Okay, this guy was really starting to get on Koneko's nerves now. He was standing there, preaching about just how bad U.A High was at their job of teaching people what the world was all about... that somehow, their hero studies were all wrong and just had them put on rose-tinted glasses to see the world, and that there would always be people abusing their powers, and how there'd always be people being abandoned or suffering from crimes. Questioning about the popularity and ranking, the glam and the money... she was about to snap out at him, before she heard something from underneath the earth. Like iron wires being pulled taut...
"I wish you'd open your eyes... Quick Seal."
Then the pull and snap came, as thousands of wires and tendrils would erupt from the earth after being pulled violently and firmly, constricting the ground itself into a weave so tight that it'd cause it to pop open and erupt all over the area, as if an earthquake had taken place. As soon as she saw the ground begin to split, Koneko had taken to moving into a safer position, her feet bursting up in flames as she'd launch herself high up in the air, and then blast herself over to a building roof as she'd glare down at Frank.
"Damn it, for someone who seems to be goin' on about how heroes suck, y'know real little of 'em! I don' give a shit about all that rankin' crap! An' who the hell are ya to say that I made the wrong choices, eh!? What else should I have done!?"
She paused a bit, wondering if she should keep explaining. But she chose to refrain from it for now, unless she'd be prompted to.
"Well if tha's how you wanna play it, wire-boy! I can keep goin' all day!"
She kept herself on the adjacent roof-top for now though. She remembered that lightning from Kako earlier, and now with the ground all wettened, it was too perfect of a plan... so he had to sus them all out."

Frank remained steadfast and resolute in his stance. "... All that matters is the truth. "
Frank bit his lip in annoyance, that took more out of him than he would have liked. Reeling most of it back in was the correct choice. He turned and watched as she took flight. Still, the wet pavement was a good touch. With the burst pipe, the nearest hydrant would burst soon to counter the overwhelming pressure. That would soak the street entirely. He was confident in that. The issue lay in figuring out how to lockdown that level of mobility. He still had some tricks up his sleeve. A bright flash emitted from the corner of his vision. A lightning bolt ripped through the air and right at the hero! Kako was a ways away, but her countershock ability could reach places she couldn't. She could find a place before, but shooting Koneko out of the sky WAS something she could assist in!
Sparks vibrated from her fingertips, the origin of the lightning bolt. "It's ALL wrong! Why do you think I'm with him and not an agency! If you gave a chance instead of judging, maybe you could see the flaws too!" Her face was bright red. She felt like she was sticking up for Frank, even though it was clear he could hold his own. Frank was right though, Koneko was a hero... blind to the various shades of grey the world had to offer. Kako's own circumstances was a more grey dilemma within itself. She grew up forced to care about heroics, and forced to train by her father, taught to hate Kagayaku by her mother... While the end goal was for good, it was the most toxic environment... One she was born in and could only dream of escaping. Escape to a reality that finally matched her ideals and person. She didn't know Koneko well enough to speak on her situation, but she damn sure would back Frank up on his.
The two were in the same boat after all. In NJPD.

"Well we'll see about that, you fuckin' delusional-"
Koneko was about to comment on Frank's statement about the 'truth', which she just felt was him trying to deflect her statement, as she aimed her hand at Frank, fire already sparking and building up within, before a flash of light streaked through the air and a lightning bolt hit her dead-center! She cried out as the bolt struck her chest, a pained scream before she fell out of the air, and splashed into a large puddle on the ground. Sparks made her body involuntarily twitch now and then, before she'd push herself up, slowly, groaning in pain.
"N-Ngh... damn it. DAMN IT! WHO THE HELL ARE YOU TO FUCKIN' JUDGE ME, BITCH?!"
That very uncharacteristic choice of words tore itself out of Koneko, aimed straight at Kako in the distance after she made her statement. Clearly, Kako seems to have struck a nerve with Koneko, and she was not happy. In fact, she seemed to... lose control a bit. Her body begins to literally steam with whatever pent-up rage and frustration she has building up in her, her heat radiating off of her as the puddle around her feet quickly evaporates into steam that floats up around her, and then the water in her near vicinity begins to dry up as well.
"HOW 'BOUT YOU TWO STOP FUCKIN' JUDGING FOR A CHANGE?! I know, okay?! I fuckin' know this system ain' perfect! It's got problems! But... BUT WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!? BEIN' A HERO IS ALL I GOT!"
Her screaming was now directed at both of them, her emotions running on an ever high as the heat expelled from her was now enough to evaporate all the water around her in a wide radius. And more over, her whole body started to expel fire from various parts, especially her fingertips, ears, her one covered eye, and her chest-hole.
"But what would YOU guys know, huh!? Would you guys even CARE to understand what some heroes have gone through, huh!? I bet you WOULDN'T!"
