Physical Appearance: Fildaia is a rather short being, being only 4 and a half feet in height. She possess comparably large wings, the span of the wings being 9 feet long and the height from spine to tip of her feathers being 3 and and half feet tall. That, aside her bluish skin tone, and 3 toed talon toes, she would look passably human. Human with long bony ears. She has a reasonably toned body, and is notably muscular. She has her "hair" dyed white, with a red streak within it, but even then her hair has more of the texture of feathers rather than typical hair. Her eyes are a peircing red and her face is defined, and slender sporting high cheekbones.
Civilian Clothes: fildaia wears comfortable clothes favoring tanks and shorts. She isnt scared to expose skin in the name of comfort and has occasionally worn questionable clothing.
Villain Outfit:
Fildaia wears a chain armor dress that allows her normal mobility. The dress is made of black steel to reduce her visibility. Underneath the dress, she wears simple athletic shorts. Out on the field, she is never found without her bow and quiver, outfitted with various arrows for various situations.
The bow is made of a flexible metal material so that it's flexible enough to use properly and give it more durability than a typical bow, and allow for it to be used as a bludgeoning weapon if needed.

Goal: take down the rich and lift up the poor, and those that are disserviced. To create a society where wealth is evenly shared.
General Personality: fildaia is caustic and honest, often viewed to not have a filter. She is also thought to be reckless, and one who has a strong sense of honor, willing to do anything for those she cares for. Shes stalwart in her beliefs and is unforgiving to those who compromise those beliefs as well as those she cares about. Shes seen as aggressive and always able to see her goals clearly.

History: Fildaia never knew her parents, being raised in an orphanage on the outskirts of tokyo since birth. She was always strong willed as child and stuck up for those who were picked on. Much of her early life was a haze, but she always remembered she had to struggle for survival.
As grew older, she found she was skilled in many thievery skills, and a natural at archery. At a tender age of just 6 years, she's learned to fend for herself and do what she needed for survival. She was always good with people, and making deals. Especially with those who were in similar situations she was in. At such a young age, she has managed to attend martial arts and archery lessons, funded by what she managed to hustle up on the streets.
She's lived this way for many years, taking it upon herself to use her new skills to use, targeting the more fortunate, especially those who corrupt and take from those who already don't have anything to begin with. She always had a sweet heart that always wanted to help others, but it was hardened before even becoming a teen.
A few years later, she would meet an unlikely partner and friend, one she would be with to this very day, defending him and keeping him safe. She was just 8 when she met Felix on the streets, on the ground and asking to be taken advantage of. She felt bad for the teen, who had no idea how to fend for himself. She approached him, moved him to her "home" for the time being and tended to him. It was an old abandoned factory at the time, but it was nicely set up to be as comfortable as possible.
It was an odd sight, to see a much older person who had no idea to how to survive on their own, however his company was always a breath of fresh air for the young avian. He was idealistic, and naive but she never disillusioned him of his hopes and desires. As they grew, in fact, she moved to doing heists with some others whom she trusted, and their little family grew. They were always well supplied, with the spoils the got from the rich and they all even managed to do whatever extracurriculars they desired and for Fildaia, it was archery and judo. Both skills she took and combined into the field, making her outings all the more successful over time.
Eventually, she got Felix into, and through medical school, him now having a legitimate liscense. They started off with giving care to those around her but Felix never asked for payment for his services. Eventually, it grew into a practice where they served all who are underserved and overlooked. It was all done for free, Fildaia funding the practice in her special specific ways she did it. The practice became widely known, at least to the underworld were all who needed it could be kept safe

Drongo's are small birds known for their ability to mimic the songs of other aninals. They are bright, alert, and cunning using the songs of predators to scare other animals and steal the food they leave behind.
As a drongo, she is exceptionally short and has hollowed out boned which allow her to acheive flight. She has the ability to hear sounds outside the normal range of hearing, and has the ability to mimic any sounds that she has heard. This also grants her the ability to speak (but not understand!) Other languages other than what she knows. She has the ability to discern pitch and tone of others which also gives her the ability to discern a person from their voice alone given adequate amount of time to identify them.
As an avian mutant, Fildaia has keener eyesight than most people would have, her having a near perfect 20/20 vision and she has the ability to extend her vision by 10 miles by focusing on a singular spot
Supermoves:
Dive bomb: Fildaia flies high up in the air and dives down, peircing enemies with her talons or daggers
Volley of arrows: fildaia releases a series of arrows in quick succession assulting enemies with several arrows over a few seconds
Spinning bird of doom: after building up some momentum, Fildaia spreads out her arms and legs and starts spinning towards the enemy slashing any in her way with her daggers and her talons
Drawbacks: given she is avian in nature, her bones are hollow and fragile, thus easier to break. She is also not overly powerful comparable to an average civilian in strength without the ability to get stronger. In fact, she would need to take care to not overdo physical training and remain limber as she has a higher chance for stress fractures. Lastly, she is prone to overuse of her voice and that is especially the case when she mimics extreme pitch ranges often needing to keep cough drops on hand.
Fighting Style: fildaia prefers archery and underhanded fighting tactics that take advantage of her natural agility. Due to her size and fragility she often must fight smart and many times unfairly so she retains the upper hand in a fight.
