swung back to the hero.
"Do yourself a favor and look up my real name. Izumi Hack when you get home. I've turned over quite the leaf." Leader of New Japan Prefectural Development, yup. New leaf, same tree. "Well, killer-" Kako flinched at Izumi's blunt phrasing. In fact, Izumi felt her leg get pinched. "Mm.... Yes. She's one of mine. She tells me a lot. Much more than you could ever imagine. You teachers have no clue about your students and what they go through. It's a bit inhumane how much stress you allow them to go through... treating them like adults, but holding them on a tight leash when they try to explore themselves."
Kako's looked up at her. "NO, don't tell him!" She wanted to drop out on her own terms. Was that even an option in this scenario? As a teacher, Gigabite had his obligations. She'd hoped Izumi could work her magic. She was great with words.

Klaus all but winced at Izumi's rebuttal. It was a small thing, but she was the kind of woman who missed nothing. She was also the kind of woman who... no. Not now. The Beetle Hero flinched as the woman bit her nail. She knew full well what she was doing, and she knew that he knew that. It made his stomach turn.
When Kako froze upon seeing Giga Bite's hands, he froze as well. After taking a moment to collect himself, Klaus lowered those bloodied hands, using his extra pair of hands to brush off or at the very least try to conceal the gruesome imagery that he had stumbled into. His entire body perked up, from his antennae down to the posture of his legs. Outreach program?... of course. That was what this was about. Klaus felt his heart sink. Had they truly failed her so much? Had Kagayaku...? Though this series of events disturbed Klaus, he was happy that Kako was safe, for now.
Giga Bite finally found his steadfastness. When Izumi called him a killer in that playful tone, he did not flinch. He knew her games. He would not be so easily provoked, even after falling into this precarious situation. The last thing anyone - least of all Kako - needed was for a Pro Hero to turn this scene into something worse. Klaus took a deep breath, then clicked his smaller mandibles twice. "It is Kako's decision to whom she belongs, other than herself. Speaking as someone who graduated from U.A., I do have an idea of what my students are going through, Miss Hack." The weighted emphasis upon her last name could not have been more clear. Whether that was her true name or no did not matter. It served the woman's villainous interests.
Klaus looked ready to say more, but Kako's interruption gave him pause. What terrible secret did Izumi hold over Kako? This was not the time to approach that topic, and Izumi certainly knew this. His eyes, remaining tender and forthcoming, shifted to Kako. Klaus' posture became less rigid, going so far as to crouch to bring him closer to her eye level. It was not a courtesy that he would afford Izumi. "Kako, whatever it is you do not wish to be said, know that you can trust me. I am not like most of the school faculty. Anything you tell me, whenever you may be ready to tell me, will be kept confidential." He glanced at Izumi for a moment, as if warning her. "This is not the place for this conversation. The authorities will be here shortly."
He took another deep breath. The adrenaline was beginning to wear off. The psychological weight of this would linger for much longer. How was he going to explain this to Kagayaku? "You have my number, Kako. If you wish to schedule an appointment, all you need to do is call. It does not need to be on campus if that would make you feel more comfortable. It is your decision."
Giga Bite rose to his full height once more. He watched the two of them carefully, apprehensive to how the two of them would take this. The sooner he could dissolve this situation, the better. He would not be used as a prop by Izumi any longer than necessary.

"Miss Hack." She'd giggled at his tone.
Klaus was being so cold to her given the circumstance. He claimed to be there for Kako... In saying it was up to her to decide, he still insisted on creating a safe place for her... as if the correct side were his. Izumi's smile finally broke. That's right. He was the school's counselor, right? His tools weren't far from her own. She'd give him that courtesy, as he raised up to his original height. Kako looked up to him, albeit meekly. Because the teen was still trying to digest the death in front of her, she was still trying to keep up. In fact, some of their conversation seemed to be about something else. Adults had a way of double talking that Kako hated. "Kako, whatever it is you do not wish to be said, know that you can trust me. I am not like most of the school faculty. Anything you tell me, whenever you may be ready to tell me, will be kept confidential."
Could she really trust that? She'd have to come clean about her feelings at some point. UA was not where she was meant to be. That much she knew for certain. "I'll talk to you when I'm ready, sir. Thank you."
"This is not the place for this conversation. The authorities will be here shortly."
Kako's eyes widened. So they both were off the hook? Just like that? They DID know each other, and they WERE double talking. Her eyes frantically bounced between the two adults, trying to draw a definitive line of connection. It was deeper than she could ever know. How well did they know each other? While Izumi was fine with Kako knowing, she'd remain quiet for Klaus's sake. Gigabite was implying that they take off soon. Izumi would steer Kako forwards, and even lightly shove the girl into his arms. "One moment.." Quickly she'd knock the girl out so the beetle would have no choice but to hold onto her, bloody hands and all. Kako would fall fast asleep. As forceful as it was, she needed the rest anyway. On top of that, Klaus was right. This wasn't the place to have a conversation or the person to have it in front of.
She frowned at the teacher, eyes longing. "Why must you make me hurt you?" His words held weight, and if he wasn't going to play her games anymore... She'd get a bit serious, but she wasn't going to let Kako see it. She hadn't physically harmed Klaus here, but she knew very well putting him compromising situations like this pained his sensitive heart. She'd lightly trace a finger along his arm, down to the blood. "Hold on to her tight. She'll come find me on her own. I think I'll stay in Musutafu just a bit longer-" Touching her tongue to the blood. There was an outrageous amount of blood lust coming from her. Simultaneously, being this close to him was bringing up feelings she thought she had buried. Turning and walking away, she- "See you around, my sweet Lovebug~ "
The powder would accumulate enough to form a visual barrier as she walked away, only subsiding when she was out of sight.