And then her feet literally erupted into bursts of flames again, as she would blast herself off at blinding speeds again, straight at Frank seemingly. But at the last moment, she'd raise her hand up, flames erupting from her whole hand and fingers, releasing as a big bursting explosion of flame and heat right in front of Frank, and she'd also use the explosion to reposition her mid-flight trajectory, and would fly past Frank and straight at Kako! She hated that she had to do it... but now BOTH of them were in her sights. They both had to be taken out. And so she aimed to fly right at her, speed building with each burst of flames from her feet, as she aimed to dash in towards her and then duck low to sweep at her legs, and then shoot up with a knee-jab into her side.

"HOW 'BOUT YOU TWO STOP FUCKIN' JUDGING FOR A CHANGE?! I know, okay?! I fuckin' know this system ain' perfect! It's got problems! But... BUT WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!? BEIN' A HERO IS ALL I GOT!"
"You're more than a job title, find out who you are!" Kako yelled back, gritting her teeth. Koneko was the exact thing she was running away from becoming. A person who was empty. IF she became a hero, Kako knew deep in her core she'd be an empty person. Seeing her opponent like this made her grateful to how found a place to call home and explore herself.
"But what would YOU guys know, huh!? Would you guys even CARE to understand what some heroes have gone through, huh!? I bet you WOULDN'T!"
To be honest, Kako didn't really know what to expect in Blazing Hellfire Kitty's actions, but this definitely wasn't it. It seemed like she was having trouble keeping herself reeled in as she seethed with anger. Frank scoffed. "We'd know all about it..." They would. One wanted to be a hero (Frank) and one was being forced by family(Kako), but both became vigilantes regardless of how they got there. Both were the result of a crooked hero society. Frank braced himself still not going on the offensive really. He was more set on trapping the UA graduate, but the was quickly changing as she changed directions to head toward Kako. The explosion would block his vision, but with the swipe of his arm tendrils would swipe through the smoke and flickering flame. As much as he was proud Kako was able to land a hit, he felt he had things under control. If this "hero" were going to put Kako in harm's way, well, he could attack in gest. He'd point his hand at the girl, nodding for Kako to move.
Despite Koneko speeding right towards her, Kako kept her eyes on Frank who would nod. Spark danced along her hair as she anticipated an incoming attack. If speed was the name of the game, the lightning user had it in spades. She'd jump over the sweep, and train her eyes along the building, then toward Frank. With a projected path in mind, by the time the rising knee came, Koneko would be sending her legs through the electrifying trail she'd leave behind. In a blur, Kako would bound along the building and reappear skidding to a stop by Frank's side.
"Seems you don't actually care about who anyone actually is. Just that you know if they are friend or foe. " Frank said, still restraining himself from attacking. He wanted to, but he was seeing a bit more similarities than he'd have liked. They weren't judging at all despite what the hero may have thought. "We're not you're enemy! You're the one that started this fight when we only tried to go home..."

Both her attacks missed, as Koneko was kicking at nothing but thin, electrified air as she'd spin herself in mid-air to stabilize herself, teeth grit so tightly you could hear them gnash and grind from a mile away, staring down Frank and Kako now as she seemed to grow more and more... unstable. Her whole body shaking violently, the heat radiating off of her being visible and distorting the air around her, and her flames growing ever larger as they sprouted out of her body, her fingers, ears, tail-tip and right eye now being a constant haze of fire. Why? WHY?!
