Sicily stands at an average height just shy of six feet with an average body build. Her skin is a dark milky shade of brown. Her hair, before her quirk manifested, was a dark forest green; the same shade of color her snake hair is. Her eyes are shaded one crimson and the other a golden with the sclera blackened. These eyes colors are reflected in the two main snakes on her hair named Avernus and Stella with Avernus having the crimson eyes on her left and Stella having the golden eyes on her right.
Civilian Clothes
Sicily sports a mint green dress shirt coupled with designer overalls and sandals. On her person is also a black choker with a gold amulet. When not wearing the overalls, she tends to wear denim shorts with thigh-high socks and designer loafers.More often than not, she also has with her a pair of gold-trim shades.
Hero Outfit
Paid by from her older brother’s money, she wears a silken minty-green dress inspired by grecian myth that is adorned with golden snakes that wrap around her body and shoulders that come complete with snake anklets and sandals to match.

General Personality
On the outside, Sicily can be seen as one who sees herself as superior to most others and looks down on those who are at least close to what talent she possesses. She does her best to not associate with the riff-raff and boasts tremendous amounts of confidence. However, this also belies a need to be seen as a top student and be a stellar example of what the Silverbright family should be. She dislikes pretenders or those that threaten her position as a top student but only out of fear for another reason altogether. Deep down, Sicily desires to be seen for what she is and not what the SIlverbright name has suggested she be. She wants to be taken away from the pressures that haunt her every step and to live a life without a shadow looming over her, ready to punish her for any mistake she makes.

The matriarch that has the current lineage of the Silverbright family in the palm of her hands. Demands the best from her family so they can be a shining example in both hero society and high society in general. Leads by example by being the hero dubbed Platinus aka the Glamour Heroine.

The husband of Elodie who is content as part of the support program, creating various gadgets and the like for pro heroes. Makes sure the gadgets are of the highest caliber and is content with his job rather than being a member of the prestigious Silverbrights.

Sicily’s younger sister who went missing a few years back during an earthquake in their hometown. Her whereabouts are unknown and is an open case still.

A prankster at heart, Stephen adores his family but not in the same way his mother sees it and is willing to spend the family fortune to find his younger sister Sadie and support Sicily in her dreams to someday be free of the family name. He follows in his father’s footsteps in the support track.

History
Ever since she was born, Sicily has had her life dictated by her parents all because they were part of a higher class of living than other people. They were also part of a prestigious, no-nonsense Hero family that bred the boldest and brightest to demonstrate their clout to high society. If anyone acted out, it reflected badly on them and thus the other members of the family got the backlash. Sicily specifically. Because as a child, she wanted to spend time with another child but the child in question was not “cut from the same cloth” as the Silverbrights and Sicily was heavily berated for sullying their name by associating with such filth. All she wanted to do was play with them but she denied even that simple activity.
As time went forward, their family grew. Her sister Sadie wound up missing one day and it brought about an entire ordeal and scandal that sent the Silverbright family into a downward spiral. Her mother was able to take the reins and pull the name back out of the mud and was now fighting extra hard to keep their family name clean. Sicily felt lonely after her sister’s disappearance but she had her elder brother Stephen to assure her that everything was to be fine. In fact, it was he who suggested she enroll into U.A. to become the hero that she wanted to be and not what their mother wanted. But alas, her mother would be the one to enroll her and would keep an extra close eye on all her activities and ensure she got the best education possible from the prestigious academy.
Once again, her shoulders were heavy with burden to not desecrate the Silverbright name and to act as a Silverbright should. She needed to succeed. She needed to be perfect. She needed to be better than perfect. If she messed up even once, her mother would yank this chance away from her and she’d never become what she wanted most of all. If she displayed even the slightest hint of her own desires, her mother would pull her from U.A. and she’d never again be able to prove herself.
This was her chance.
And so she wound up passing the exam with flying colors, demonstrating her pedigree attained from countless hours of training and showing just how strong her Quirk was. It was flexible, powerful, and above all else speedy. It was not as fast as most speed quirks that were already in existence but enough for it to blend seamlessly into her control of her Quirk and earning a place among the 1-A students.

Her hair is literally just snakes but snakes that can regrow endlessly even when cut or damaged so long as the main twin snakes named Avernus and Stella remain and respond to her thoughts as quick as a synapse. Their length can reach up to 4 meters each and can lift enormous weights and both carry and lift Sicily herself. All but the main two snakes lack venom while the main ones contain a numbing, non-lethal toxin in their fangs that can gradually paralyze a bitten area over the course of 5 minutes then lasts for 10. Their durability and strength are stronger when combined as they are weak on their own but extremely fast to strike.

The limits at which the snakes can both regenerate and extend are tied to the user’s own body as the speed at which the snakes regenerate gets significantly lower with the brain becoming increasingly exhausted with every regen. Eventually, this will will result in the wielder becoming exhausted and must rest for twice the recommended amount of sleep to full recover and even longer if pushed beyond this.
Fighting Style
Sicily will always keep her distance as much as she can to allow her quirk to deal blows rather than her ever touching her targets with her own hands or feet. She will do whatever it takes to ensure she is as far away as possible, fleeing and increasing the distance between her targets’ attacks.
