Youthfully idealistic and optimistic to a fault, she tries to make an acquaintance to or befriend anyone she gets the chance to, believing, perhaps naively, that there's always a middle ground between two people that stand opposed. When it comes to training and battling, she's extremely determined to prove that she and her pokémon can climb any mountain, cross any river, and defeat any obstacle that comes against them, even when they're at a disadvantage.
Habits: Sophie has a strong tendency to get lost in her training. More basic routines allow her to daydream and let her mind wander, which can sometimes lead her to be oblivious to her surroundings. She also tends to run headlong into things, completely throwing all caution to the wind as she does so.