Why was she getting so worked up about this?!She just wanted to beat the bad guys, lock 'em up, and call it a day! But instead... instead, she found that these two were not villain-like at all. They just wanted to help and go home. She knew all about vigilantism and how they were painted as stains upon hero society, how they were way more violent and merciless in neutralizing villain threats. But from what she was seeing now, that was not the case! Conflicting thoughts and emotions raced through her head. What should she do? She had to beat these people up and lock 'em up! It's what heroes do to keep peace in society! If she let them go, then she'd be viewed as unreliable! And she could not... WOULD NOT... "Seems you don't actually care about who anyone actually is. Just that you know if they are friend or foe. "Her left, normal eye found itself growing damp, as rage-fueled tears streamed down her face and evaporated off her cheek. "We're not you're enemy! You're the one that started this fight when we only tried to go home...""S-Shut up... shut up... shut up shut up shut up shut up SHUT UP!!!! I DUN' NEED TO HEAR JACKSHIT FROM EITHER O' YA! YOU KNOW NOTHIN' OF HOW I GOT HERE! NOTHING!!! YOU WANNA KNOW WHY I BECAME A HERO, HUH?! FINE, SINCE IT'S FUCKIN' SHOW AN' TELL APPARENTLY, I'LL DO IT! MY DAD PULLED A FUCKIN' DICK-AND-DASH ON MY MOM, LEFT HER TO HAVE TO CARE FER ME ALL ON HER OWN! NEVER CAME BACK, NOT EVEN WHEN MOM GOT DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER! I HAD'TA CARE FER HER ALL ON MY OWN, ALL WHILE THE NEIGHBOR KIDS KEPT PESTERIN' ME BECAUSE OF MY QUIRK BEIN' COOL, AND I HAD'TA KEEP SHOVIN' THEM ASIDE TO CARE FOR MOM, BUT SHE DIED ANYWAY! AND 'CAUSE NONE O' THE KIDS LIKED ME 'CAUSE I HAD TO CHASE 'EM OFF, I WAS LITERALLY ALL ALONE 'CEPT FOR MY AUNT WHO HAD TO LOOK AFTER ME! I WAS ALL ALONE!!!! BUT 'DEN I GOT INTO U.A, AND I FINALLY FELT LIKE I HAD A PLACE! LIKE I HAD PURPOSE! T'BE A HERO AN' FINALLY GET RECOGNITION AN' RESPECT! BUT 'DEN HERE YOU COME, TRYIN' TO INVALIDATE ALL O' THAT! SO Y'KNOW WHAT?!Suddenly, as if her rage and sadness had truly peaked in her, her flames burst into life again, but this time, it was not the usual orange-red flames... parts of her body, her ears, fingers, her entire tail, and the furnace hole in her chest and eye... they burst into life with vibrant, dangerous blue flames. "FUCK YOU BOTH AN' BURN IN HELL!!!!!" And with a thrust of her hands, her palms would erupt into two giant, extremely hot and volatile plumes of deep blue flames, which roared out of her hands and rushed straight for both Frank and Kako, the size of the flamethrower she expelled almost being akin to a 'tidal wave' of flames that now rushed straight for them, the blue flames being much hotter and intense than her regular flames.

"WAIT WAIT WAIT, sloooooow down. We can talk it out!" Kako tried to speak to her with open arms. All this pain wasn't for show. Despite it being a breakdown on the battlefield, it seemed to fuel Koneko... Something was different. Her flame, was it flickering a new color, getting brighter...hotter? Police cars could be heard closing in quickly, but they explode before ever getting to close. Something or someone in the distances was keeping this encounter a private affair. Izumi cackled watching the fight. Now this was entertainment! During Koneko's breakdown, something seemed to catch Frank's attention. --Tch tchchchchhh. Communicator static would come from Frank's neck. "Mmmmmm, I don't know how much time I can buy you. She's my quirk's weakness. Blue flame, who woulda thought she could do that? Make an opening and I-"Frank would yank the small device from his body before the regent could even finish talking and crush it in frustration, snarling. "This is going to cut it close..." He'd point both hands at Koneko, both thin and thick wires writhing out slowly, and ejecting any foreign object, except for one. He glared the girl down. Kako looked between the two. The voice of reason, she- "This is so pointless, Frank, we CAN'T! Stop pointing those things at her!" Frank ignored her as Koneko's new color came with a healthy helping of ire and bloodlust from the hero, if they could even call her that. "FUCK YOU BOTH AN' BURN IN HELL!!!!!"In this situation, she was the villain. As such, Frank would finally attack to kill, but first-
"UNDONE!"His oblique would unstitch itself letting a hand would erupt from his body, and quite literally snatch Kako from where she was standing. Tendrils would outstretch at an incredible speed to launch Kako onto the nearest rooftop for safety. Kako scratched and scraped her way to the roof's edge. Seeing Koneko's attack, Kako couldn't help herself. " FRAAAAAAAAAAAAAANK!" Her voice cracked in desperation, even with so many tendrils busy, the undone limb remained firm to keep the young vigilante out of harm's way. With so much effort and excess tendrils being put into holding Kako back at such a distance, his power output be fractioned. Frank couldn't help but smile... He meant to fire this move at the HellFire Kitty a while ago, but someone was subconsciously holding him back. It was the wrong time to chuckle, but Kako had a good heart. Frank could see that clear as day. Til the very end, she tried to sort things out peacefully. "Harpoon stitch." Many of the tendrils would hook themselves into the ground and pull up a wall of concrete and rock. Two extremely tiny wires would eject and pierce through the rock wall, and even snake through the incoming wave of fire. Koneko hadn't moved from the spot, and with all that fire, Frank hoped she wouldn't see this coming. Sadly they'd never make it to their target. The wave of blue flames would crash into the rocks. The outer edge would turn molten as it reacted to the heat coming. The wave of flame would wash over the obstacle entirely. Kako's eyes widened feeling the hand go limp, only causing her to scream more.
"Well done team...Well done. Guess I've got to work some magic." Izumi said watching Frank, at the very least, get Kako out of the way.
