Crew Information
Taskforce Name: DOGS (80th Branch / West Blue)
A marine crew charged with overlooking the many different islands of the West Blue just like any other marine crew in the west. While they make their way between islands, Commander Leyte is to alert the world government of any newbies who show great promise. He's built a reputation off of being able to both watch over the seas, and produce great results from the many strays he pulls into his... "exotic" crew. There are times where this force is put in charge of pirate hunting small fry crews before they become too big of a problem and attempt to enter the grand line. Those who show the most promise are usually moved to another base and promoted accordingly.
Captain: Thomas Leyte
Members: 50 members strong
Names: Captain Thomas Leyte aka Captain Tilt
Role: Instructor --- Commando
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Age: 62
Rank(For marines): Former Commodore, demoted to Captain a long while ago, and has refused any promotions afterward as he has decided to place his bets on the future of the marines.
Bounty(For Pirates):
Physical Description: A silver fox of a man, built strong and sturdy from years of experience. Silver hair and beard decorate his face, while cool blue eyes gift his pale face some color. He is roughly 6'5 and weighs a fair amount. In most cases, he will simply dawn his marine uniform. He hadn't made too many alterations, just a few feathers in his breast pocket, where most people would keep a hankerchief or pocket square. He's most known for his armor, which is supplied by the D'elta family. It's a fine suit, whose sharp knuckles and points of the claws are mended with sea prism stone. Both he and Nile boast these suits
General Personality: A headstrong geezer who's bark matches his bite. He abides by the rules 99% percent of the time, and only really breaks the rules to pick up strays onto his crew. He look into someones potential without bias, and see them as an asset. This is what got him his demotion and sent to the back into the West Blue, the very waters he grew up in. He takes those "strays" in and treats his crew like a disfunctional family. While he is to aid in keeping the west calm and safe, his passion lies in teaching. While he isn't particularly liked by HQ he is well respected for his ability to raise and spit out reputable Marines from his crew. As the leader of WatchTower, he is a dedicated and patient force carefully tending to his "kindergarden" crew.
Combat Style: He doesn't often fight. In fact, he'd rather leave that to the youngins. When he DOES have to fight, Tilt is primed and ready to beat justice into his foes with old tride and true military martial arts. With his great athleticism, and overwhelming strength he can beat most foes without even having to reveal any high level techniques. This is especially true when he aims to dive onto Devil Fruit Users with his specialty armor.
Devil Fruits: N/A
Known History: He was far more known back in the day, for brawling head to head against pirate captains. Nowadays, he's the well loved veteran and leader of his own crew. He at one point wanted to reach the top of the marines, but a recent demotion has led him to believe the best way to make change is to start at the roots of the organization. For giving some pirates a pass on their crime and bounties to become recruits, Commodore Leyte received the rank Captain and was forced back into the West Blue where he grew up. He would make this his habit, and becoming one of the leading figures in the 80th branch to become well known for raising formidable groups of men from the ground up. Perhaps it was his time spent in the grand line, or perhaps it was because he was indiscriminately adding people to his ranks regardless of their origin, but the fact remained, the old man was spitting out generation upon generation of elite rookie marines. Majority of Leyte's strays would rank up extremely fast and get sent to work in other branches.
Lieutenant Junior Grade Nile D'elta (Second Mate/ Devil Fruit Hunter)
Ensign Secco La'Province (Look Out/Assassin)
Names: Cassius Himmer
Role: Barber --- Assassin
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Age: 20
Rank(For marines): Ensign
Bounty(For Pirates):15,000 beli, a known slasher from Yellow Key. Was making roughly around the same amount of noise if not more than Secco.
Physical Description: A tall and slender man, with a wild mop of hair. It seems wild, but on closer look, every cuticle is perfect. He present and eerily serious expression, and towers over most at 7'3 as the second tallest crewmate.
General Personality: He's generally pretty quiet, and tries to enjoy his second chance at life. He passed the time by cleaning up after his fellow crewmates, and making sure they are well groomed. Being in the military has given him a great sense of belonging, and as such he will defend any crew member with his life.
Combat Style:
Swordsman: At his hip is a military-grade Katana. He can cross a blade with people with most people despite not being a traditional swordsman. In fact, it's why Leyte had an eye on him.
Straight Razor and leather strop: A small and fine blade, who's edge is taken more care of than his own impeccable appearance. His belt has a leather attachment that he glides the blade along to sharpen and hone. He does this endlessly, so that he may achieve cuts with no resistance. This was his first weapon, and he can actually outclass most swordsmen with it. Generally, if he pulls this small barbering tool out to cut you, it means he's gotten serious and will aim to kill you, if not knick a few hairs and years off your lifespan.
