"Auntie... what are you...?" Tyra began to ask, then glanced at the carnage of plants having overrun the beach and her expression changed to one hardened by fury and resentment "...mother" she spat as Nymph began to run at her.
Tyra planted rows of seeds in her arms and began mutating them, then as Nymph charged she used seeds she'd already set up to grow vines that lashed out to try and wrap around the villains arms and legs to bind her... only for the villain to shrink into a tiny green glowing version of herself and dodge, successfully landing the gut punch as Tyra was caught entirely off guard. She staggered back and detached her initial volley of vines, those weren't suited for this job if the villain was tiny like this, and she didn't want to waste attention or energy keeping them around when they wouldn't help.
Instead Tyra extended a hand and grew a new set of several vines, these ones with large flower petal-like "hands" covered in sticky sap, these would lash out at Nymph and grab at her, if they connected the sap would make her stick to them and be immobilized as the petals would close around her and lock shut like some kind of venus flytrap. Tyra was still mutating more seeds in her body for follow up plans, but the more specialized plants took longer to set up... and someone like Nymph needed more specialized countermeasures.

Nymph giggled as she maneuvered around tyras trap but she couldnt be careless! She nearly got caught!
Suddenly, she would make her way towards Umi and the civilians and if tyra wasnt careful, she would get civilians stuck in the sticky sap too
If that wasnt enough, from nearby the ground would erupt from near tyra, flowers growing unnaturally but soon those flowers would grow into a massive size and morph into massive venus fly traps that threatened to trap tyra if she remained still
"look, i have tricks too!"
She gleefully cried out. She could feel the toll this attack had on her but she would keep going for as long as she could

Umi kept on helping the civilians out of the water. She turned, seeing the hero Mother Earth take a blow... and the villain was heading for her again! Umi quickly handed a few children she had been carrying across to one of the civilians, then turned to face the incoming woman. Umi took a defensive stance, her face screwed up in ferocity. She wouldn't let this villain past! If Mother Earth wasn't able to stop her from getting past, then Blue would have to do her best!

Tyra wasn't surprised when she was attacked with giant venus fly traps from beneath, this was someone related to her mother after all. She leapt out of the way, using some vines to push off and her large leafy wings to control herself in midair and slow her descent, they weren't large or strong enough for true flight, but they gave her some air time at least away from anything Nymph might create.
Nymph rushing towards the civilians was a problem though, that wooden bramble wall she made wouldn't stop someone Nymph's size from slipping through, so she concentrated her attack, the sticky sap vines shooting down through the air and getting between Nymph and the civilians. They hadn't been quite fast enough to catch her the first time around, but with a defensive line of them set up Nymph would be hard-pressed to get past without being snared.

Nymph was having so much fun that time had gotten away from her!
One moment she was a tiny, weaving through the other plant traps with ease and the next...
She was back to her true size just as she was making her way through the bramble. She had gotten hit by some of the sticky sap but in her bigger form it wouldn't be as debilitating as it would be if she were a small fairy. It was annoying though, along with some brand new scratches and cuts
"Aw shucks!"
She would note, as her own leafy creations had once again started to die away. A smile appeared on her face, though excited with the fight as it were
"that all you got aunty?!"
She yelled out, as she blew a raspberry at her. She would wash herself out with the water to rid herself of whatever sticky sap she had left on her, and then she would make her way towards blue, looking to get physical with the massive hero in training while Tyra was mid-air and currently unaccessible.

Umi was ready. She saw the villain coming, escaping from Tyra's sticky trap. She wasn't sure what was going on, but she knew she had to be a hero. Even unlicensed as she was... Umi lowered her head, took a deep breath...
"Water Spout!"
She released a thick plume of water from the top of her head. It filled the air in front of the villain, strong enough to blast her away before she could get to the civillians!

Tyra was still floating with her large leafy wings as the little villain returned to human size, yet still kept charging towards the student. Of course a progeny of her mother would be insane. Tyra could see the woman's quirk was deactivated in this state as the plants she'd made began to die, what did she expect was about to happen fighting a whale? Sure enough a plume of water would be launched at her while she lacked the tools to defend herself.
Well Tyra wasn't complaining, she'd grab one of the wooden structures making her initial wall and use it to hurl herself towards the now full sized Nymph, from her hand a large flower petal like structure would emerge, multiple petals tough as iron would spread out in a sphere trying to enclose Nymph inside as she was distracted and/or pushed back by the water plume and trap her. Once the petals closed around her they'd lock in place, forming a soft but tough ball that Tyra would quickly reinforce with more layers to prevent any hope of escape.