Klaus was relieved to hear that. More than that, he was overjoyed. As far as he was concerned, Giga Bite had triumphed over Necropolis Hack this day. Even if it was only this day, that would suffice in the long, bitter feud between them. It was strange to think of a child's future in such charged terms, though if that was what it took to stop people like Izumi, then Giga Bite would gladly engage with the absurd bombast of this "profession". Though he remained wary of what Izumi may try next, he moved to welcome Kako into his arms, regardless of how the damp blood might make her feel. Finally, he could breathe.
In an instant, Giga Bite had realized his mistake. Too little, too late. His arms moved to catch Kako, holding her tightly and removing her from Izumi's grasp, but the damage was done. She was out cold. Klaus pulled her in against his chest, making sure that she would have room to breathe before shooting a glare at Izumi. His larger set of mandibles lashe out, angrily clacking twice. "Have you no SHAME?!"
Whether it was through Izumi's relentless cunning, Klaus' tender nature, or perhaps some combination of the two, he allowed Izumi to approach him as she did. His training roared at him to stop her, but no such response came. When her finger traced against his hide, Klaus could feel his skin crawl. It wasa deeply familiar sensation to both of them. "You... You will?"
A desperate chirp forced itself from Klaus' larynx. There was nothing more Klaus could say, whether he wanted to or not. All he could do was watch Izumi saunter off, as if nothing of consequence had happened. He hugged Kako, as tightly as he dared. She would not know it, possibly not even parts of the conversation, but it mattered to him. The principle of caring for others was something Klaus Ritter would fight for to the bitter end.
He was painfully aware that such a mindset was exactly what had resulted in this scene. He did not care. If the society he fought to uphold decided to punish him for this, then so be it. People like Kako needed to see that the system was worth their time. Giga Bite turned to face the direction of the sirens. He cradled Kako in his arms so that he was holding her in a bridal carry. He wanted there to be as little room for misinterpretation as possible that he was not a threat. A Hero as large and imposing as Giga Bite, impressive as they could be, were just as much an intimidating presence. He needed them to trust him... even if they had good reason not to.

Sirens whaled, their intensity rising as they drew closer. An armored truck would lead the pack of squad cars. Cops spread out wide, first to secure the area with caution tapes, then to surround the hero. The scene was a gruesome one. A large insectoid quirked man, with a girl in his bloody arms. Another large quirked man, kill in action. From the armored truck, emerged a giant of a man. His fur cloak made it clear to Klaus exactly who was on the scene, in the same way Akai recognized Gigabite in an instant. Sadly he wasn't here for Koriban, he was here because the Tartarus system has a shortage of processing agents. He simply was filling in as a hero affiliate. It was better than looking over a bunch of prisoners all day, and a glorious change of pace.
"Boys, get this body covered and taken care."
He'd arrived in front of Klaus with a notepad in hand. "Good to see you, Gigabite. I'm assuming he's the bank robber...We've already gotten calls about this one." He glanced to Klaus' red hands, more importantly, the small girl in them... then at the body. Anyone with the smallest gift of deduction could see the number 8 hero did what he could to save this girl. It didn't explain the dead body. He'd jot a few notes down before tapping the pen a few times. "More importantly, you called about a woman... " He could understand the want to save someone, but Klaus was no killer. That was some serious gash in the belly of the monster. Did Klaus do this, or did the woman? Akai would pass any information he'd get to a detective. There was also a strange, chalky substance that covered the ground. Gigabite was a close friend within Koriban, but Akai wanted to make sure he had all of the facts straight. For now.... with an arched eyebrow, he- "I'm going to need to know who this is as well."

