Site Rules
We're all here to have a good time, whether it be roleplaying in a forum, or the coliseum, or just hanging out chatting to other members. To ensure everyone can come here freely, without worry or stress, there are a few site rules in place. These will be enforced by staff, if necessary, in situations that go beyond the control of participating parties. Sometimes we just have to step in and resolve heated moments before they go too far. These rules apply both to the forums and to the official Coloholics Discord, and we the staff reserve the right to amend and add to this list as we see fit.
Coloholics operates on a Three Strike System. First strike is a verbal warning, asking you to stop the current discussion and go separate ways. Second strike is a temporary ban, either from Discord or the site, the length of which will be decided by the staff after discussion. This will be dictated to you over private messages. Third strike is a full ban from either Discord, the site or (depending on severity) both. This final strike can be contested if needs be, but final discretion comes down to the staff.
No homophobia, racism, transphobia or anything of the sort
We are a welcoming community who want everyone who joins to feel included. Anyone seen throwing around hate speech will incur an instant Strike two ban.
No distressing or disturbing content without prior warning

Don't post anything for shock factor. No gore, pornography or the like. This ties in with the age rating of the site, which will be discussed below. If you are going to write content that is viewed to be sensitive, distressing or disturbing, then a warning must be put on before anything can be read. This also applies to any roleplays that are going to have sensitive content within them, and this must be detailed in the main guide.
Keep things PG13
We don't have a minimum age on here, so to make sure everyone is kept safe we will employ a strict PG13 rule. This includes roleplays, and anything that is deemed sexual must be taken to private messages and not be seen on the public forum. This also includes the Discord channel.
No spamming in any forum or channel
Spamming is a quick stream of nonsensical chatter or posts that clog up writing spaces for other people. Please refrain from doing so.
No harassment towards staff will be tolerated
This applies to both the Discord channels and the site. Whether it be a roleplay moderator, coordinator or admin, staff have the final say in matters that apply to them. If you feel like you are being treated unfairly or want a second opinion, then you can request another member of staff to weigh in, but when things start to get personal or if you are seen to be harassing a staff member then this will have consequences. All staff are here voluntarily to make sure everyone is having a good time. Please remember this when speaking to them.
