She was trained by Destin alongside her brother to become a proficient fighter from a young age.

She is a bit more realistic and sometimes even pessimistic with her expectations, so she tries to temper her feelings before receiving news about something. She's got quite a lot of pent-up energy and uses conflict to dish that out. Out of the two, she's a bit more "suited" for warfare than her brother, and that's perfectly fine. Perhaps it's that older sibling instinct to protect him, even if it is only a few seconds. She enjoys adventuring just as much and loves reminiscing. She chronicles just about anything, especially a wild fight, or cool discovery. Despite growing up in this lifestyle, she's yet to lose her spark. In fact, she sees herself becoming a captain over her own crew one day.

-When the crew came across a odd fruit, both Destin and Bookend immediately knew it was a devil fruit. They had one more in storage, and were thinking of using it was bargaining chips incase they got into a hair situation. Before they could secure them into one of Michelle's books for safekeeping, the twins each ate their own respective devil fruit.
- The moment they were getting chased by marines all the way to Las Camp, and she got to see what being a Captain truly meant. Destin delegated tasks, and the twins, despite their age, were put on the front lines to help defend the ship. It was how they got their title, and their first bounty.
-The most defining moment was when she and Poe made a bet to see who could come up with the most treasure in a three-day span. While Poe was able to get into some storage house in Las Camp, Bliss was able to perform a one-man siege on 3 cruise liners. It was a bunch of folks just enjoying lunch and champagne on the water. After demolishing their light marine security, she was able to bag some maps, and some extremely nice jewelry. She'd point the civilians to the emergency boats, before sinking the ships one by one. The marines about would have to fend for themselves and survive the treacherous sea. It was safe to say, she won both the contest and a higher individual bounty.
-On the anniversary of the Black Hair Pirates creation, the crew celebrates its many years of methodical additions and preparations. At 50 members strong, Destin felt they were ready to head for the grand line and tackle whatever threats they came up against. On this night, the twins were dubbed with the title Lead Explorer.

Triangle Point Soot- An improved blade usually extended from the palm of her hand or the under barrel of her pistol like a bayonet. She can extend it far to skewer enemies.
Soot Launcher- Should she run out of bullets, she sends slash waves, or large wads of hardened soot as a projectile.
Clutch Toxica- A projectile version of Ashen Hand, where she unleashed a frenzy of outstretched hands to either punch down on an enemy with great force, or clutch them down in a powdery soot swarm. While powerful in its own right as an attack or trap, the particles in the air are toxic to breathe in. A long winded assault can cause someone to pass out, especially if she can clutch onto their face.
Engine Toxica- Extending her hand into a violent moving cloud/fist of soot to slam into a foe with the speed and impact of a freight train. It a lot like smoker's White blow, but Soot empowered
Bomb Toxica- A condensed swing of whirling soot that explodes into a black powdery shockwave, that covers the immediate area in soot.
Smog Toxica- A cloudlike movement to both evade and spread toxins for her victims to breathe in.

Homegrown Commando- Blissy is a non-traditional gunslinger who is a streaky damage dealer. She will attempt to completely overwhelm and shut down enemies with dives and quick in and out exchanges with her devil fruit. On top of a loaded arsenal of her own, she's a perfect assistant to almost everyone on the crew, as her logia allows for a lot of creativity. A great deal of her combat is improvisation and as such. It's hard to pin down how to deal with it. She can handle herself well in long wars of attrition.
Techniques:
Inquisitor's Folly- An extremely violent pistol whip. A devastating move she learned from Kaz.
Inquisitor's Gusto- A punch jamming the end of her barrel into an opponent whilst pulling the trigger as many times as possible.
Combination Move: Dead Space- By hyper heating a soot-made snow fall, the twins will create a large haze that Blissy can take advantage of with her fruit or a way for them to run away. It's extremely dangerous to breath in.
