It's been like this so long, even with the new sense of freedom and looser regulations, she still prefers this short bob haircut. Her hair his silver, with matching dark grey eyes.
Clothes: A black uniform and sailor hat. On her back is the kanji for justice, and she wears it with pride. worn on her shoulders are holsters, where she keeps explosive pellots for combat. Personal Items:
Personal Info
Personality: Coming from such a high-ranking family, she is surprisingly down to earth and kind. She is a hard work and holds duty close to her heart, as she basically chose being in the military over working in the weapons business with her family. She's quite knowledgeable when it comes to book smarts, but there are plenty of times when she has a ditsy moment because she still experiences so many firsts in comparison to most people. She view high ranking military members as heroes, and wants to work her way up the ladder to be able to make a real difference the same way captain Leyte trains rejects without any bias. She rest just as hard as she works. When it comes to partying or relaxation, she will do just that with all of her might. She does just about everything 100%, or not at all.
Morals:
There's a thin veneer of rich girl that pushes her judgement, but she's trying very hard to break out of that. She comes off very real and ground, able to see both sides of a story BUT she values the law and authority. So with a grain of salt, she often thinks the government knows best, and will follow through on orders without questioning them. As honorable as that is, it could be to her detriment, depending on her commanding officer.
Passion:
Loyalty to the world government
A good meal
New toys!!! (Weapons, armor, or ships to gawk at)
Loathe:
Pirates and criminals
People who abuse their power
Traitors
Flaw:
Too trusting of authority. (Maybe a bit green to certain orders from veteran marines)
Personal Goal/Dream: To become admiral
Defining Moment:
Thomas chuckled as he was tackled by the young girl. "I'm only here to do some business with your parents. I promise I'll be back to visit." Nile wouldn't listen of course, she'd cry and cry. For her Thomas was a source of adventure in her life. The walls of her home were high, and all she was ever subjected to was tutor after tutor. She wanted a way out. Since young all she could ever recall wanting, was a sense of self direction, and not have her whole life planned out for her. That's where Leyte came in. The soldier wouldn't come often, but when he did, he'd deliver the best stories of action at see, or beating up bad guys. The gentleman was a real-life super hero in the flesh.
For someone of her caliber, she respected all soldiers, but it was Thomas who taught her that it was so much more than policing a country. There were good times, bad times, and everything in between. Something that gave light to a young woman who only knew the business ideals of her father. It would be the last time she saw Leyte, that he'd give her one of his badges of honor. "When you find your way into the marines. Let them know who sent you, and show them this." He'd pin it right to her dress. "The world is waiting for you. I'll be sure to whip you into shape so that you're ready for it. If you play yours cards right, you'll be able to make much more change than you realize."
Nile looked at it in awe. It was something so important, yet he spared nothing. He was fully inviting her to become marine if she wished for it. "Engrave this feeling in your heart, and understand if you stand with justice, only greatness awaits you!" With that, he'd salute her and strut back to his crew. With stars for eyes, Nile would salute back! Her eyes tracked him all the way until he was out of sight, and she surely did remember those words. It's what would pull her through bootcamp and propel her right into the DOGS crew.
Tactics info
Personal Equipment:
Delta Armor: Gauntlets with Sea Prism claws and spikes. Along with those, she has shin gaurds with the same matching sea prism spikes at the gauntlets. While Leyte choose a full armor, Nile chose a set that played to her strengths of mobility. It's a skillful grade armor created by the D'Elta family. They often help out with sea prism weapons and armors to supply to the marines.
Smoke pellets
Explosive pellets
Scythe- A pole weapon boasting a sharp double edge sickle at the end.
Skills:
Marines standard training in Martial Arts and Marksmanship
Weapons repair and polish
Physical fitness and Endurance
Haki:
Until Haki is capable of being learned, this will stay empty.
Combat Style:
Nile is a hand to hand specialist, who spent years trying to catch up and finally get onto the same crew as one of her heroes. She fights defensively taking full advantage of her great armor to mangle foes with the spikes and claws of her armor, or keep them at a distance with her scythe. With parries, spinning slashes and sturdy blocks, it's hard to find an opening on her. Those military training drills have made it reflex to always have her guard up, and look for problems to solve rather than look at it as a simple fight. With such and evasive and defensive fighting style, it's a task just to get in close, and if you do, her cqc skill may make an enemy regret it.
Techniques:
Justice - A hand chopping motion honed to crack through boulders.
Clutch- With the sea prism stone claws of her armor, Nile will grab on with an incredibly sharp grip and break bones if she can get to them.
Cleave- a scythe strike that only strikes using the point of the blade. It's strike so focused that it can pierce through several feet like a rifle's bullet.
Reverse Cleave- Knocking someone on their ass with the blunt end of the scythe's pole.
Shell Stance- A defensive stance exposing a foe to the spikes of her armor. The enemy will likely harm themselves if a strike is misplaced. Leyte taught this to Nile so she can learn Tekkai soon.