Nymph was aware of her powers waning though it would appear as she didn't notice it much at all as she continued to go about doing what she was doing. she was distracted talking to her aunt when blue activated her next attack and she was washed away by the powerful spout
"Woooaaahhhhhh"
she would exclaim as she flew off into the distance, away from any of the remaining civilians there
"that's a powerful stream of water you got, but I bet you didn't expect this!"
she goaded as she backflipped the moment she was able to get her bearings, and slowly closed in on the whale again, aiming to punch the student as soon as she had gotten outside the whales range (which was quite large)
to close the gap faster, she did leaps and front flips all the while forgetting about her aunt..
until she was trapped... at least for now.
"awww, aunty, this is no fun! I just want to play!"

Tyra's interaction trapped the nymph, and Umi sighed with relief. She turned to help the remaining citizens get to a safe distance, moving them to the edge of the beach. Even now, the police were setting up a perimeter. Umi explained her situation, "I'm a U.A. hero student!", and turned to watch Tyra and Nymph as the vines did the job well. She clenched her fists, swallowing, her heart pounding in her chest. A villain attack... they were getting bolder and bolder!

Tyra was relieved when her capture plant did it's job, but she wasn't planning on dropping her guard. She'd caught this one while her quirk was disabled for some reason... maybe a time limit, or a stamina thing. But considering she was still charging at people while full sized it likely wasn't that. No need to take risks here then. Tyra would reinforce the sphere Nymph was in with an outer layer of ironwood, she didn't have time to fully "cook" that seed to be as tough as steel or titanium, but the plant Nymph was already in was already pretty durable, with this extra shell busting out would be difficult.
While Umi got the civilians away, Tyra would begin dragging her captive towards the arriving police cars to transfer her over to them. "Your idea of fun and games is twisted just like mother, I'll interrupt your "games" as many times as it takes. I'm surprised she let you just go on a rampage though, this attack seems sloppy for her. What is she planning?" Tyra said, probing for information, the police interrogators might get something out of Nymph too, but if her mother was involved Tyra needed to know

Nymph shrugged inside of her little makeshift cell. She couldn't get out yet but... soon hopefully she would be out once more and cause more havok, not entirely yet aware of the scene that was going on outside but she contended that soon, the police would be showing up sooner rather than later.
"I dunno, never even met grandmother honestly. she cramps my style as much as you do to be honest, I can't be told what to do by anyone!"
she proclaimed, with her hands on her hips as if someone could see her and then...
she could feel it. her power was coming back to her again, and she would smile to herself. It was time to break out of here!
with a deep breathe, she would shrink down once more and form two vines, the ends coming together to a point, twisting, dancing around each other faster, and faster. the dancing would create a drill and she only needed a hole big enough for her to squeeze on through. it would take some time, but slowly and surely, she would eventually be able to get on out. until then, she would have to just bide her time those unsuspecting of her attempt to break out.
"I don't know much about grandmother, now that I think about it. Mother was always so busy training us, and making sure we were perfect soldiers and stuff for her army and all that hogwash"
she continued speaking as if it were just a casual conversation for her and not her causing mayhem and havok among the citizens

Tyra winced a bit as she felt something drilling into the shell she'd made around Nymph. Her nervous system extended through the plants grown out of her until she detached from them, so even though the drill was small it still hurt like hell.
"ugh, stop that, you're not getting out of there, I can regrow the damage you do, but it stings, I might not be allowed to kill you but I can still shake this shell and bounce you around like a pinball in there till you puke" Tyra scolded, unintentionally sounding just like a mean Auntie might. Tyra would grow a couple extra layers onto the shell to compensate for the damage Nymph was doing, something in her gut told her this was going to be a problem though. Nymph wouldn't be able to escape a regenerating shell like this, but the police were going to have a hard time keeping her imprisoned... still there wasn't much to be done about it than to give the cops sufficient warning. It wasn't like she was allowed to squish this little pixie, even if her gut was telling her eliminating anything related to her mother was probably the best course of action.
The tidbit about Nymph being trained to be part of an army was concerning though. If her mother was raising an army that could only mean bad news. She had to report that to the hero commission ASAP, they would need countermeasures ready to deploy. Her mother wasn't the kind of villain who could be handled by just whatever heroes happened to be nearby even when she was alone, let alone if she had troops.
That would have to wait though, first thing was handing this little brat over to the police, second was checking on the civilians and the UA girl.