Devil Fruits: If your NPC has eaten a Devil Fruit, place it here. If not, then omit this section. Simply list fruit, effects, and any moves that the NPC has developed.
Known History: There had been a rising threat of a slasher around the same time the Wolf of Province grew to popularity. Interestingly enough, Leyte snatched of Cassius roughly 5 hours before snatching up Secco.
Names: Sharoluos Eldorad aka Prince Charles
Role: Janitor --- Swordsman
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Rank(For marines): Choreboy/Recruit, recently promoted to Warrant officer
Bounty(For Pirates):
Physical Description: A blonde young man who looks like he hasn't seen a single hardship in his life. It's because he hasn't... but this doesn't take away from his outstanding work ethic, and physical prowess.
General Personality: He sees himself head and shoulders above the rest, not by ability, but by station. He is a prominent member of Yellow Key's upper crust. As it stands, he is the richest of the crew.
Combat Style: He is a fencer, and a hand to hand specialist. He is good with regular blades, but with a fine point...he could out-fence a bandit with a small needle, if need be. Despite only using the point of his blade for offense, its deadliness is just as passionate as a roaring lion.
Devil Fruits: N/A
Known History: Looooooooong story short, he forced his family's hand. The deal was they get to keep their precious name, while their wild child joins the marines and learns some discipline.
Many GRUNTS beneath them.

Names: Jacoby Corse
Role: First Mate --- Quarter Master
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Age: 35
Rank(For marines): Former Warrant Officer, recently promoted to Lieutenant for aiding Tilt with so many newbies.
Bounty(For Pirates):
Physical Description: Among strong and honed bodies, Corse is on the weaker end of the spectrum, but is incredibly agile. He is fair skinned with dark features. To be honest, if he weren't wearing all black, and weren't always attached to Captain Tilt at the hip, he'd be easily confused with a low level grunt. His next easiest identifier is his trusty dog, "Kuschner."
General Personality: A snake, a weasel, someone low down and rotten. His justice consists of getting ahead and shitting on those beneath him. Despite having such sour qualities, he's a perfect second in command and contrast to Captain Tilt. Tilt's inspires like a heroistic war vet, whereas Corse is just fine playing the villain if need be. The two are the sincere definition of good cop, bad cop. He makes moves that are well thought out, and conniving. The methodology is generally despicable, but he has a knack for getting things done in a smooth and quick fashion.
Combat Style: In a one on one, the other person is garunteed to win. But if he has command of some goons, and coordinates himself properly... well, now you've got yourself a fight! He relies heavily on using his head. Whether it be tricking foes, manipulating allies, or doing elaborate trap setups, Corse blends his bullying nature and superb sniping to put his cowardice, and dishonorable ways to use. He's at his absolute best if he's got someone cornered. With his trusty dog, sniper and a crew at his command, he is a superb pirate hunter.
Devil Fruits: N/A
Known History: Not much is known about Corse, but that's because most people are too afraid of speaking about him. He trampled over just about everyone just to get where he is. He's sees Captain Thomas Leyte, as a free pass to work a leisurely job as the assistant to an old fart who is good at training recruits, seamen and other low lives. He's softened up just a tiny bit recently... Maybe's he's getting attached to this crew. Maybe it's :Leyte working his magic.
Names: Kuschner
Role: Pet --- Scout
Race: Dog
Gender: Male
Age: 4
Rank(For marines): Pet
Bounty(For Pirates):
Physical Description: A large doberman pincer with a proud stance, and lean muscle. Strong jaws allow the doggo to dig in and snap on foes. Big paws and a nimble body allow him to maunever and run, as he protects the crew as best he can. He's also got quite the nose.
General Personality: A loyal stud of a dog, always ready for action and is caring to the crew. He sniffs out low down pirates and expects a treat and a pat on the head in return. Of the crew, he particularly favors Thomas Leyte, Jacoby Corse, and Secco La'province
Combat Style: Paired with any one of the many snipers, Kuschner is a viable asset. He will point and they will shoot.
Devil Fruits: If your NPC has eaten a Devil Fruit, place it here. If not, then omit this section. Simply list fruit, effects, and any moves that the NPC has developed.
Known History: There isn't much to know. He was picked up on an island during a mission, and never let go. He's been loved by the crew since they met him.
