Name: Elyssa Oakbranch
Alias: Bard Extraordinaire, The Bombshell Bard, Elyssa the Magnificent.
Age: 21
Origin Game: Original Character, (The Legend of Zelda)
Homeland: The Kingdom
Faction: Hyrule
Gender: Female
History:
Elyssa was born in Hateno Village within the Kingdom of Hyrule. Quite the rambunctious child she was always out on her own little adventures much to her parents chagrin. When out on one of her little adventures in the outskirts of the village one day, she heard the most lovely sound she had ever experienced, the source of it was a Hylian man playing a violin. Almost transfixed, mesmerized by the sounds, Elyssa decided then and there that she wanted to learn how to play just as well as that man. Striking up a conversation with him she learned that he was a bard, proficient in all manners of skills such as juggling, acting, playing music etcetera, but the young Hylian was told she was too young to join the bard's college for the time being.
After they said farewell Elyssa pestered her parents for weeks, telling them that she had found her calling and wanted to be a bard. As the years passed and she grew older and she learned to read and write as well as helping around the village, she joined the village theatre group, and made a smashing success, only furthering her love for music and the performance arts.
It was clear she was growing up to become an extraordinarily beautiful woman and the talk of the town was that no doubt suitors from all across Hyrule, even the noble houses would come to woo her. Not interested in being a trophy wife however, Elyssa joined the bard's college to hone her skills even further, picking up acrobatics, juggling, fire breathing, singing, dancing and more.
She showed not only to be a brilliant student but actually displayed a flair for magic, allowing her to advance her bardic talents further, from just a trubadour or a minstrel to an actual Bard, the traveling adventurers who go one step above just being performers at a tavern to those unraveling the mysteries and secrets of the universe, using music and magic as their tools to do so. She was taught about Amalgamos and the existence of other realms, which only sparked her curiosity and determination to explore and see them all even more. She also learned about the legendary songs of power, used by a hero of her world once said to be able to manipulate time, summon storms and various other effects, and she has since sought them.
Her magical prowess was first and foremost in channeling it via music, song and dance as well as healing magic, never being one to chuck fireballs and conjure lightning, and because a modern girl has got to be able to defend herself, she learned to fight with a rapier and became relatively proficient with a bow as well.
The man with the violin she had met in her childhood years had seemed so free and so happy that his lifestyle had stuck with Elyssa and all she had ever dreamed off was to be free, to do her own thing and travel the world spreading joy and music and doing whatever she felt like as well as discovering and unraveling the secrets of the universe.
The talk of the town came true, rumor spreading far and wide of an absolutely gorgeous woman living in and performing for the people of Hateno. As suitors arrived to woo her, clearly a woman of her beauty, skill and elegance belongs among the Hylian court, and not in some backwater village, she enjoyed flirting and playing along a little with all the suitors, wrapping them around her finger with her looks and charm until they were eating out of her hand but utlimately snubbed them all, having no interest whatsoever in marriage or settling down. It was perhaps a bit cruel but they were cruel to begin with for trying to bind her down when she wasn't interested, so in her eyes it was all fair.
As soon as she finished her tutelage as a bard she bought herself a carriage as well as a mule named Xerxes, and alongside him started traveling the Kingdom of Hyrule to make her destiny, and become a famous legend, but more importantly than that, to be a free woman who does whatever she wants.
Drive: Elyssa's main drives are freedom and fame. She values being free and doing what she wants over anything, and desires to become famous enough that other bards write songs about her and discover the mysterious of the universe, immortalizing her in legend as well as locating and possibly learning the Songs of Power, powerful songs used by a hero in green in her world long ago, to see if there is any validity to them.
She has no interest in power and wealth, but if she attains both of those things in pursuit of freedom and fame, then so be it. Although she will fight against opression and tyranny and always try to do what is just, she ultimately has no loyalty to anyone but herself and the people she likes.

Full body:
Visual Appearance:
Miss Oakbranch is a short little Hylian woman, standing at an impressive 5'0 (152 cm). She has wavy auburn hair with teal highlights in it, auburn eyebrows, light purple eyes as well as a slight upnose. She has piercings in her eyebrows and ears, and her face sports two tattos in the shape of diamonds to the side of her eyes. Despite her small stature, she is a busty, curvaceous woman with an athletic build after a lifetime of acrobatics, climbing and adventuring.
Clothing/Armor: She wears a jeweled choker, a high-collared teal vest as well as a brown bustier. She also sports a dark blue hat with white and teal feathers in it, alongside teal, fingerless gloves. She alternates between wearing a dark blue skirt and dark blue, slitted pants, both with a brown belt as well as sporting a pair of thick, dark blue, cuffed leather boots. .
Personality
Elyssa is beautiful and she knows it. She is confident, flirtacious, bubbly and outgoing, sometimes (read: quite often) raunchy and teasing in nature, and has little to no shame. Some would describe her as a chaotic force of music, fun and excitement, others just as a chaotic force in general. She loves adventure and fun, and even an adventure where you have to run for your life is hilarious if everyone made it out unharmed and you got into that situation due to some hilarious circumstance. She enjoys creative people and those who can match her wit and sass, as well as appreciating intelligent and kind people.
Cruel people and bullies, those who oppress and restrain hers and/or the freedom of others earn her ire, and while she's not really violent, she is more likely to mock the person something fierce, and probably humiliate them with her rapier and then get the hell outta the area before whoever she has mocked returns with reinforcement. (The old "cut of the suspenders so your pants drop"-routine is always a riot)
Good people, good food and good ale as well as spreading joy and merriment via her performances is what brings joy to her, but she's not below seducing people to get what she wants, or mesmerize them with her music, enthralling them and wrapping them around her finger.
If one was to summarize Elyssa with a motto, it would be: "I'll do it because I want to , because it's fun and because I can, and if someone says I can't, I'll do it anyway".
Weapons/Items
Elyssa wears a lute on her back as well as a rapier in her belt, alongside a flute, a rolled up map and a wallet for rupees. She has a backpack containing various other instruments, as well as supplies to get by in the wilds should the need arise. She mostly travels the world in a carriage pulled by her mule Xerxes.
Abilities/Powers
Arts of the Bard: Elyssa is a trained and licensed bard. This means she is a skilled songstress, dancer and musician, but also proficient in things such as feats of acrobatics, juggling, ventriloquism and fire-breathing. She could moonlight as a circus clown if she wished, but a bard is also supposed to perform for courts, so she is trained in proper etiquette as well (the least favorite part of her training because it's so stiff and boring).
Her acrobatic training means she can make front- and backflips and similar feats of acrobatics and combined with her magic she becomes a highly mobile opponent capable of incredible feats of dexterity.
Musical Magic: Be it through dancing, singing or playing an instrument, Elyssa has the magic of a bard, allowing her to boost her comrades combat capabilities, and destabilize her opponents with mockery and taunts, as well as hypnotize, enthrall and entrance people. She can also summon and unsummon instruments to her hand to use for her spells and performances, these instruments being: An ocarina, a violin and an accordion. (Not unlike Link's ability to carry multitudes of items despite having no pockets, but hers are all instruments)
Healing magic & First Aid: Although not as potent as for example priests and other wielders of healing magic , Elyssa is still quite proficient in it, being able to restore the wounded and remove poisons and toxins but she cannot regrow lost limbs or bring people back from the dead, so try not to die around her. To compliment her healing magic, or for situations when she can't use it, she has also picked up first aid skills, being able to bind and treat basic injuries and set minor fractures, but more severe injuries are best left to professionals.

Sidenote: She also talks with a heavy british accent (more accurately, a cockney accent, think Tracer from Overwatch).