Seeing the familiar fur cloak emerge from the police van gave Klaus a measure of relief. It had been some time since he had spoken with Redstone. Tartarus had been keeping him busy. The why of that was concerning in its own way, though he would much rather be meeting with someone he knew rather than a stranger. This was all rather compromising. He nodded, though did not glance back to the body. He kept his eyes on Akai.
He clicked his lesser mandibles twice. "I do not know who this Villain... was." His tone withered at the word. Giga Bite took a moment to collect himself. "But I do know the woman. Necropolis Hack." Any member of Koriban was intimately familiar with the woman, and not necessarily because her work was a stark contrast to their own. She was perhaps one of the only topics that could provoke a response from their leader, and usually a poor response at that. Giga Bite's antennae drooped, then shot upright. "She...! She... I, I cannot fully say what happened. It was over within seconds, but she is responsible, Akai! I know she is!"
The look in his eyes was not so sure.
Giga Bite sighed. He looked at the girl hanging limply in his arms. "This is Kako Josaidoki. She is a 2-A student enrolled at U.A. She... she is Kagayaku's granddaughter. I do not know why she was here. Something to do with..."
The Beetle Hero inhaled sharply. The adrenaline threatened to return him to that state of mind just a moment ago. It took all of Giga Bite's concentration not to clench his fists... not until he could get Kako to safety. "Izumi- Necropolis Hack struck her before she left! She is still preying on children, Akai! Children! This cannot keep happening!"

"I do not know who this Villain... was." Mmmm noted. "But I do know the woman. Necropolis Hack." While she wasn't a huge criminal directly, her plotting caused tremendous damage quite some time ago. Noted. He let out an approving huff, but a sharp inhale would follow, realizing just how familiar that name would be to Giga Bite specifically. He narrowed his eyes at Giga Bite. With his stoic expression and rock-solid fortitude came a plethora of questions arriving at these responses. Instead of jumping the gun, he'd be patient with both Koriban's leader and himself. Necropolis was the sole direct culprit then? Akai let out a huff. The beetleman was a bit of a mouse when it came to women. He'd jot the name down anyway...-actually "She hasn't been active in a few years. Wonder what she's up to?" He'd toss the idea in the air. If Giga Bite felt the motion to catch and oblige with more information, he was more than welcome to. Asking directly likely wouldn't get him anywhere, so Akai stuck with this softer approach. The pen tapped on the pad, a resounding notient that things weren't making sense. So an "old friend" of Giga Bite kills a villain... Giga Bite swoops in and saves the girl.... There wasn't a single scratch on, Kako was her name. Giga Bite looked to be just fine as well. With no Necro to see, he couldn't quite imagine what she looked like. It wasn't his place to point fingers, but Giga Bite was clearly keeping some details quiet. He'd shove the note pad into a detective's hand but keep the pen. He liked the way it could glide across paper. He'd shove the pen in his pocket, and lend a hand to guide them to the medical team. Despite his appearance, the top 10 hero cradled the young girl with the utmost care. "Kagayaku's, huh? I can see the resemblance in the wild hair. It looks like she'll wake up in a few, though. Nothing too major. " His concentration was broken when Giga Bite finally tripped up and let his emotions flare back up. "Izumi- Necropolis Hack struck her before she left! She is still preying on children, Akai! Children! This cannot keep happening!" An honest man, almost to a fault. Izumi? He'd never heard her be called that. Outside of directly admitting the woman was both here and caused the majority of this mess, it begged the question... Why didn't he just stop her? Akai eyed the Koriban leader, this time with a more sympathetic expression. It obviously was hitting Gigabite a lot closer to home than he wanted to admit. He wasn't just a hero, he was a teacher! Akai grumbled, unable to find the words in the immediate moment. Instead, he pats the hero on the back, saying- "We can talk Necropolis over some tea,... off the record of course."

Though it was very difficult (nay, impossible) for Giga Bite to express himself through his eyes, Akai knew well enough the kind of expression that he would provoke from his friend with that probing statement. He almost did answer that call, but stopped himself. This was not the time to get worked up. Kako needed care, and Redstone needed to do his job. Just as Giga Bite had done his... though, he expected Akai to be far less reckless than him. The Beetle Hero acquiesced, promptly bringing Kako over to the medical team. She would be in better hands with them. As soon as the girl left his arms, Klaus began to caress his arms against one another, his large hands squeezed his wrists. They looked... sore. Klaus had been needlessly applying strain against his own muscles while holding Kako. For a Hero like Giga Bite, there was indeed such a thing as too fragile.
Akai's gesture caused the giant beetle's massive shoulders to shrug. It was as if a heavy burden had lifted from his shoulders. It was also a sobering thing, the idea of discussing Izumi with anyone. Though Klaus often ranted about the woman in the past, he had never spoken about her at length beyond his disdain. A conversation over tea would be just the thing.
"Thank you, Akai. Truly." While Klaus' arms had taken their leave of Kako, his eyes had not. He watched her get carted into the van, seen to by the medics. There was nothing that he could do for the girl. Remaining here would only cause him more pain. Klaus turned to Akai one last time, and nodded. "I will see you at the House." Then, he turned to leave, trudging along towards the old tea house.