The woman held the waiter over the edge of the building with one arm, the other arm clutching a bottle of wine like it was sent from heaven above. The whole roof was engulfed in a white haze, the very calcium powder she needed for her power. A grotesque cracking sound would be heard lurching over the nearest city blocks. "Sir, what can I say? I've had a wonderful time." The man would only whimper in response. " It's a shame I have to leave so soon. Musutafu, out of all places, is calling my name. There's a few people I must must must see. I will say. My review of this place is five stars. The food, the wine, the staff. UGH, LOVED IT... to die for! " She'd go ahead and let him go. The calcium haze would whirl violently as she leaped down, disappearing completely. The cracking of oversize bones would follow the haze's trajectory and become more apparent than ever, especially over Koneko's head.
Giant bone fingers would crash around the outraged hero in a circle. Each one shook the ground more than the last. Next, four giant full skeletons would come crashing down from the sky above. They'd wriggle about to find their bearings in this blue-flamed landscape but would break down and emit more calcium powder and smoke. They'd try to stand, but their bodies would cremate and smoke. The battlefield was beginning to look like a hellscape. One of the skeletons fell, unnaturally and conveniently right above where Frank's body was, the accumulated ash putting out any fire. In this disturbing scene, Koneko could see the remnant of the barrier, and Frank, or a charred version of Frank standing, pointing at her with a shaky finger. "Remember who started this." The figure's mouth wouldn't move. Even with the tendrils releasing the excess layers of skin... they'd soon run out. One by one, limb by limb, Frank's body fell apart until all that would be left is a tight knot of his surviving organs. A jolt of lightning would pierce the haze, and crash near Frank's location. With tears rolling down her face, Kako would scoop the knot of tendrils up and sprint off into white haze. There seemed to be a third figure. It seemed to size up Hell Fire Kitty in this state, giggling and finally sprinting off behind the vigilante. Giant skeletal creatures seemed to keep popping out of nowhere in this haze. They didn't move. They only watched the blue-blazing Hellfire Kitty. They'd only move to defend and never attack, even though she could easily cremate them.

She was not realizing what she was doing. It was as if the overload of emotions were overtaking her, and making her do and act in ways she didn't even know were possible, or that she would opt for in the slightest. She had more or less 'overloaded', and needed a way to vent it out urgently. And in this situation... Frank was just an apt target for her rage and despair. As the blue flames roared forward like a wall of incinerating death, they vaporized the tendrils Frank sent for her, as well as melting the wall of concrete before him, and charring him badly all over, as she just stared at him, completely ignoring the giant fingers crashing around her as the raw heat she emitted was more than enough to reduce them to cremated ashes all around her, being blown off by the hot air she emitted.
"Remember who started this."
Those words made Koneko somehow shake herself conscious, as she just stared at the bundle of limbs and the tight knot flopping to the ground, and Kako zipping over to pluck it up and rushing off into a white haze with it all. Then... a figure was seen in the white mist, staring at Koneko, only to giggle fanatically and sprint off along with Kako and Frank's remains. She was just staring in abject horror, only now realizing what she had done, that she had gone out of control... and then, PAIN.
She yelps and screams as she suddenly feels her hands, her feet, her tail, ears and her holes feeling incredibly sore and painful, and the pain only increased the more her blue flames burned. Not realizing what had set it off, and still coming down from her 'high' of extreme emotional turmoil, she felt as if she was... burning alive. Her? Burning alive?! But her quirk WAS fire! She should not be harmed by it! And yet... why did it feel like she was being consumed by the same flames she controlled?!
She panics and screeches as she throws herself on the ground, rolling desperately around in the cremated ashes of bones as her panic seems to offset her emotional balance, and her flames reduce to normal intensity, but left their marks on her; her fingers, tail, ears, chest and right eye had burn-marks all over them, and they still stung and hurt badly, as Koneko quickly sits up in the ash-pile, huffing and panting as she tries to still her irregular breathing... now she felt cold instead. As if her ordinary flames were not enough to warm her. She even SHIVERS as she sits there, huddled up, and eventually sobbing quietly.
"... W-What... what's happening t' me?"
She asks herself out loud, not knowing the answer. Why did she lose control? She has had comments thrown at her before. How she was 'too reckless', how she was 'as dangerous as some villains', and how it was a 'mistake to make her a pro'. She had heard it before. So why now... why did it hit her just that extra hard right now? Maybe because... they actually had a point. She WAS attacking them when all they tried to do was help and then leave... even Kako, a STUDENT OF U.A...
She slowly got up. Dusted the ashes off of her. And then with a burst of bright-red flames from her feet, she'd take off into the skies, and zoom off into the distance. Her work here was done. She had to figure out just why... why it truly felt like she was in the wrong today.
