Physical description:
He's a decently large and imposing guy, standing at about 8'4 in height when standing upright, and has black-and-white colored skin as per being based on an orca. His build is decently muscular, and his size certainly adds up to his strength. His eyes are blue, but his right one is dimmed out and scarred, with three large cut-wounds going across the right side of his face, as well as having a fish-hook going through the right side of his upper lip. His right arm is missing, and instead he wields a hefty, self-constructed prosthetic arm in its place.

Clothes:
Punk's usual attire mostly consists of a brown vest with red trims, and a pair of brown pants with a black belt strapped around himself, and black leather boots with steel heels and toes for protection. He also has a yellow and red scarf tied up around his dorsal fin. He has knee-pads and a belt buckle made of gold. The knee-pads are in the shape of squids, and the belt-buckle is shaped like a pufferfish.

Punk does not have much in terms of personal items ever since his captive life, but he does hold a sort of 'prized possession'; A Log Pose tied to a rope around his neck as a 'necklace', which he has stolen from a Marine Officer he killed during his escape. The Log Pose is broken and unusable, but he keeps it on himself as a trophy.

Personality:
Whilst many would probably view Punk Reille as being all too 'brash' and rude towards others, there are those who see true loyalty in his crude behavior. And indeed, due to his upbringing and having spent most of his years in captivity, means that having him react in such ways towards others, and not have them recoil back from him or be offended by him, means that they're trustworthy and worthy of befriending. Even if this is an odd manner of befriending others, Punk would not have it any other way, as he claims that there's a lot more worth in a person who can take a bit of crass words, than a person who will just shun you for telling them that their face is ugly.

This goes the other way too, if someone is ballsy enough to insult him back or just outright tell him something insulting to his face. He will see that as not an act of defiance and disloyalty, but of bravery and a hardened soul willing to travel with someone like him.

Morals:
Respect the down-trodden and the discriminated/abused. As a Fishman who has spent most of his life being nothing but a target for other's scorn and abuse, he does not wish to see another soul having to suffer through the same ordeals as he has, and is thus determined to offer people that protection (granted that they're willing to deal with his gruff exterior)

Punk's one true goal and dream is to show the world that fish-people and merfolk are of equal standing with mankind, and are not to be pushed around or enslaved at humanity's whim. It is the one thing he has wished to achieve since his long years in captivity, and seeing his people being treated the way they did.

Abilities:
The power of the Gasha Gasha no Mi allows the wielder to deconstruct and reconstruct any constructs or vehicles within a certain range of themselves, effectively making themselves an "Assimilation Human" that is capable of extreme flexibility and adaptivity in any situation. The wielder of this fruit's power is capable of making a large variety of weapons, mechanical suits, and other impressive constructs with its power.

Weakness:
However, aside from the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses of Sea Prism Stone and submerging the wielder, the Gasha Gasha no Mi is also very dependent on the readily available raw material around the wielder, as well as being very limited to the wielder's own knowledge and efficienty, as they have to know what they are making.

Special Moves:

Reconfigur-Arm - A special move that centers around his own prosthetic arm, Killer Punk will use the power of the Gasha Gasha no Mi to remodel and reconfigure his arm to whatever the situation calls for (and granted, if he has the materials to do so).

Reconfigur-Arm; Claw - Reconfigures his own arm to have a pincer-like extension with two flat, wrench-shaped clamps that can clamp down on objects and squeeze them extremely hard if he wants to. This is his usual, 'standard' reconfiguration of his arm.

Reconfigur-Arm; Cannon - Reconfigures his own arm to have the center of his arm open up with a cannon-hole in the center of it, allowing him to fire off cannonballs from his arm, which he reloads by filling a side-container on his upper arm with cannonballs.

Reconfigur-Arm; Gatling - Reconfigures his own arm into a rotary arm with his own pistols attached to it, thus creating his own version of a 'gatling gun' which rapidly fires against anything he aims at.

Reconfigur-Arm; Grappling Hook - Reconfigures his own arm to have a three-pronged hook that can be fired from his arm, converted into a cannon with a spool on the bottom end of it, which has a large coil of chain on it with the hook at the end. It is a basic maneuverability conversion, but the hook can be used to 'hook into' enemies and pull them closer to Punk, or to pull Punk closer to them.

Personal Equipment:

-- At any time, Punk will always have a waist-bag filled with carpenter tools and a small box of nails, for whenever he has to perform shipwright duties on the boat. Even with his Devil Fruit powers, there are some damages that need to be fixed by hand.

-- In combat, he usually likes to carry a large, heavy cutlass blade that would often pass as a 'greatsword' to normal humans, but is almost like a regular sword to him due to his stature.

-- Additionally, he has a whole belt of flintlock pistols strapped around his chest as well, holding up to six-seven of them at a time.

Skills:

-- Despite his rough upbringing on a Marine slave colony, Punk was quick to take in and learn about basic engineering and construction from when he was relatively young, and was a seasoned engineer when he was near his 20s. The forced labor and maintenance work he was put through are to thank for, as it now allows him to work as a shipwright for his crew, as well as having come in handy for when he consumed his devil fruit.

-- His upbringing also made him quickly become adept in hand-to-hand combat, as even without his powers, his sheer physical stature makes him an excellent brawler kind of guy, who is able to overpower his foes with sheer physical might and size, capable of throwing hard haymakers and being quite good at grappling foes.

-- He has a strong sense of leadership since he was more than often tasked with being the group leader of many of the colony's 'projects' that the Marines so graciously gave them, and he has learned to commandeer respect from even the rowdiest of people as a result, which served him well as a new and uprising captain.

Until Haki is capable of being learned, this will stay empty.

Combat Style:

Punk thrives in being a mid-to-close range specialist with his combat style, varying heavily between fighting from a range of 10-12 feet's distance, to up-close and personal with heavy beatdowns from his fist, or to slice them open with his cutlass. He will usually prefer to start things off at a distance, however, so he might be able to gauge an opponent's fighting capabilities, and then decide on whether to just utilize ranged firearms for the rest of the fight, or if he is willing to get in close and dirty with his foes. His size and power alone is able to flatten most foes, but with his prosthetic arm he is capable of dishing out even harder blows than most people.
